Interior is nothing fancy. Standard fastfood style. Service is rough. They didn't have any pot stickers and the server/cashier couldn't make change. It was going into the tip jar anyways so he only hurt himself. Food was ok. Nothing to write home about. Sauces helped. Not my first choice if deciding where to grab a quick bite.

Service sucks. Ordered for online pick up. Wasnt even ready. Instead of taking care of online orders first they did dine in guest. Had like 7 other people waiting.

First impression is 2.5-3 stars based on convenience, taste and business concept. New location in The Village but closer to Eagle by Cafe Rio. Future tenants in the same building are under construction. Ample parking and the handicapped spots were located right in front. They're hiring too. We stopped in for a quick lunch and there were a few patrons eating inside. The interior seemed spacious but there didn't seem to be a lot of tables around. You order at the counter while they fill up your bowl with the toppings of your choice. We got 2, B Bop bowls, with level 5 & 10 spice and a side order of mandoo for around $23. Their mandoo had a decent flavor but the rice was mediocre-it was probably sitting around awhile. The glass noodles were ok but tasted better with the spicy sauce. The meat was alright and definitely had a fast-food taste. Next time, I would like to try the tofu or mandoo bowl. I'm apt to return, if I want a fast fix but would rather eat at a full service Korean place. Good location and I'm looking forward to some other new spots to Yelp!

Very yummy! Service was great and very kind the food is great definitely a little different but the spice is very good. I got the combo with a level 6 spice and it's the perfect amount if you are wanting a little more spicy the cupbob special sauce would be perfect for you!

The staff went above and beyond for my fiancé and I tonight and I hope the owner is proud of such a great team. Walking into a new restaurant can be overwhelming (especially with our restrictions) but the three gentlemen that waited on us and walked us through the variety and knew their stuff, providing the best customer service. I only wished I got their names so I could mention them here. Special thanks to the crew for marking which foods were spicy and which were gluten free. I have celiac disease and I'm vegetarian so dining out is always a challenge but the crew know their market and showed us my options. The sweet potato noodles were quite nice, and knowing the tofu is fried in separate fryer from the bartered foods makes me feel at ease. I believe the risk of cross contamination to be quite low here, which is good for anyone on the gluten free diet like me. The sauce selection seemed a little intimidating at first, but again our staff went above and beyond, walking us through each sauce option and which were sweet and spicy. I lean toward sweet, my fiancé likes the spicy stuff. The price was as expected and portion size great. I even have a little left over for tomorrow. As someone with dietary restrictions I feel safe coming back here again and hope to do so soon. I hope Cupbop is here to stay. Thanks for the fantastic first impression.

I've had takeout from here on many occasions and it's always good. Chose the pulled pork sandwich, Carolina style, which was delicious. Soft, good roll. Fresh coleslaw, and lots of pork. Great overall sandwich. My side of choice was the sweet potato fries. Decent portion and yummy, fried well, fries. Would repeat. Just next time with a beer :-)

Stopped in for a spring lunch and really enjoyed the laid-back vibe--sunny weather, cold beers, and…read morea solid spread of sliders made for a great midday break. We tried a mix of meats, and there was plenty to like. The pulled pork stood out as the best of the bunch--tender, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for from good BBQ. The spicy BBQ sauce was a highlight too: it's got a real kick--hot in a fun, nostalgic way, like a high school pool party where things get a little wild but in the best sense. The tri-tip was decent, though it leaned a bit young and could've benefited from a touch more time or seasoning to really shine. The chicken was cooked nicely--juicy and not overdone--but felt like it needed a little extra smoky pizzazz to stand out. On the plus side, the buns were excellent across the board, soft but sturdy enough to hold everything together without falling apart. Service was top-notch--friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Overall, a really pleasant lunch spot with some strong offerings and a great atmosphere. I'd say it would absolutely earn a nod of approval from my  St. Louis BBQ grandpa and his crew from Wells-Goodfellow--satisfying, honest barbecue with a few standout bites and a good time to go with it.
