This is an interesting location. It's located inside a church. I had no intention of going to the church I just wanted a cup of coffee and this place looked good! Loads of places to chill out on or bring your laptop and work away. When we got there there was a cup with "be right back" written on it so we had to wait a little for service. Luckily we weren't in a rush. I got the free coffee with check in, mom got cafe at lait, and I also got a vanilla lavender latte cuz I'm a sucker for anything Lavender. The window brings in an abundance of light, which creates a wonderful environment to study or have a nice coffee date. In addition to couches, chairs and tables, they even have a papasan chair and cushion by the window for your comfort if you want to read a book or just hang out. I loved the environment here. 2. Food: I ordered their caffe latte and it was definitely better than Starbucks. It smells very aromatic, not bitter like my other coffee drinks that I get from Starbucks, and came in a really good glass size portion. I asked one of the staffs, Mimi, to create a pretty design for my latte and she happily complied. It was absolutely delicious and smelled wonderful. 3. Service: There were three staffs behind the counter and were all really nice with great customer service. The process of ordering and checking out were very quick and easy. They were patient, made me feel very welcome, and answered all of my questions, since it was my first time. 4. Costs: I was shocked at the quality of the coffee compared to their price. It is so affordable and not overly excessive in costs as other coffee shops like Starbucks. My cup of coffee was definitely cheaper than a lot of coffee places and the quality was better, which is great on the consumers' end! 5. Overall Experience: If you want fresh, good quality, aromatic coffee with affordable prices, this is it. The service was fantastic and the environment was so welcoming. I really like studying here! There are so many places to sit and there's so much natural lighting because of the tall windows! Admittedly because it's in the same building as a church sometimes I heard kids running around playing games but it was very brief. The service was also good. I had a lot of questions about the drinks and they were so patient with me and tried to work with my tastes! in the end, I decided to go with the Vietnamese coffee and it was pretty authentic! I LOVED COMING HERE TO STUDY. I was here for almost 6-7 hours, doing some studying for finals. This little coffee shop is located inside Irving Bible Church, and the people working the coffee shop were so sweet and friendly. You go through the front door, and there is a set of stairs to the left which leads to Cuppa. Cuppa takes up a majority of the second floor with a mix of tables, chairs, sofas, cozy chairs, and etc. There was free WIFI & lots of outlets & plenty of space. I moved around a couple of times while I was there to get comfy. The windows are huge and tall & it brought in so much light during the day. I ordered a Thai tea & later when I got hungry, I ordered a sausage biscuit & a muffin. & I have to say that the Thai tea was one of the best I have ever had in my life, so I'm sure all the other drinks are good too. You can bring your own food as well, because they had a microwave free to use. There was also water to grab and drink too. I've been coming to Cuppa for years. It's inside Irving Bible Church...yes, a church...don't let that be weird. Firstly IBC is probably the friendliest and most welcoming church around, secondly the coffee bar doesn't feel like a church. Always friendly service, though there's rarely more than one employee so it may not be too quick if there's a small rush. Great variety of drinks, everything I've had has been excellent. They are always ready and happy to make recommendations or give you unbiased reviews of their menu. I'm always asking if espresso drinks are too sweet! After moving back to irving earlier this year I've been jumping from coffee shop to coffee shop trying to find something different with a positive and motivating vibe, and boy have I found it! Walked in for the first time to a well lit and spacious area, greeted with a big smile from the barista who answered all my questions and gave me a recommendation on what to order. This place is dirty!!! There are gnat traps all over the counters which means that they clearly have a bug problem. I've seen a gnat or two in the container where they keep the cookies and cakes which is absolutely disgusting. It's fun to watch the baristas make drinks until you really think about what is going on. Whenever they make my drink, they use a gallon of milk that was already out on the counter (for who knows how long....it should be in the fridge!). They also use a dirty-looking rag to wipe down both the steamer and the counter. I am surprised no one has gotten sick. read more

It is inside the Irving Bible Church on the 2nd floor. Baristas are very friendly and are efficient. Drink quality is above-average. They have your typical selection of lattes, cappuccinos, etc. but also have some more interesting items. I have enjoyed their vietnamese iced coffee and shaken iced breve lattes. They also sell muffins and breakfast sandwiches but they are store-bought. This is one of my go-to places to study. The area is very spacious and filled with windows, which let in natural lighting. Atmosphere: the cafe is located inside Irving Bible Church, which provides a nice and clean atmosphere to get work done. There are numerous places to sit and not just the cafe area - since it's inside a church, there are other available seats a bit further away from the cafe. There is also an outside patio with lots of seating there as well. The music here is not overwhelming loud. Drinks: their drinks here are cheap and amazing. If you check into their location on Yelp, you can get a free drip coffee (which is what I always get when I come here). Let be begin by saying that this location is inside a church. I was thrown off at first by the location since I did not expect to be inside a church rather beside it. The environment is like a warehouse because everything sort of echoes, but the facility itself is beautiful and well decorated. The main entrance was well put and what most would say "cute." The service was very sincere and kind. They are probably so much more helpful than most baristas I have ever met. Walking around, the scene of church environment is dominant and I respect that deeply. Even with a coffee setting you are reminded of how the beautiful art of Christianity towers the normal size human. The study is very studious and even though it echoes, the environment can get very focused. So imagine Starbucks but 10x better in all aspects. The drinks are super amazing. I almost hate writing this review as I love the peaceful work I get done there on a weekly basis and don't want it to become an overcrowded overworked environment. However I have to give credit where it is due. This spacious coffee shop is nestled inside of a church, it is spacious, friendly and a great place to relax with friends, cozy up to a nice book or bear down on some work while enjoying some of their delicious coffee and tea. This place houses a very friendly staff and it is hardly ever so busy you can't find a comfortable place to get involved in whatever you are trying to get done. It could use a few more user friendly outlets for charging but they are always willing to accommodate an extra extension cord or someone is willing to share their table. Outside seating on the balcony overlooking a small pond is also really nice on a day like today. I live a few blocks away but come here to get work done while I enjoy a mocha or cup of tea, and every time I do I am more productive and happier at the end of the day. Decent amount of tables for groups to hangout or talk or for students to study or people to work on their lap tops. Wifi access. Comfortable chairs and sofas. Went two days in a row actually. Got the Honey Latte which is now my wife's new favorite drink. Very smooth, not too sweet, easy to gulp down. Second time tried the mango iced tea and the lavender vanilla latte, also very good but I wasn't a huge fan of the lavender aftertaste. honey Latte still reigns. Unlike other coffee shops there are plenty of tables and the lighting is great. For once I didn't feel cramped up in a coffee shop. It's a wonderful study spot and there are outlets available to use.
