If I could've done 4.5 stars, I would have. But figured especially for a chain, I'd give them the benefit and round up the rating. It's a simple menu here with good choices of protein, but limited otherwise. However, it works. The value you get I think these days is hard to be beat here. $12ish for a very filling meal. Taste was good, and I'll definitely be back to try some of the other options available.

A big meh. 8 pieces of cold, overfried chicken, instead of salad greens it's cheap iceberg lettuce, the stale tortilla chips really made the meal though. The dressing and noodles were ok. A very unappealing bowl-look at Cava, SweetGreens, Mendocino Farms; this is really pathetic compared to other fast casual salads!!!

    Cute mural inside the restaurant.

The food here was yummy. The service is set up like a Chipotle where all the ingredients are seen behind glass and you can pick and choose what you like. On the menu, they have several predetermined choices or you can create your own. The dining area is casual where you could bring a family with young children. I thought the prices were reasonable, and the food was good.

First time here and really enjoyed it! Pretty simple menu of types of bowls to choose from including any customization you want. They have pre-selected bowls but also have the autonomy to choose your own ingredients. On my visit I had the chicken bowl with extra protein and made pretty spicy. This bowl had great flavors and really enjoyed the spice level. I also paired mine with pot stickers that were also delicious. Restaurant was super clean and plenty of seating. Employees were so friendly and truly over the top nice. Including a small celebration for being a 1st time customer. Will for sure be coming back.

Excellent chicken bop bowl and Korean Corn Dog (cheese inside plus a hot dog). Spice level 3 definitely had some spice, and 10 was VERY hot, but flavorful. Would get it again in a heartbeat!

The food was really tasty and the price was good, but I would say this specific location needs some work to be a five star experience. You could tell that the manager is really great but that the rest of the staff is maybe going through training. I'm not sure how long this location has been open! They also did not have a working bathroom, and it felt like the space was a little messy. We dined in because we were just there for a pitstop, but I think next time I get this food, I would do it as takeout! I would highly recommend the Korean corndog, check out that cheese pull!!!

It's good but I don't think they give you enough meat for the amount that they charge. I have been to other similar restaurants and have had better quality of food for the price. But if you are looking for some fast Korean BBQ it is ok.

The first time I tried it was back during a Yelp Elite experience and I haven't been back due to the drive. But my sister saw CupBop on Shark Tank and we finally made a stop for lunch. I like that there is a lot of options but it's not overwhelming. I didn't see the ramen option and would have ordered the ramen instead so I have to be back. The interior is nice and it's small but most people order and leave from what I observed while waiting for our food to be prepared. The parking lot can be hectic because there are so many places to eat in this plaza. When we walked in, they played Stray Kids "Hellevator" and IU "Eight (prod. By Suga)" so already winning brownie points in my book. The food was okay. The Kko Kko Bop Stick was delicious and my favorite part of the meal. There was some chicken in our rock bop that were dry. The fries were good and the noodles were delicious. Maybe order beef or something else that's not fried chicken or we just had an odd batch. It was still good and edible.

Overall... meh. It's definitely a unique concept and it's awesome to see Korean food coming into the mainstream, but the execution isn't great and could be much much better. The positives of this experience is that the food is customizable and you go on a tablet and choose what you want. Unfortunately the negatives truly outweighed the good. I got the kid size cupbop with bulgogi. The rice, was hard and it felt like it was in the rice cooker for hours and hours or they didn't add enough water to it which caused it to get hard. They also pretty much covered the entire bowl with sauce, which was way too much and resulted in a watery mess. I don't think I can give this place another shot. It sucks that when we move these popular foods to the mainstream in a fast food capacity, the quality just goes down and especially with the price you pay.

Combo bop with Rock Bop and Veggie Bop. As I said not enough sauce so dry rice in there.

I am a regular at this location I buy cupbop 1-2 per week for the past year or so. Sadly, the quality has gone significantly down and I am sadly slowly and slowly going there less and less. They have become very stingy with the sauce and the toppings. There's a full bowl of noodles and rice but barely any toppings. They don't put enough sauce to cover all of the rice and noodles because it's just a lot of them and less of everything else so you get just dry rice chunks in there. They also stopped doing the full hot dog corn dogs which seems a little odd for a CORN DOG in general. I talked to the manager and she said it was a corporate decision to do that. Well not such a great decision as those used to be great but sadly now we only get half a hotdog corn dog.... Overall I love cupbop but it's not what it used to be a year ago. I'm not sure if it's the new hires that aren't as good at making the bowls or if corporate things have changed but it's 100% clear quality is very low now.

While I should be posting as a posted a review my fingers were just a little juicy from the chicken, that's a good start! I ordered the same; Chicken, Green Chile Mac and baked beans. Stephanie was on task and asked me to wait a few and the wait was about 5 minutes. I glanced back at the kitchen and saw her and that chicken doing that juicy dance a smile came across my face, I said to myself.. good start! I started with the beans, yes, finally, spiced and seasoned with some heat, not mushy, firm and with some onions calling my name. Okay, it's working now..seasoning was on point. Green Chile Mac! Hello Green Chiles, where have you been! Thank YOU! Chiles were good size and were complimentary to the Mac. Those were in fact Green Chiles.. firm with a good bite and texture. The cheese didn't overrun the Chiles all in balance. Now the chicken, no bbq sauce was needed as there was nothing to cover up! Juicy, moist and flavor filled with just a hint of smoke as to not over power the chicken. Even after an hour the chicken is still moist and seasoning again just enough to let the bird shine. Overall this return visit was worth the try. I appreciate owners when a customer is truthful about a review and is honest and can tell the owners what was an issue and allow them the opportunity to fix if not for you but all of their customers. Without feedback you can grow a cliental. For me you have to eat, how the chef prepares the meal and allow their work to shine without adding extra salt, pepper or kill it with sauces but that's just me! The staff was so engaging and I actually found out they grew up in the same neighborhood so that's a plus. Overall - I was really happy and yes, some of that chicken may become a midnight snack. Thanks so much and up next is brisket!! Stephanie and Juan you rocked!

Split half a duck and a pound of crispy pork with my friend. Definitely enough and can feed 2-3 people. The duck itself was juicy and had a good amount of portion. The sauce is on point. Prices also aren't bad, I think it came out to $50 for what we ordered along with a large amount of rice and two diet cokes. This place is spot on. Service was great too. It reminded me a lot of those tiny roast meat shops and restaurant stalls you'd find in NYC's Chinatown. The dining area is pretty small, so it can get a little warm inside, but they do have AC units and fans running to help keep things comfortable. There are only four tables indoors--two larger tables that can fit about four people each and two smaller tables for two. They also have a few tables outside if you'd rather sit outdoors. **Service** Service was great. The lady working there was super friendly and spoke English, Cantonese, and Mandarin fluently. She was welcoming, patient, and happy to answer questions. **Food** The star of the show is definitely the roasted meats. They make their own roast duck, roast pork, and BBQ pork in-house, and everything I tried was delicious. As someone who grew up eating a lot of Chinese BBQ in Las Vegas, I have to admit I was surprised by how much I enjoyed the meat here. The quality and flavor were honestly better than many places I've tried back home, and Vegas has no shortage of Chinese restaurants. The BBQ pork especially stood out. It was mostly lean meat with just the right amount of fat for flavor. A lot of places load it up with huge layers of fat, and you end up feeling like you're chewing more fat than meat. Here, every bite felt balanced and flavorful. **Overall** Now that I know they're right next to H Mart, I can definitely see myself making the drive whenever I'm craving roast duck, roast pork, or BBQ pork. The reality is there really isn't anywhere else in Colorado Springs that specializes in Cantonese-style roasted meats like this, so if that's what you're craving, this is the place to go.
