I have been there about 10 times. While not IN-N-Out, the burgers were not bad. I like their $5 meals. In their defense, they seem to be working the kinks out of their process/system. While I know they should have done that before they opened, they seem to be trying hard to correct the challenges (Onion rings and Custard orders seem to be their biggest challenge. Everyone is very friendly and I love their shakes (Much better than most). I hope they can smooth this out quickly as the other Culver's are getting much more positive results on Yelp. read more

I visited at 3:30 on a Monday, it was slow. First I pulled up to the drive thru and sat there for about 2 minutes without being acknowledged so I said something out loud, still nothing. Normally I'm incredibly happy with everything here. Today, when we FINALLY got our order (45 mins for 2 combos and a kids meal), it was wrong. The girl was incredibly confused, but took our receipt and about 5 mins later my husband got the correct burger, and a nice young gentlemen came out and apologized and all was well again. 2 stars because our food was pretty good, but fries cold. Next we ordered a single scoop of vanilla. No brained. April took ten mins to figure out how to use the voucher thing from the kids meal. The family loaded up while I waited as my son grew restless from all the waiting. I stood and watched 4 girls by the drive through stand around and talk personal talk. One about not having enough money and wanting to quit, all hugging each other, one girl grabbed her purse and was threatening to leave while the others were begging her not to, etc. A dark haired girl came out and asked for a runner and finally I watched a blonde lady grab the cup. Went to the Culver's in Parker around 3pm on Saturday the 23rd. Terrible experience and the food was a mess. First we had to wait at the speaker for 3 minutes even though no one was in front of us or at the drive thru window. Person who took order seemed to not care and did not listen to us when we asked for Ketchup, fries with no salt ( Salt is bad for folks with certain health conditions). Our bill was over $21.00 for 3 of us. The person at the window did not greet us or even say anything just looked at us with a blank stare. So my husband handed the money out the car window, cashier took it and gave my husbands change back by letting it slide from her hand and most of the change fell on the ground. Of course pulling up and parking is no big deal it's what they do. But the kid who came out with the order said nothing just walked up yanked the number off of the window and handed our order over in two super wrinkled bag's looked like they had been fished out of the trash can. Burgers had lots of pink, hastily thrown together, most of the toppings were outside the burger and the fries, i guess because we wanted no salt were hard as rocks and still had salt on them. Went to Culvers on Sunday evening. The place was not very busy. I went through the drive and ordered a large curd and root beer. It took 6 min to get our order. They had to make 3 trips out to the car. First to bring the drink then 4 min later the curds and 2 min later the honey mustard I ordered at the speaker. Excellent food, very friendly and upbeat service. They just opened, so there are a LOT of people trying it out, but they are moving very quickly for the volume of business. You may have to wait a bit because there are so many others visiting, but it's definitely worth the wait. If you've never been to Culver's, you absolutely must try the custard! Took it inside and asked them to fix it, got back to my car and this time there was just cheese on it. The family and I love Culvers and this location. We used to go to Culvers in Minnesota and Wisconsin every summer and were thrilled when this one opened up. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. There are, of course, lines whenever we go for lunch. However, it usually takes anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes for our food to be brought to us. Hot cheese curds, fries, and of course onion rings. The food is so good, and finishing your meal with custard is amazing. We also love that with kids meals, you get a free custard coupon. Love this place and the staff is stellar. However, the women's restroom is often gross. There have been multiple times where I went in and paper towels were all over everywhere. 1st time I've ever felt compelled to write a review... Burgers were horrible, extremely over cooked and paper thin. Took at least 15 minutes to get our order, maybe 20. My wife took her burger back because it was so over cooked, replacement was just as bad so we figured that was the way it was suppose to be. Onion rings were ok, but also over cooked and dry. Cheers curds, lots of dough and little cheese. The best part- their root beer is really good, but that won't bring me back, hope they get their act together or they will be another Parker failed burger joint. Two tables nearby had problems with their orders, once they finally came. Now the food, - we 3 shared 2 slightly dry grilled chicken sandwiches, mainly average, only one tomato slice on a long bun, minimal shredded lettuce, never found the mayonnaise we had ordered. Their pot roast is as good as anyone's and their fried shrimp is better than most. A fast food place that offers a few vegetables for sides is extraordinary! Drive through was quicker and better set up then Freddy's but when it comes to the shake this chocolate shake tastes like cheap Hershey's syrup not real chocolate and custard and I haven't been back. I only gave this place four stars because it's so popular, it takes a whole hour to eat here during the noon hour on a Saturday. The size of the kitchen is really not big enough to serve the demand. The food was tasty (I ordered the shaved prime rib and cheese curds) and it was served hot. As busy as this place is, it's impossible for them to do everything perfectly but my experience was great today. I normally try to avoid crowds like this, but I'd "rough" out the wait again since it took a little less than an hour from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I went there for the first time today. I shall never go back. I got a to-go order of a double burger, a fish sandwich, some cheesy balls and onion rings. When I got home, I discovered that they left lettuce onion and tomato off the burger. The cheese wads were just that... at $3.59 I thought that there would be enough to share, but NOT!! there were 8 onion rings in the order... Since I traveled 14 miles one way, I didn't want to return and shove the order up the manager's nose. The place WAY over priced, hard to get to and very skimpy on their portions. My wife and I have tried Culver's twice now. The first, we assumed since it was within the first 2 weeks of being open that maybe they just haven't gotten their game together yet. That experience was pathetic. We can handle the long wait if the experience is good, but the food was well below mediocre. 2 small mushrooms and a smidge of cheese on the mushroom-swiss on both burgers. Both burgers were over cooked and under-seasoned. Fries are actually a little below the quality that one would get from buying store frozen fries...sad. Our 2nd experience was tonight 5/6/15, the first thing I noticed the lines were gone and plenty of parking...hmm. My wife and I tried their butter burger, cheese curds, and chili cheese fries. Again the meat was overcooked and under seasoned. Only 2 small pickles per burger. Cheese curds were awful. Chili cheese fries were missing the cheese, but once we got home and put our cheese on them they were ok. We will not eat here again, and as seen from the lack of people at this establishment lately I'm guess others in Parker are thinking the same. Just get some quality control. read more

Went on a Sat. night about 6PM and used the drive thru. Ordered the pot roast dinner and a chocolate custard. Was handed my custard at the window and was told to pull around to the front of the building and wait for my order. I didn't time how long this took but my guess is from ordering to getting my meal was 5-7 minutes. Roast beef was very good, green beans very good and mashed potatoes and gravy were good. I have two complaints or I would have given it 5 stars. First, they served me my custard as soon as I paid. I waited another four minutes or so for my food and I didn't want my custard to melt so I ate part of it while I waited. Wished it had been served fresh with the meal. My second complaint is they left out the dinner roll on my order. I did get butter to put on it, but no roll. I've been to the one in Colorado Springs and ate inside with a VERY large group. I mean like 14 people. They served us pretty fast and I had a fish sandwich. It was very good. Will try Parker again as I feel like giving their burgers a try. i am thoroughly and undeniably disappointed with this business. the sole reason i visited was to use my coupon for one free concrete mixer. we originally said we would like a hamburger and french fries. 'a value basket?' joe asked. 'sure, but we don't want the drink' we replied. 'no.' he said. 'the whole point of the value basket is to pay for the drink.' obviously annoyed, he switched the meal to a non value basket. 'anything else' joe asked. i began to recite my order, realizing he was not recording my order. after i was finished asking for my concrete mixer, joe sighed. 'you could have included the concrete mixer with the value meal.' i was confused as to how that would work, but i simply agreed, and he switched the order again. i hereafter whipped the coupon out of my pocket, a coupon for bogo free mixer. 'the coupon isn't going to work unless i switch it all back. you should have showed me the coupon before you ordered.' i wasn't aware i was supposed to this. joe would not switch the order back, and suggested i used the coupon on my next visit. this could have been no problem, but joes attitude can't be bothered. to say the least, i am surprised at my culver's experience and will not be returning. to be clear, joe was the one who gave us this experience. also i found a black hair in my food and i don't have black hair. so that was kinda gross. read more
