Top-Tier Every Time I absolutely love everything about this Culver's. The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful--it's honestly a level above every other location I've been to. Whether it's a ButterBurger, cheese curds, or a Concrete Mixer, everything tastes like it was made with care. The staff here are consistently friendly and quick, and the restaurant is always clean and well-kept. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do, and it makes all the difference. Never been to a Culver's that disappointed me till this one. The cashier looked like they were extremely high on something (stronger than weed) and were very incoherent, that should've been a red flag to leave. I ordered a Deluxe Butter Burger which not only took over 15 minutes, but it was completely plain (only cheese)... not one did I say or even imply "plain", didn't notice till I got home unfortunately. It tasted fine, so that's why this isn't a 1 star. The staff also seemed like they were more interested in socializing with co-workers (both on and off staff), and I'm positive the staff was doing drug transactions with each other in the parking lot as I was leaving. Go to the place on Sunset instead, the staff actually has a work ethic, and despite being more crowded, it's quicker. read more

I have a great experience every time come here but it's always that one old smart ass individual who messes up the whole experience. So, just went through the drive thru here. Ordered cod dinner and butter burger. Here's a list of the things they missed 1. Did not hold gravy on mashed potatoes as requested. 2. Did not include requested extra butter. 3. Did not include extra tartar sauce as requested. 4. Did not hold onions on burger as requested. Pathetic that they apparently don't listen to customers. COOKING WITHOUT GLOVES????? How can this be??? Stopped in this Culvers first time in awhile. Was in a hurry, it was late 7:00pm and I was hungry. Ordered and then caught up to my protocol requirements.... Saw EVERYBODY in the restaurant wearing gloves and masks as one would still expect - EXCEPT one of the cooks preparing food - MY FOOD! Couldn't get anybody's attention to cancel my order. When food was ready for my carryout I asked why he wasn't wearing gloves while preparing food? That's not a Covid thing but a HEALTH DEPARTMENT REQUIREMENT! The girl couldn't answer. Got my food $9.00 worth and dropped it in the garbage can on my way out the door. Come on people - get with the program. This wasn't a rule, but a STATE LAW! Be awhile before I go back to this Culvers. I'm it doesn't matter, it seems it's all about them getting your money, not necessarily following laws or rules. This is a relatively new Culvers in the Woodmans retail complex. In true Waukesha form, the planners have made it more difficult than it needs to be to access the property. You can't enter from 164 at all, and when you leave you'll have to U-turn to get back to 164. Grrr.... Anyway, like most Culvers this one is filled with super friendly employees. It's clean and quiet and the food is exactly what you'd expect. It's a bit more expensive than other fast food spots but the quality difference is significant (and it's clean and the people are nice). I remembered liking their chicken strips and realized today that Chick-Fil-A's have ruined me for all others. Oh well, the burgers are fine. Also, if you plan to log on to their wifi be aware that you can surf the web but I wasn't able to send or receive emails which was kind of a pain since I was trying to get a bit of work done. This review is for the Culver's at 4121 Pioneer. Every time I've been here the food is always hot and fresh. I've enjoyed the pork tenderloin sandwich, the fish sandwich, the pretzel bites with cheese, the beef pot roast sandwich, and their soups. I also appreciate the way they make their ice cream cones. They're plentiful and scooped to make them a delight to eat. I mention this because another Culver's in town hands theirs out that look like a whirlwind threw it together with ice cream hanging out all over making it a must to begin eating this immediately to prevent it from dripping on your clothes. So a well made cone is a joy to have! read more

The food was so good I didn't even get to do a picture. Ooo yummy! I had a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce ,tomato ,light mayonnaise ,and Swiss cheese. Ordered a chocolate milk..Their milk definitely need to be brought up in sizes. I hope one day they add a PokéStop to this covers by Woodmans and even by a bank! I like to go here for a quick meal. The food is good, reasonably priced and their custard is great. The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because of the mushrooms. When I order a mushroom burger, 4 out of 5 times there are very few mushrooms. I then have to go to the counter and ask for more mushrooms which they then provide, but this seems like an unnecessary step. read more

Best semi fast food Burger good cheese curds good salads good custard I can say I've never had a bad meal at Culver's a couple times the Buns were soggy from the grease from the burger but it wasn't that bad tell me if you want to place to go where they always make good food and you always get stuff in your bed you're supposed to get and you never have to drive back and walk in from drive-thru then this is a good place to go to good fries to crinkle cut awesome place. read more

I purchased a Cod Fish dinner on Friday, March 20th at the E. Main Street Culvers in Waukesha, WI. It was so greasy that I had to throw it away. I tried to drain it in paper towel, then tried to remove the outer breading and the fish itself was also greasy. I had to wash my hands with soap two times to get the grease off. Not sure what caused it, but I have never seen greasy fish like that - ever - and I have fish often. I should have taken it back, but I was already settled in at home, so I just threw it out. Would not recommend buying the Cod Fish dinner at this establishment. read more

Food is typically the same from one Culvers to another. This one just happens to be within a few blocks of my house so I go here more often. I love their cheese curds and custard. If you fill out the survey you get a free scoop of custard on your next order. read more

Went for a quick dinner before shopping tonight around 6pm. I ordered the pot roast sandwich meal. It tasted good, but I barely had any pot roast on it. I had to take the top bun off to actually see the meat. I would have to say I maybe had 1/3 of a cup of meat on it. My husband got the 2 piece fish dinner, other than being a little over cooked he said it tasted good. The bun though was missing a corner off of it. I've eaten at this one in the past and haven't had this many problems. I had this same sandwich (sandwich only) at the Cottage Grove, WI location last Sunday and it was great, meat falling off the bun and very filling. read more
