This place has amazing food but not only are they slow, their leadership will never know they are slow. They force everyone to pull up after paying which drives down drive through time which allows them to look like they are fast. Once they get you pulled forward it doesn't matter how long they take because in the system they are already through with you. Stop the pull ups and prepare the food faster. read more

Highly not recommended. $60 order. We're on vacation with our three little kids. Took FOREVER to get our food while we waited in a line of people outside the restaurant. When we finally did, it was cold, melted ice cream, just AWFUL. The grilled cheese and fries and cheese curds were soggy. Out of ranch, out of bbq sauce. On the menu it looked good, once I received the food, at first bite I was tempered to pour the tasteless gravy on my flip flop to have a better meal. The staff were less than pleasant when addressing a lady with no mask and another lady for attempting to retrieve a custard from the freezer, rushing at them as thought they were criminals. My family and I really love this restaurant. We call it the burger version of Chick Fil A. The only complaint I have ever had, after visiting this location many many times, was what I saw an employee wearing to clock in. Today, a man walked behind the counter to sign in on the register and his shirt said "Alexa, give me a blow***." My nine year old son asked me what that meant and it was an awkward moment. I really wish that Culver's would take a lesson from Chick Fil A and require their employees to cover their tattoos. Benita and Cormick were great employees. read more

Had to go inside to get a free scoop because they would not give my Dad and I one when we went through Drive thru even tho I had my child with me and I was with my Dad. Staff didn't seem to try to accommodate either so I had to go inside to get mine. Probably would have had more orders from my family if this didn't happen. Just opened in PCB as of this writing. I've been eagerly awaiting its opening. I first had Culver's in Detroit, Michigan and was amazed to find out a Midwestern fast food chain was opening some locations in the Florida Panhandle. This is a very affordable burger and shake joint that also serves some fish and chicken items. But the clear winner here is the "butterburger" as they call it. They really highlight their "fresh never frozen" Midwestern farm roots as far as the source of their ingredients. My burger with grilled onions, mustard, pickle, and jalapenos was delicious - thick, juicy, and fresh. I also LOVE their onion rings - better than Sonic's in my opinion. Just delicious.This was the week they opened so there were about a million blue shirts working the counter and dining room, so service was super efficient and friendly. Price was also very affordable - two people with burgers and sides for less than $20. In sum, this is a great addition to PCB, something a little out of the ordinary for our area at a good price and with good quality fast food. Each time I am down in Panama City Beach, my family and I stop in and I've always had a pleasant experience! All of their food from the pot roast to their chili cheese fries are actually really good for a quick restaurant. They also have really good shakes and smoothies! This place was the best restaurant me and my family went to while visiting Panama City Beach. The burgers were so fresh. They tasted like you cooked them at home. The shakes and the floats were awesome as well whenever in Panama City drop by and check them out. I hope my city gets one soon read more
