I am blown away. My toddler wanted ice cream, and I told her we would go out for a special girls day- But that's easier said than done when you have a toddler, and a six month old baby, and two hands! As others have stated on here, the food was delicious and came out super quickly. But the thing that really blew me away, was the staff. The gentleman who checked me out, was super kind, patient, and inviting. Once we sat down, there was an absolute angel, helps me throughout the entire meal! She brought over napkins, she grabbed high chairs, she helped a toddler get a new spoon... She even noticed that my toddler shoes were on the wrong feet, and helped switch them around, I've never seen anything like it! Grabbed some kind of deluxe double cheeseburger with bacon on it and was in hamburger heaven. It was perfection. I can only speak on the burger, but that one burger left me hoping for a return visit which has yet to happen due to proximity...Just happened to be in the area for an errand. Oh Woodbury, if ever again our paths intertwine, this Culver's will beckon me for that well flavored, perfectly warm and wrapped giant, double handful of goodness I consumed in the passenger seat of car. Stuck here at Culver's in Woodbury on a snowed in Saturday. While waiting to pick my daughter up from a nearby birthday party the staff and manager Michael were so happy, polite and friendly. The occasional forgotten item (usuallya silverware or condiments) but annoyed that they give you the ice cream before your meal especially in the summer. So here I sit waiting for food and watch it melt. I said oh last week I got it with my food and he laugh/smiled and said again they only give it to you at the car with your food when management is there. $4.00+ foar fairly melted ice cream when I get home. To be clear - I am reviewing Culvers as a restaurant in the category of burger chains. That is why I am giving it 5 stars. This Woodbury location is very clean. The server who took my order was very polite and nice - a sweet earnest high school kid. The bathrooms were meticulous and even had a vase of fresh flowers and a facial tissue box. I ordered my usual of a mushroom swiss and fries snack pack. The hamburger was delicious (if you like things sufficiently oiled up - which I do!) The fries were fresh and perfectly crispy on the outside. That was more than enough food/calories for a petite woman. I had an iced tea which was fine. The location had ample parking, but it's a bit precarious to get to if you're a pedestrian. Woodbury, sadly, is built for cars -- not for people who think it's reasonable to walk a block or two when doing errands. read more

Culver's has to be my favorite fast food place in the Midwest. I love their butterburgers for, you know fast food burgers. Their juicy, greasy and are the perfect road trip food. Their spicy chicken sandwiches are solid as well. The best option has got to be their concrete mixers. I'm a sucker for the vanilla made with reese's. read more

I generally really like Culvers; however, the last 2 times i've been to this one they have messed something up. I am not sure if the microphone to the drive through isn't great, or if they just aren't listening. But I ALWAYS repeat myself to make sure that it is put in properly. The quickness at this new location is great, and the parking lot has great options. Hopefully within the next few times that I go, they start to get the order properly. read more

Traveling through MN and has to take a break from driving, Culver's is usually good so we stopped. Due to Covid their dining room is closed but they have the drive through open and moving quickly. The reason for only two stars is the food was awful. I had a cod sandwich and onion rings, the cod was either in the fryer too long or the oil needed changing, there was no tarter sauce on it and the lettuce was brown and wilted. The onion rings were inedible because there was so much salt. Very disappointed. read more

This is our local Culver's. We are not regulars although we do make it a point to attend our elementary school's fundraiser nights. Tonight was one of those nights and it was SO BUSY! After waited for 15 minutes and not having our food yet, I kindly approached an employee who was out on the floor delivering trays. She went to check on our order and within one minute our hot, yummy food was on our table. The employee happened to be the manager, Pepper. She was so friendly and welcoming and apologized for the delay. We have always had fresh food and great service at this location. read more

I have rarely gotten anything here that I did not enjoy. It's a fast food burger joint, so you get what you expect to get. The staff is friendly and helpful usually and the store is clean and appointed properly. But the last time I visited with my family it was ridiculously slow. Understaffed or poorly trained staff made the Sunday after church rush even worse than it normally would be. We waited 20 minutes for our food (normally around 5) and another 10 minutes for the ice cream afterward. read more

I'm a former employee of this culvers. I quit here aka transfered to another culvers back in 2017 after working almost a year here at this location. And I gotta say it was alright, not best. I've never became employee of the month which is sad, actually super sad, scratch that, just straight up disappointing. We stopped for the first time at the new Woodbury Culver's today. We went through the drive thru and didn't see the inside. The outside is really nice with a modern look. The outdoor seating area looks great. Has plenty of tables. We order chicken strips, cheese curds, sourdough melt and Oreo concrete mixer. The mixer was super thick and creamy. I lived all my life in Wisconsin until I moved to Woodbury, MN last year. I have eaten at Culver's since 1991 and this was the best mixer I've ever had. Keep up the good work! read more

Ordered two types of burgers and they gave me nothing but the meat, cheese, and bun. The picture shows lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise, etc. If you require people to specifically order every topping you should tell your customer this.
