We love a good custard and they're not easy to come by. We saw all the great reviews and thought we'd give them a go. My daughter had chocolate shake and she loved it. She said the consistency was great with rick chocolate flavor. My son and I both had two scoops in a waffle cone. Vanilla for me and chocolate for him. The waffle cones were crisp and delicious. The ice cream was creamy and the flavor was so good. Looking forward to trying they're mashups where they mix in yumminess for you or one of their MANY shake flavors which they will also make half and half. read more

Cheese curds were gross. Couldn't eat them. Burgers were only seasoned on one side and were very salty on the edges. Over cooked and dry. If they had been seasoned evenly and not cooked as long, it had a lot of potential to be great because I loved burgers cooked using this method. Similar to Steak and Shake burgers. Asked for no mayo yet there was a pickle smeared with mayo that looked like it was picked off another burger and put on mine. The restaurant and restroom were very clean. Staff was so nice when ordering but no one was smiling. On way out some lady (said she was an employee but she looked and sounded high as a kite) entered the building and held us up pushing us to buy ice cream for ourselves. We didn't, but she blocked my mom's way and didn't make it easy for her to leave (or escape) She wouldn't leave us alone and she was extremely loud and bragging that she'd get a sale out of us while off the clock. Employees ignored her and left us to deal with her on our own. They simply watched instead of intervening. Not very professional at all. My first Culver's experience couldn't have been better! Everyone at this location was super friendly and willing to help. I got a butter burger which was incredible. Fries were also hot and fresh. Excellent service. I've paid $50-60 for a meal and didn't get the kind of service I got here. I don't know what kind of training program they have here, but it works. The staff are outstanding, and went above and beyond to provide quality service. I can't believe the best food service I've had was in a tourist area. Usually businesses, often seasonal, find it a challenge to employ staff and then when they do, don't care about repeat business. This place will be on my list of def eat at places. This was our first experience at this new restaurant in Panama City Beach. Have seen a lot of these restaurants while travelling in Wisconsin so decided to give it a try. Our party of 4 had just finished a nice round of golf and were looking for a pleasant finish to our day. The staff were extremely professional and friendly and willing to help in any way We all ordered something different, from grilled cheese to Butter Burger, to grilled chicken and just a plain hamburger. Man were we disappointed!!!!! We could hardly finish our meals as the grilled cheese was way over done, the burgers were just burgers and the chicken lacked any flavour. Fries and Onion rings were just OK. There was food left at our table and we noticed others wrapping up left over food in the papers on the serving trays. Should have been a sign! We are usually very leniant on making quick decisions on restaurants and will give most a second try. Not the case with this one. Been there done that and never to return. read more

3 out of 4 of us did not enjoy our entrees, the onion rings were good but my son didn't like the chicken strips and both people who got burgers said for the price they'd expected something more tasty. The ice cream was good but my kids didn't like how frozen the mix ins were. All in all, I felt like we paid way too much for food that was just ok. read more

This was the best burger! Our last night in PCB, one of my husband's aunts who was vacationing with us called her son, a local, to ask where our best bet was for a good burger that wasn't fast food, that also stayed open until 10. He told us to go to Culver's, and I am so glad we listened. My mom and I had the sourdough melts and I think I want another one on our way out of town today! The sourdough was delicious and the red onions were perfect - I wish I could fix them like that at home! My husband and kids had chicken tenders, and they looked wonderful - not hard and mostly breading like most chicken tenders in less expensive restaurants. I didn't go pick it up, but judging based on the amount of time the person who did got there and back they were very fast. read more

Wonderful new addition. Have eaten at Culver's in Indiana and Arizona, all are wonderful. The food is fresh, buns are buttery good. The bacon cheeseburger is the bomb with a chocolate shake on the side. Fries are salted to perfection. Have eaten there three times this week. read more

I have been going to Culvers since it opened, The food and service is the best on the beach. burgers, fish, ice cream, out standing.

Arrived at restaurant at 6:40 pm, first time I had ever been in a Culver's and was reading menu with anticipation, only to be told by the cashier that they were closed. I asked why and was told they do not know why. I said that is not very good business when and employee from the back yelled in a very rude tone and said " Don't blame us, it's not our fault". We kept on walking out the door and several people were walking in and we told them that they were closed, they too turned around and got back in their cars. Not cool. We own a fast food restaurant so I know this is bad business. Went across street to Firehouse Subs (first time as well) and greeted with smiles and very pleasant and eager to take our order. I wouldn't even give it one star but had no other options. Will not return EVER and we are locals and will tell everyone about our experience. read more

Pot Roast Beef sandwich from a burger joint? AMAZING... The most tender and tasty roast beef I've ever ordered out. I cannot say how good this sandwich was. The gravy came on the side and didn't look like the homemade I'm used. It tasted good and could have been a little thinner but it did not take away from this yummy sandwich. The fries were good, my friends had burgers and enjoy them as well. They did say next time they would get double patties. Get the cheese curds! The cheese sauce was pretty awesome as well. The burgers are fantastic. The pork sandwich was great. I prefer simple, so I opted for the plain custard and I must say simplicity is the way to go. This custard is amazing and doesn't need any extra ingredients added. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
