My favorite "fast" food in Orlando. It's like if we could have In N Out in Florida. Everything is made fresh so expect a number and to wait for your food to be cooked. I've had the burgers, chicken sandwiches and the fish sandwich and you really can't go wrong with anything. Not feeling that hungry? Order a single, which is still plenty of food but won't leave you feeling overly full. The cheese curds are awesome too. And don't forget to try the frozen custard. Yes, something new in the area to try. Long lines as expected. Entrance is very confusing due to construction in the area. If you missed the entrance, you will need to go around the entire street. Prices are very high. I bought 2 basket meals to try. I will say I won't go back again. Burger is just ok. Fish sandwich bread was burnt and too much breading on the fish. Will go back maybe to try the ice cream or milk shake only. Wawa is opening next to it and I will rather go there than this place. read more

Great place for fast fried fare and shakes. For $9 I get the Cod Basket which includes a good size piece of fried fish, some fantastic crinkle fries, and a refilllable drink. The quality is pretty high as is the friendliness. They're helpful, too, by confirming all the toppings so you can adjust as you order. It's a more approachable Shake Shack that costs less and adds to the menu. Known for their flavor of the day frozen custards, Culver's has "concretes" and mixed frozen delights. A pint of ice cream/custard to go is a whopping $4.59 or a you-gotta-go-this-route 4 for $9.99. The refill drinks are good but I'd like some less sweet varieties (it's cola, root beer, lemonade, sweet tea, etc.). They do have a couple of diet options and unsweetened tea so I'm probably just spoiled by the Coke Freestyle stations at so many restaurants now. My wife gets Culver's Deluxe and raves about the perfect pair of thin burgers, the bun and the freshness of the vegetables. We're hooked and very glad Culver's finally came to our neck of the woods. read more

Went there and ordered a pork tenderloin sandwich meal and ask for a glass of water extra , would have been willing to pay for the cup , but was told water was broken, but I could purchase a bottle of water. I was already spending almost 10.00 dollars on a dry sandwich after I ask for toppings but didn't receive one. Went for a 2nd taste, tried the pot roast sandwich and mashed potatoes and vanilla shake. Overall I wasn't a fan except for the shake. The meat was moist but lacking a distinctive flavor. I always enjoy stopping at Culver's when I am in Winter Garden. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I visited with my spouse and both of us had Butter Burger Baskets with fries. The meal was delivered quickly and we both thought that the burgers were juicy and very tasty. The restaurant was busy but the staff was able to keep the restaurant clean, which is one of the reasons we return often to Culver's. read more

Had my first visit to Culver's over the weekend. Many central Florida locals recommended this joint for a good burger and variety of other choices. While the menu does feature and impressive number of items from which to choose - we stuck with very basic Deluxe cheeseburgers. I have to say - I was not impressed. The meat was low quality, even for a fast food joint, and greasy. The cheese was not even slightly melted and the burger itself was sloppily put together. While my husband enjoyed his, I cannot say that I did. I may give this place another chance and try something else but for now - not thrilled. read more

Management takes the precaution of separating the beef from the bun so the large disposable container keeps it warm until you are ready and the bread doesn't become soggy. Brilliant! The ambiance of this restaurant is very welcoming and comfortable- very different from any other fast food restaurants. They have friendly and engaging staff that will explain what the more exotic menu choices are. First & foremost, Culver's (at least this location, as it is the only one I've ever been to) has the most courteous & polite staff! It is always a positive experience. However, on this day in particular - 08/01/18 - we had an extraordinary experience. Today I took my mother to this location to treat her to dinner & dessert. As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile by an employee at the register. When we got to the counter, we complimented her on her unique hair style, & from that moment forward she absolutely blew us away with how friendly & personable she was. She definitely exceeded our expectations & because of her customer service & people skills that are so uncommon in quick-service restaurants, she has ensured our return. Her name was Kayley, & she is awesome! When I think of our experience with her tonight it reminds me of how critical it is for companies to have their "aces in their places" in order to deliver the utmost customer experience. However, Kayley is a leader because of her attitude (which is a voluntary, God-given choice & thus everyone has the control over) & we rooting for her progress within the company if she so chooses. Nevertheless, we appreciate the great food Culver's provides & all of the wonderful people with so much personality that they employ. Second time here so I was expecting the worst. As expected, line at 7:57pm was still long amidst the people waiting for their take out. This time, I was greeted with, "your order will take about 30 mins" which was consistent with the first visit 4 weeks ago. I understand they are new, however it appears that maybe drive thru is the way because, I would personally blow a gasket for 40min drive thru order for a butter burger. This is a new location which opened less than a week ago. Food is great, the restaurant is very clean, staff is fast and very courteous. The only complaint I would have is the size of the restaurant/lobby area. Tonite was extremely busy, and barely any space to wait for your order (people were literally rubbing elbows lol). A lot of potential wasted...ruined by the grossly mismanaged staff. I've visited this Culver's in Winter Garden 3 times now because I like to give things a chance. The 1st visit at the Grand Opening was slow, but to be expected. On BOTH the second and third visits, our order was either lost or disposed of. On the second visit, we waited 20 minutes at our table (table marker # being clearly visible) and one of the girls who bring out the food didn't apparently didn't "see" it? Okay, mistakes happen, but the 3rd visit was inexcusable, because the same thing happened TWICE on the same visit. The manager apologized and told the kitchen to put a rush on our order at which point I went and sat back down and waited another 15 minutes. I confronted the manager again and his eyes got big and then he said one of the girls had just thrown it out because they couldn't "find" us in the restaurant...AGAIN. I politely bit my tongue and just had him give us a refund at that point. He also gave us free coupons for our next visit, but honestly, this was such a debacle and a mismanaged joke...the restaurant was only at about 75% capacity. I gave the coupons to a family sitting outside. We will NEVER return. This is honestly the worst managed restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life because I never write "reviews"...but this story had to be told. Since the food quality is nothing to die for, there are much better options in Winter Garden to choose from. "Losing orders" is something they apparently do quite often from the other stories I've been hearing. These young girls running around the place completely clueless and mis-trained is what's doing them in. They need an adult to manage the place. We waited 20 minutes (our receipt said 9:58PM and we did not get our food until 10:20PM) for a couple of shakes and a burger and the number of people in the kitchen was about equal to the number of customers. For a fast food restaurant this places Rocks. The menu has lots of options. The butterburgers are seriously great, so much better than any other fast food restaurant. Full of wonderful flavor, the toppings on the burgers is generous and fresh. Onions rings taste homemade and their own brand of root beer is to die for. It's smooth and delicious. I was waiting for this place to open for awhile. I noticed 1 in Clearmont but didn't want to drive so far. The food here is great, I've had almost everything g from the dinners to the burgers and the pork tenderloin sandwich. The pork tenderloin is my favorite. I even like that they make there own Root Beer as I am a huge fan of the drink. The only reason I took 1 star off is because of he parking lot. It seems unfinished and when or after it's raining parking gets limited because who wants to park in mud. On a clear dry day it doesn't bother me too much. I am pleased they have arrived in Orlando and in Casselberry. I ordered the pork tenderloin, it's just like I had back home in Indiana.
