My parents were taking care of our mongrels while we played in the UK for two weeks, so we told them to pick their favorite restaurant, as we wanted to take them out for dinner. Just one token of appreciation for making sure our beagles were well loved while we were away. My husband and I had expected them to pick a sit-down restaurant, something with a large menu and alcohol as an option. Imagine our surprise when we parked next to them in the Culver's parking lot. "We were thinking high-class", we thought, as we walked across the restaurant's drive-thru lane. "Mom said something about liver and onions, and adult beverages," I commented, as we stood in line waiting for the next available register to open up. Still, this was their decision, so we rolled with it. My parents and my aunt all ordered ahead of us, a mix of fish and chips and burgers. My husband got the Cheddar Butterburger with Bacon (say that five times fast!), and I got the smaller version of that same burger. He upgraded to the cheese curds as a side, and I ordered a peanut butter chocolate milkshake for us "to share". We paid for the meal (decent as far as "thank you" dinners go, a bit high for a fast food restaurant), grabbed our number, and found a large round table to sit at while waiting for our food to be brought to us. I will admit, I enjoyed my burger. I wasn't expecting much but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor of the meat and the sauces they used on the sandwich. The crinkle-cut fries were good, and the milkshake definitely hit the spot. And apparently, they brew their own root beer soda, which was a nice bonus. My husband wasn't as blown away by their burgers as I was, but that's his deal. He's kind of a burger snob when you get right down to it, so I try not to dwell on his feedback. All I know is that everybody else at the table really enjoyed their food (not to say that my hubs didn't like it - he certainly powered down everything that was put in front of him - but it wasn't his favorite burger, according to him.) I told my parents I wanted to go back when we returned from our vacation, but we ended up hitting other restaurants for our meals, instead. I am sad that we don't have this chain in San Diego, but I guess there's no shortage of burger restaurants in our hood, so I can't complain too much. read more

We almost never eat at fast food restaurants. After our experience at your restaurant in Sierra Vista, Az, we are reminded why we don't. We went for the two piece fish dinners. What a waste of $30+ without any drinks. The fish we had was tasteless with a bad batter and was over cooked. The prepackaged tarter sauce was lame and did not improve the taste. It came with a pathetic little roll and a tiny pad of butter spread. The coleslaw was at best just OK. Then there were the fried cheese curds. We travel to Wisconsin regularly and are well acquainted with both fried and raw cheese curds. The ones we were served were clearly the WORST we have ever had. Rock hard batter and no taste at all. They were so bad we threw 2/3's of them in the trash. If our experience is typical of Culver's, we wonder how they stay in business. read more

Great swiss mushroom burgers and ice cream mixers. The burgers are a bit greasy but sooo good. If you need a cheat meal might as well be culver's. May I also add that customer service is comparable to chic-fil-a -- just superb! The courteous and friendly front counter taking our orders and greeted by the guy mopping the floor. Matthew brought us our meal, we asked for ketchup and he insisted we remain seated and got us ketchup. The crew seem to be in good spirit then again they all are every time we frequent this place. FIVE STARS for this Culver's in Sierra Vista AZ. I was out here last week visiting my In-Laws and heard so many GREAT things about Culver's so we decided to try it our first night here since we don't have any location's in CA. Upon entering we were warmly greeted by at least two employees who were behind the counter, they made a few recommendation's so we eventually chose the Butter Double Bacon Burger Combo. So after ordering you are given a number and then pour your own soft drink then you look for a table in their spacious eating area. So a few minutes pass and you are brought out your food and asked "may I bring you anything else" The beef patties are generous and the French fries were hot and tasty and very generous portions. Upon biting into the burger it tasted even better than ever imagined, so juicy. During the time we were eating another employee came by and asked if everything was ok. Of course we answered "yes" and continued to eat. Both our meals were PERFECT just the right temperature. During my four day visit I wound coming back a two more times. In closing I cant understand the whiners and their not so favorable reviews. One person below said "way over priced" another complained the "dog bone in the ice cream was small" well then leave your dog at home. Really? That's hilarious! This is 2019 and the $8.79 We paid for each combo is very fair priced compared to lets say the place with the Golden Arches where you will pay $7.99 for a comparable combo which has been underneath a heat lamp. I forgot to mention as we were exiting we were "thanked" again for our visit. Keep up the GREAT job Culver's in Sierra Vista AZ. I'll start off with the positive...the drive thru experience is awesome, employees are friendly and helpful, and my food was delivered quickly. However, I will not be spending my money at Culvers any more. Not going to be a loss for them because I don't buy fast food often as my budget doesn't allow for it. But still... they've lost a customer. The time before this I was excited to try the North Atlantic Cod sandwich and that was a total disappointment, the fish was soggy and tasteless, so lesson learned. Yesterday I ordered a sour dough melt, cheese curds and onion rings. We will go back to the positive - the onion rings were amazing. The burger was tasteless, even the onions on it were bland. The cheese curds were way too salty to eat and the fries that came with the combo meal were also just bland. And this is not only my opinion, every time I bring food home, my cat goes crazy waiting for a taste. He was sitting next to me and wasn't even remotely interested in what i had. Broke off a bit of the burger for him anyway and he didn't beg for another piece. Sorry Culvers, but two times and there are no more chances. I'll take my money to the supermarket and make my own burgers which I know will taste delicious. read more

This place is AMAZING!!! I have been to this location a bunch of time and every time I enjoy the experience. The layout is like any typical fast food joint. The food is great, however I have not had everything in the menu...yet. The ice cream they have is Awesome! And the flavor of the day (FOD) obviously changes daily. You can download the app and see what your local Culver's is serving that day or you can see the flavor forecast, they also have print out for you to take in store/drive-thru. The kids meals are awesome and come with a free scoop of ice cream ticket you can use or save for another time, or save the tickets up and "buy" prizes after so many (10 I think). The thing that separates Culver's from other fast food places is there constant professionalism. This location was the Culver's National Champions for there hard work, and professionalism!!! read more

WOW! Well food is below average just a greasy patty on a bun but once my husband got a few bites though his burger he found hair all inside of his burger.. what a wonderful dinner NOT! The Sierra Vista branch of the midwestern chain Culver's brings a bit of Wisconsin to the high desert in a popular fast food restaurant on Highway 92 south of Fry. Access is only from the southbound lanes requiring a u-turn if heading north. This location has a large dining room decorated in various Culver's art with several televisions. You almost expect the Packers to be playing 24/7 here. They have a drive through and the full menu including the Butterburgers, ice cream, and those wonderful deep fried Wisconsin cheese curds. Surprisingly, there was no wifi available to help us Yelpers post our pics! The food and service are excellent with almost too many good options. Their root beer is custom to the chain, and the diet version is very good with little to no artificial taste. My small cheeseburger was prepared well with a great beef flavor. I love cheese curds, and their breaded and fried nuggets had a perfect texture and taste. This is not a healthy place. They put butter on the burgers and deep fry cheese. That said, moderate yourself and enjoy the deliciousness of the fatty and rich food served fast in a friendly environment. read more

The cheese curds are very good and I would recommend them to anyone eating here. But they will set you back about 500 calories. No biggie, but wish they had a direct turn in point. - Tried drive thru the next day, they bring food to you in a pull up area.
