This place is fantastic from their service, cleanliness, and customer service!! We brought our motorhome in for some engine service. They diagnosed a faulty boot on the Turbo. They were able to locate one nearby, picked it up and installed it within a couple of hours. We were able to get to our next stop. Traveling north days later, we noticed another engine problem (sluggish power), called Cummins Ft. Worth again - they ran diagnostics and replaced EGR pressure sensor. All fixed and on our way! Everyone made sure we were comfortable from Billy Eldridge, service mgr. , Daniel Jones, service advisor to Ryan, an EXCELLENT Mechanic who wouldn't sign off until he put it under pressure with a smoke machine and the Dyno machine. First time I felt as though a company was trying to rip off a woman. I had called to get generator service in my RV and when I arrived after a week they said they didn't have the air filter. Then it proceeded, they checked the code and it said it needed a fuel filter. They said it would cost to change the fuel filter and do a diagnostic it would cost over $700. They said it would take 3 hours. Why read the code....it said just a fuel filter needed to be replaced. I had my generator serviced late last year and got bad fuel. Of course I walked away from a ridiculous quote. I tried to get the fuel filter from them but they immediately erased my information. I can order from Amazon because I have an old invoice with the part#. Very disappointed in Cummins. read more

had them install new radiator and cooler in our motorhome. few thousand miles down the road the fan blew off because it wasn't installed correctly. warning... they won't stand behind their work or even return your phone calls. Their poor quality work cost me over 10,000$ in repairs. shame on you Cummins Fort Worth. I have put 4 kids through school by driving trucks with Cat motors. Unfortunately Cat is no longer used in semi trucks. Cummins got bailed out to make good motors to put in semi trucks. They failed to make a good motor for 15 years now. I have a 2015 Cummins ISX. I have rebuilt it 2 times now. They can't even make engine components that work. read more

We were visiting family in the DFW area in our 1992 Winnebago RV diesel pusher on a toad trip from LA. We had some issues on the way out from LA and problems worsened toward our arrival in DFW. Our rig had work done before and things were okay but never quite 100%. After 5-6 hours of travel sometimes it would literally shut off and we would have to start it again (while still going) and no one could tell us why. The other thing that was new, it had started driving like it had a governor on it toward the end. We figured it would be a LONG road trip back home to LA only going 50 or 55 and knew we needed something done. We knew we had a Cummins Diesel engine so we picked this Fort Worth location and called. We talked to Josh who told us they were going to be closed by the time we could get there but that one of his best engine guys would arrive at 7am the next morning so we told him we would show up then. We showed up at 7am (it was the Friday after Christmas) and they got us in and took a look. Not only did they find the problem (overflow valve) but when a new one was located in OK, meaning we would NOT be traveling back to LA til Monday, they tried two different used parts they had and met with success on the 2nd try. They also welded/mended our exhaust pipe which was feeding bad stuff into and sucking air out of the really dirty air filter - all exacerbating the problems we were having. They were also able to get a new air filter the same day and replace that as well. It took most of the day but they worked hard all day on our behalf and sent us on our merry way and the KRAKEN (our rig) is running WAY smoother than it has in the 5 years since we bought it! No weird noises, no cutting off, no slowing down. BONUS? The office manager, Crystal, (at the boss's behest who probably took pity on us having really nowhere to go or a way to get there) ordered and fed us pizza for lunch!!! Everyone was AWESOME! Josh, Brandon, Crystal and apologies if I left anyone out because this WHOLE crew and shop was extremely professional, nice and their waiting room/lobby has the BEST MOST COMFY recliner chairs (that we all slept in at some point throughout the day)! We were able to hit the road by 3:30pm and won't have to be traveling over New Years Eve which is what we wanted to avoid! THANKS Y'ALL for the epic customer service! I gave them one star and that is being generous. I will NEVER deal with these parts guys again. They gave me the wrong parts and when he tried putting my cc number in he typed it in wrong 3 times. No wonder I got the wrong parts. Then when I returned the wrong parts they wanted to charge me a 10% restocking fee. For their mistake. This is by far the WORST place I have ever done business. Next time I will drive to Dallas maybe they are a little brighter over there. read more

horrible service. i called in for parts (filters). everthing had to be shipped in at a cost higher thean the filters. okay, i know thats not their fault. but when i tried to cancel the order that i made 5 min prior, i couldnt. got the run arounf for 25 min. getting tranfrerred from call center to call center. you cant get in direct contact with the local branch, it all goes to call centers that tell you that it can only be canceled through the branch. when the call center tries to transfer you it goes to a number no one answers and the voicemail box is always full, i wish i could emphasize "always". which leads me to believe that no one is check customer messeges. horrible way to do business. no regard for the customers time. wont be doing business with them anymore if i can help it read more

I have had 3 experiences now with Cummins dealers nationwide. All have been good. The Fort Worth location has been great. Scheduled a time to bring my motorhome in and the technicians promptly started diagnosing the problem. Figured out the problem and I was on my way. No ordering parts, delays in work or excuses. I was ready to pay a deductible on the warranty but the Service manager said there would be no charge. Great Service. read more

I have utilized the Parts Department of the Cummins dealer in Fort Worth on numerous occasions and I have nothing but great things to say about them. They were always very helpful to ensure that I left with the correct part. I have just walked in, I have called in to order a part for pickup at their store and I have called in and had them ship the part to me.
