PROS: + Clean facility and friendly staff + Burgers are good, reminds me of Roy Rogers (they still around?), fresh and made to order + Cod sandwich is delicious. Has dethroned my current fast food filet (BK) + Crinkle fries were never my goto cut of choice, but these are actually not too bad + Ice cream custards are very good! Very smooth and rich and not so cold that it hurts your brain. + Servers bring your food to you, was a bit strange to see them doing laps around dining area. CONS: - Packed all the time (should only be temporary once normalized) - Parking is usually full, not sure if they are building additional parking in the next lot over. - Turn in point requires a short U-turn if you're going towards Intersection. No biggie, but wish they had a direct turn in point. - Tried drive thru the next day, they bring food to you in a pull up area. Order was not 100% correct, but chalking it up to staff working out the bugs. Definitely coming back. All Cons were not food-related! read more

This place was pretty good. My husband said he had tried it before , but didn't recall. Their staff and customer service in general is pretty amazing. What I enjoyed the most was the food was hot. So apparently they don't make the food until you order it. My husband ordered a regular crispy chicken sandwich and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. We liked how the buns came toasted . We both got fries. I had an unsweetened tea (really hard to mess that up) and he got a strawberry shake. I tasted his shake and it was good. It didn't taste like fake strawberry and it wasn't too sweet. My husband didn't like how the shakes were build your own. Since we are new to it, he said he would have liked there to be preset shakes because having too many options confused him. Another good thing is they seem to have enough people working to make this operation run smoothly. We weren't waiting long in line at all because they had multiple people ready on register. Everyone was wearing masks, but I could tell they were trying their best to show enthusiasm. It's almost like you could see their smiles through their masks. They have crinkle cut fries here , which I usually don't like, but they were yummy and hot and also salty. This place is also pretty busy. I noticed that their drive thru was full and so was the dining area. They are pretty packed but they still do have certain tables closed off to allow social distancing . I noticed that they have people cleaning the tables off right away. It is very clean . Brand new restaurant in Sierra Vista! I tried out the cheddar bacon burger. Very good burger. Not charred, not raw - cooked perfectly. The bun is buttered and tastes great! I also tried out their specialty - the "Cheese Curds." They are like mozzarella sticks but cut and shaped like chicken nuggets. Delicious! Only thing missing is the marinara sauce. This is the kind of restaurant where you place your order at the counter and they give you a number sign. They bring your order to you once it's ready. I saw cars parking along side the building with the same number signs on their driver side mirror. Drive through is cooked the same way as the counter orders. Not as greasy as Freddy's and Culver's has a lot more choices - salads are on the menu here. They just opened on 30 March and I've been there twice. I like this restaurant and I hope it sticks around during my tour here. read more

Edit: this place is amazing. I've been here 6+ times in the 1.5 months of being here. Is that bad? Yes. Is the food that good? Yes. Clearly for me to rate a fast food place, it must mean something. The people that work here are always pleasant with a smile on their faces. I've never encountered a grumpy person or waited a crazy amount of time for my food. Then again it's usually just me ordering, so I'm not waiting for a meal for 4+ (if that's the case, you should already know your meal will take longer to receive, durp). We don't have a Culvers where we live so we had to stop to try a butterburger. Ordered butterburger with cheese and all the fixings (cheese, mayonnaise, pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato). The burger was good. Fries were the crinkle cut and they were good. We were not familiar with the menu so it took us some time to figure out what we wanted and the girl working the drive thru was patient and nice waiting for us to decide. The burger combo with fries and soda was about $6.50. I don't get why it's called a butterburger though. If you need lower fat options I highly recommend the grilled chicken sandwich, even with no sauce it was delicious and the lemon ice! Oh man the lemon ice is so so so good. Wow, Simply amazing how rude the owner is. Maybe I will take his advice and find another burger joint. His loss of income. As I buy food in there once to three times a week for myself and family. With the average being spent being 15 to 16 dollars per transaction. Now I always order the burger basket That's two cheeseburgers extra well done, no pink at all. With all fixings on both, except no tomato on one. Fry's, onion rings and the two drinks. Well there's been around 3to 4 time's that they weren't extra well done and had to bring them back. So today 10/10/2020 I go in and order the usual and they forgot to put anything on it, other than the meat and cheese. So I go back in to let them know and the owner comes out and tells me not again, that he is loosing money because, I come back in to get my order corrected. And that I should find another place to get burgers. Says maybe I'm not communicating well enough. Apparently, I have been talked about by him several times, as this came out of him. This was the first time I've left Culver's disappointed. I rarely treat myself to a good cheese burger and fries. When my food was brought to me - the french fries were barely cooked and cold so I went up front to ask for a fresh order. Everyone seemed eager to please and I was told to go sit down and my fries would be brought to me. They brought me more raw french fries. Let's put it this way...I was in complete shock today as I exited this pretty frequently visited restaurant by my husband and I and I vow to never, ever step foot in this place again!!!! I was ordered out the door at top lung in front of every single employee of his and the other patrons inside by this so called restaurant owner. All because I wanted to use a credit I was given on a past messed up order. He couldn't find my name in his book and rudely grilled me for a date of when it happened in which I couldn't remember. I told him it happened a while ago, maybe late last year or early this year and how all my other past visits that I had forgotten to use it and then he grilled me once more to tell him the whole story all over again of what happened, in which I became irritated and a little upset telling him why should I have to go over all that again? I already did that with the manager on the phone that day! I don't want to go over all this again! It should be already listed. I said let me speak to your manager (unknowingly who he was at the time) and he replied that he was the owner and ordered me to get out of his store! What a great way to treat a customer right in front of all your employees, showing them a brilliant example of how to get fired on the job! Traveled to Sierra Vista Arizona and saw this place and decided to try. Oh my these were the best burgers ever. In fact we liked them so much that we visited everyday we were there. The place was clean and had amazing employees who made sure you had everything you needed. Can't wait to go back on our next visit. I can taste it now. We went at 3PM on a Saturday afternoon and it was still quite crowded. This is typical with any new Sierra Vista restaurant, so we all should know from experience that in another year or so things will calm down and Culver's will have the same crowds as any other eatery around here. We ordered several different things to split and try: a burger, the cod dinner with mashed potatoes and coleslaw, and the fried chicken dinner with french fries. If I could describe Culver's food in one word, it would be "mild." The burger, fish, fries, tartar sauce, and coleslaw were all reasonably good, but there were no distinctive flavors that yield midnight cravings, if you know what I mean. I could have been eating anywhere and if I hadn't known the food was from Culver's, I would not have been able to guess. They got our order right and it was also brought out to car quickly, so no excessive wait time despite the crowds. The two staff members we interacted with were friendly and the packaging for the food was high quality. I'm impressed that they are so efficient after only being open for a couple of months. There are no other fast food restaurants in town that serve fish and I've been waiting a long time for something to replace my Long John Silver's addiction, so I will definitely be returning to Culver's. read more

The Good: New building with outdoor patio, nice parking lot & tons of employees. We enjoyed the onion rings, which we felt reminded us of those we like at Wataburger. The Ok: Burgers & fries are ok, though both fairly devoid of flavor. Fries are crispy enough. The Bad: This is my second time having Culvers anywhere & the lettuce always tastes like it's out of a bag, ruining the burger. (I asked an employee about this & he confirmed with the kitchen manager that the lettuce is, in fact, out of a bag.) All the soda seemed to not be adjusted properly, too sweet, or tasting "off". Bacon on the burger seems like the cheap, thin, rubbery type. Chili tasted loaded of peppers, which I despise. Pepper & chili loving brother took one bite & said "no way" & put the spoon down. "Too tomatoey". For a single bacon burger meal, a burger/onion rings & a small chili for $18, I think we can do better elsewhere. We see there's cheese curds & a large list of shakes & frozen treats, so will update as tummy room becomes available. read more

The burgers here are pretty good. If you don't like salty food I would recommend ordering your burger with no salt. I didn't know this and one time my burger was so salty I almost gagged. With no salt, then the burger is delicious!! The mushroom Swiss burger is the best. The fries are the bomb and their custard is awesome!!! They put this butter stuff on the bun even though I asked them not to. It is a dairy product that at room temperature (it's melted and brushed on) begins to grow bacteria w/o refrigeration in about 20 min. and of course they keep using it. After about 45 min. it's loaded with bacteria and for those of us with a sensitive stomach and there are many your stomach will be upset for hours. If U have a cast iron stomach you can tolerate it but it's not good for you. Why??? Ruins a perfectly good burger , probably good reason why no one else does that. Then they gave me free some custard stuff that tasted full of artificial ingredients , it was awful only ate 3 bites. Guess they never heard of Ice Cream. I was nauseated for about 5 hours.
