Not so great experience at Culver's today...: . What I am utterly baffled by is why your restaurant tolerates someone bringing in a non service dog that barked constantly? Then the owner put the dog in the booth where your patrons sit and proceeded to give it a bowl of water on the table where your guests are to eat. He proceeded to refill the bowl with water out of soda machine. Yes, the same machine your customer use. Was feeding the dog hamburgers. Not one employee or manager addressed the situation. I am sure the health department would have a serious issue with this situation and what occurred today. Ownership needs to address with staff ASAP. read more

When I want a fish sandwich, Culver's is my go to spot to hit up. The cod is one of my favorite and it's always crunchy on the outside and moist on the inside. Buns is buttery and soft and the tartar sauce gives a slightly tangy kick to the whole kit and kaboodle. It can definitely get busy, especially in drive thru, but they are pretty organized and get orders out fairly quickly. Service has always been quick and courteous and the store is clean and well kept. Wouldn't hesitate to come here anytime! read more

Hubs and I come in for frozen custard but he's also addicted to their cod. Love their vanilla custard with butterfinger. Yum!!! They have drive thru and dine in. Booth and table seating inside and a few tables outside. The place is kept clean and staff is very friendly. We were able to order our custard and a pint to go and grab the pint on the way out. You place your order and given a number, take a seat and they'll deliver to your table. read more

I went to pick up food "to-go" for myself and several friends and family members on the weekend. They neglected to completely fill the order and missed multiple items. Before I left the establishment, I asked them if they had included all of the items inside the bags. The employee insisted that the orders were all completely filled, as they had attached a copy of the itemized receipt to the bag. She told me that all of the orders were checked against the receipt on the outside of the bags. They charged me for one of the items they had left out. But they also omitted another item from the order, completely. I called the location once I had reached my destination to let them know that they had Not completed the order correctly. They told me that I could drive back to their location and they would make it right. They were very nonchalant, until I got upset with them over the phone. They still gave me a hard time and blamed Me, for their mistakes. How do they still make mistakes when they have the receipt attached to the outside of the bag? I had a great experience here last night! We're from the border of Wisconsin and know original Culver's and the quality and we've been disappointed by other Culver's in Florida for just not being quite as good as the Wisconsin locations. We came here last night after I had been let down by a Checkers burger that was pure mush, and I was excited for a good burger and a concrete mixer. I ordered a butter burger with cheese and lettuce and fries and a drink, he got a bacon deluxe version. Both meals were super hot, fresh, and high quality. The staff was also friendly and moved fairly quick the first time. The Dr. Pepper tasted off but not horrible, it tastes like they need to adjust the ratio for that BIB to allow more carbonation, it tastes sort of flat. We had a great time eating outside under the pretty lit shaded area and got mixers after. The same girl rang us up and it took a decent amount of time for two simple things of ice cream. Overall, everything was great and exactly how I had hoped this location down the road from us would be. I'll definitely be back! read more

(A "Twilight Zone" episode) Submitted for your approval: Picture, if you will, promising several small dogs some ice cream on a hot day. The dogs know when pulling into the drive thru why they're there. "Two vanilla shakes", was the order placed and paid for and pulling aside while the order (one would think) was being made. The dogs are now going berserk pacing, panting, and drooling endlessly in anticipation of their cold treat. 10 minutes go by. Watching other cars behind us getting BAGS of food and driving away does NOT help. 15 minutes later. No one else is waiting in the drive thru. "Hell hath no fury as a women in a car with several dogs going berserk b/c there is NO ice cream." I jumped out, went the the "Employees Only" door, opened it and saw more than 5 employees. THE ORDER HAD BEEN FORGOTTEN! :-O Unleashing my rage, I asked why people getting BAGS of food were served and WHERE ARE MY TWO MILKSHAKES?!" :-O As they handed the quickly poured shakes, I promise NEVER AGAIN. I can not stop eating here. I sometimes skip breakfast just so I can have a Party Melt. Why do these burgers have to be SOOOOOO good?? In a recent study showed that they're actually the healthiest or one of the most healthiest burgers in the fast food market. As if I needed a reason but okay. I'm single, 45 years old, completely alone on this planet... I will gladly gain 20 pounds eating these burgers. And I use the upcoming holidays as my excuse. The fish sandwich was great. The service was horrible. All the Fountain drinks were not properly working. Brought it to the attention of the manger and was not supportive and did not care. Please train your management team to communicate and care. The food will only get you so far. Low score because they did not care about getting me a drink to enjoy with my meal. Very sad! read more

Best hamburger for the fast food restaurant. The hamburger is as good as the upscale restaurant! The fries is little over priced for its size, but overall culver hamburger definitely beats the other fast food restaurant. The customer service from the cashier at the window was absolutely rude. I kept explaining to her that the amount was much higher that what I normally pay. That I get the same thing for my daughter every week. She told her that the prices went up. I asked her when. She proceeded to tell me a while ago. This was an odd experience for just ordering two concrete mixers and a order of fries to go at 3:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. First off, the server couldn't get my simple order right which was two exact same concrete mixers with oreos, m&m's and reeses plus one large fries. He thought I wanted two separate orders of two concrete mixers. The whole time he was so irritating because he was playing with this stretchy thing on his wrist and I found that rude but figured maybe he has some kind of spectrum thing going so I just ignored best I could. I could barely hear him either since he spoke too softly. When I went to pay, something weird happened and it accepted my card and then it decided to unaccept my card and I had to redo the transaction. So 10 minutes go by, I see my stretchy thingy guy is outside then inside and then I see a girl finally start making my concrete mixers. She has the two cups at the machine and then disappears for a few minutes. Then I guess they are magically done and she hands them to me. I said this is for take out. But she ignores and leaves. So I go to the counter and my stretchy thingy guy puts them in a cardboard box made for drinks. And then as an after thought, oh yeah, here's your fries (not large), which at least were in a bag. As I walk outside I notice the concrete mixers are kind of jiggly on top so I think that's not right because isn't the whole idea to mimic concrete? Anyways, I get in the car, put the air on freezing and in the 20 minutes it took to get home, those poor concrete mixers are liquid, I don't think they were ever hard ice cream in the first place, and it's pretty gross because the candies are starting to melt into the ice cream so it doesn't look pretty. Anyways, shoved them in the freezer as soon as I got home and I'm hoping the freezer will solidfy them. It was a treat for my grandkids so I'm very bummed out. I'll make my own ice cream treats for the grandkids from now on. Just don't go to this Culver's because none of the employees care about quality. read more

This was our second time here since they opened and in general. Never had been to a Culver's before. First of all they have the best icecream. Their concrete mixers are very tasty along with their malts and shakes. Absolutely delicious. The mixers varied both times on the amount of topping that was put in so that was one inconsistency. We decided to order food this time. Burgers are super average. Needed seasoning on the meat. We ordered deluxe burgers yet they didn't come with ketchup or mustard on them. Ordered chicken tenders with ranch and honey mustard. No honey mustard or ranch was in the bag. No ketchup in the bag. The fries were ok. Under fried but the actual taste of them were solid. They would have been better with ketchup which was requested as well. It was a to go order. We were the only car besides one other at 330pm. Kinda disappointed as we drove home to find no condiments. We will return for icecream but not food! read more
