We were in Colorado last weekend and we had always went to Culver's when we were in town, so with that said my youngest wanted it again on the way back home and so did me and my husband, we all decided we will have in on our drive home in St. George for lunch since that was our last gas stop back home to Vegas. That was a mistake! I don't know if we picked the wrong location because I know there was 3 in St George but for this location being in a nice neighborhood it was disappointing,If I can give it zero star I would. Ordered in the app for curbside pick up, when the girl brought up the food she was not friendly at all. I should have notice the sign of an empty parking spot because Culver's in Colorado aren't normally empty. We got double butter burger,single butter burger,patty melt, fires,cheese curds and pretzel bites and cheese. My daughter also got some ice cream desert and I tried their root beer. Which is our normal orders when we go to Culver's. The burgers were dripping is grease and the buns was soggy it was wrapped poorly same w my husbands patty melt the bread was soggy fr the grease and dripping off the portly wrapped party melt. Fries was cold and same w the cheese curds, also they just threw the curds and fries in a bag that they were in mixed in together poorly packaged. Pretzels were ok the cheese tasted not the same. The root beer was pretty good but yeah this Culver's location is pretty disappointing and we will never come back to this location. Culver's is usually my favorite stop for burgers and sandwiches whenever I can find them around. Unfortunately, we don't have them in Vegas, so St. George is one of the nearest locations for us. Food-wise this St. George location absolutely delivers. The mushroom swiss butter burger and Reuben sandwich tasted spot on - fresh, hot, and exactly the delicious comforting goodness I came for. That said, this particular branch seriously misses the mark on the service and experience. Prices here were about 10-20% higher than the other St. George Culver's branch (located at 1586 S 270 E), which is frustrating since we had assumed pricing would be the same given they're located within 10 minutes drive of each other. But what made this branch hands down the worst Culver's I've been to was the service and cleanliness: staff came off nonchalant and unfriendly, tables were dirty and not being cleared, and the overall dining area felt neglected. While taking my order, the cashier missed my request to change the fries to cheese curds. From listening to other diners nearby, they also served the wrong order for another table. To make the already poor experience even worse, employees were chatting loudly and openly discussing personal/home problems like customers weren't even in the room--definitely not the vibe when you're trying to enjoy a good meal. If you want the same great Culver's food with friendlier, more proactive service and a cleaner dining room, do yourself a favor and go to the 1586 S 270 E location instead. The *only* reason I'd come back to this one is that they had the Reuben available (which the other branch doesn't seem to carry) and I'll admit, that's a solid menu win. Thus, I'm giving this Culver's a lone star for serving the Reuben sandwich and nothing else. Dear Culver's management and owners: please improve the service in this specific St. George branch! It is single handedly ruining the Culver's name. If this was my first ever visit to Culver's, I would not have returned back or recommend the chain to all my family and friends. read more

Yes, we waited 45 minutes at Culver's today. And yes, it was completely understandable. St. George is hosting tournaments and expecting around 30,000 extra people this week. The restaurant was packed, and the team appeared to be running on a skeleton crew. Despite that, they were clearly working as hard as humanly possible. A special shoutout to the young woman who took our order (short dark hair, name with a double "L"). She stayed calm, kind, and professional the entire time. Under that kind of pressure, that's impressive. She deserves recognition. Before leaving a negative review, maybe consider the circumstances. The team was doing their absolute best. read more

I had to wait 30 minutes from my order and they forgot one of the three items I ordered. I called to get my card refunded and the put me on hold for 10 minutes then told me to drive 20 minutes back for my item. They did a horrible job and also don't care at all about customer service. read more

I've been coming to this Culver's at least three times a week, and the last couple of months have been a mess. The food quality has dropped, orders are wrong, and they keep forgetting things in the bag. It feels like the whole place is in a rush to shut down instead of doing their job. I'm giving 3 stars because I feel this place can do better. We've gone there to get their SIGNATURE frozen custard. We got two "scoops" chocolate and vanilla. The taste was there but the PORTIONS were RIDICULOUSLY SMALL!! Come on!! The size of the scoops were about the size of a small lime. That set us back $6. The cod sandwich was good, the pud Haus pretzel burger was also good I'll do another review when or if I go back and your custard portions are bigger. read more

Forgot half the order. Smallest portion of the family size jalapeno cheddar bites. Absolutely laughable how little they put in a 9 dollar items. Worst 40 bucks ever spent to not get the 2 family size curds or the large shake. Order should be 20 after that! No dipping sauce was to be expected and that's what we got. Never again. read more

have been hooked on the Culver's "Turtle" flavor of the day for years. I was so excited when you opened this Culver's on Sunset Blvd so close to my home in Santa Clara. I think it opened about 2 years ago. I look at the Flavor of the Day calendar every month, and mark on my calendar when the flavor is Turtle. I have been disappointed many times with the way this Culver's makes this flavor, and many other flavors for that matter. They put almost no toppings on it. It's just basically a very small scoop of custard with a small bit of the flavor on top. But tonight just topped off my frustration! My husband and I went through the drive-thru and ordered one scoop of the flavor of the day each. They gave us a very small serving of vanilla custard, no toppings. I honked my horn, as the employee had already walked away, and I told her this was unacceptable. She took the cups, and returned them with some toppings on them. I asked to speak with the manager, whose name was Jordan, and explained to him that I'm pretty disappointed with the way this Culver's location is serving their flavor of the day. He did apologize, and offered to give me something for free. I didn't accept that, because I don't want anything for free. I just want them to put some darn toppings on their flavor of the day, and make it a decent amount of custard, so it's worth the money you're charging! That's it - they need some training! This Culver's just opened near our home and it's awesome! The new restaurant seems like it's been there for sometime because the customer service is on top of their game! The cleanliness and attention to the dining area is great as well. The amount of and the quality of food is just right with many options, fish, chicken, salads, and of course the custard! this review is for the new Culver's location on sunset Blvd St. George Utah We were excited when this second location in St George opened. after three disappointments at this location we will never go back the three times we've been there they got orders wrong, the food is cold when they finally bring it to it to the table. we were embarrassed when we took our family their after we had raved to them how wonderful Culver's is when we ordered dessert we sat at the table waiting. when we realized it had been 15 minutes my husband went up to the counter. they had made the desserts but just left them sitting behind the counter. When they came to the table they were melted and awful we threw them away and left But my husband went back in and spoke to the manager. she just had a litany of excuses three strikes your out. we will never go back to the sunset Blvd location. we've gone back to the original Culver's near I15. My wife and I have eaten at the New Culvers several times and have always been pleased with the store's service, food, and cleanliness. I am surprised at the negative reviews, as this is not the Culvers we know. Recently, we had some friends from Reno, Nevada, visit us. We took them there for a meal, and they were thoroughly impressed. Our friend's wife wanted to return a second day for one of their Sundaes. Their only complaint is there is not one in Reno. Disappointed. Grilled chicken salad sandwich, was so horribly plain and DRY! Hubby ordered doubled cheeseburger, greasy and sloppy. Maybe we went on an off afternoon, Tuesday at 3:30. Onion rings were pretty good! Hopefully, they'll get better. read more

I'm happy to have a Calver's Drive Inn/Restaurant in our neighborhood. I've eaten at the first Calver's that opened in St George and the new one on Sunset Blrd. Their food is by far better than the local fast food drive throughs. My favorite location is the one located on Sunset Blvd. I have tried several different items from their Reuben sandwiches, Deluxe Butter Burgers to their Shrimp and Fish Dinners. I have eaten there from once to twice a week since their opening. I found their service friendly and consistent. I find that you can count on their takeout to be accurate and the food well prepared. If you have not tried their thick cut Bacon Deluxe burger, I highly recommend it. That thick cut bacon blows any other bacon burger in town out of the water. I have tried and tested this Culver's food and service for several weeks and highly recommend them. read more

The service of the cashier Kari was awful. She didn't listen to anything we have to order. My husband and I asked for a burger meal and a chicken strip meal and we got just the sandwich and 2 chicken strips. She didn't even attempt to fix the problem. My husband asked for his cup for the meal and she was like "Sorry I didn't ring you up the the meal, here's a water cup" This was the worst customer service I've experienced I won't be letting Kari take my order ever again.
