A few months ago I was looking for a fridge and stumbled across this store, went to check it out and the owner was so nice and friendly. We got a new fridge with a ding on it for an GREAT price fridge works perfectly fine and cosmetically speaking you can barely notice the ding. So we bought the fridge and he even delivered it the following morning to my home and set it up for me. Super grateful for that because no way was I going to be able to lift up a fridge up my porch that has 4 steps. I loved his customer service so much that within the next couple of weeks I came back and bought a gas stove from him and he delivered that one too! They really are amazing! About 8 years ago I bought most of my appliances there when I purchased my home. Great experience, great price, super efficient. On Sunday, my 15 year old dryer broke. I didn't have time to deal with repairs and since it was so old, I figured time for an upgrade. I walked in Sunday afternoon, chose a very reasonably priced gas dryer. They let me choose the delivery and setup time for Monday. As of now (next day) my dryer is installed and keeping my household together (kids clothes are never needing!) And provide delivery installation and haul away service and the 2 brothers who own the shop provide excellent service. I was in the market for a new washer and dryer set because I gave my old one to my mom. Initially, I wanted to just get an used set but while browsing Internet, I found these guys on craigslist. I was very skeptical at first, so I went to visit this shop in Bellflower to check out their appliances. I was a bit surprised to find they had a lot of brand new, high-end appliances in stock, the reason why they're selling them at such a discount is because there's some cosmetic problems such as scuff marks, denting, or patch of rubbed off paint. Oscar helped me pick out the one I want; he's very knowledgeable about energy efficiency and functionality of the appliances since they been in the business for almost 10 years. They were able to deliver the appliance the following day but because I had to work I reschedule for the following week. Oscar also came to deliver and install my washer and dryer. He was very fast and did a great job and then showed me how to use it because there were a lot of buttons on this fancy-schmancy machine. They do provide a 30 day warranty parts and labor, and charge a small fee for future repairs after that. I'm very happy with my new shiny washer dryer! read more

Our refrigerator decided to break down. We bought it used from a different place a year and a half ago when we moved into our apartment. The place we bought it from was closed for 2 weeks because the owners went on vacation. After looking up and calling numerous appliance repair places through Yelp, Oscar answered my phonecall. After describing the problem, he gave me the same quote as other places. I wanted to compare prices and opinions. But, he went above and beyond to figure out the problem and gave some free advice over the phone! Our freezer was working, and the refrigerator part was not keeping its cold. He suggested that I unplug the fridge, take out everything out of the freezer, and pour some hot water down the vents inside the freezer. To prevent a mess, he even told me to put a bowl underneath the hole where the freezer ventilates into the fridge. By thawing the ice in the vent, my fridge began to work again! So far, after some cleanup and throwing out food, it has been working. I will have to keep an eye on it for the next few days to make sure this was the problem. I appreciate Oscar's honesty and trying to save us time and money. We really need more honest and good people like Oscar! Thank you so much for your help, my friend! read more

Posting this Review as this place has posted an ad on OfferUp for washer dryer which has scratches and open box for $1100.00 I found a little better item at Home Depot for $200 more and told the owner, can you do a little better on price and he went Completely rude started telling me $200 is a lot of money. And I should just go to Home Depot instead of doing the regular customer and store things to negotiate. He also said that too bad for me that he did not fall for his low ball and after I asked for the address he said never mind my address I am not lowering my price so I told him I'm not asking for a lower price I'm looking to go down to check it out... Then I looked up the address and sure enough some dummy good reviews and the genuine reviews are all 1 star, there is a lady that initially gave them 5 stars then dropped it to 2 star after using the item. I'm glad I didn't go down... because all the bad reviews say that the appliances have more scratches then that say. People are having problems because there items have been dropped during shipping and things are broken inside. I am going to Home Depot instead of saving measly $200 with these clowns that don't have any clue about customers service. Stay Away!! read more

I'm extremely upset with this store, Angel & Oscar. After being told on the phone that they had my refrigerator with only 2 scratches. We went into the store from driving about 30 miles and found that the store had 10 scratches. Yes we desired to buy it. When they delivered it had 15 scratches. After they installed it the ice maker DIDNT WORK. And the door handles, hinge caps weren't the same color. Oscar came several times and told us that we had to hire a plumber to install the refrigerator. I soon realize after talking to the so called owner that they were totally unprofessional and not into customer satisfaction. Also when we went to the store I was shocked how someone in the store was smoking marijuana in the back of the store. It smelled horrid. Our oven broke down three days before Christmas, and our landlord scrambled to find someone who could replace it in time for us to do our holiday baking. Fortunately, he found Full House Appliances! Oscar delivered a new oven in the evening on December 23rd and began to install it. Unfortunately, the previously installed oven was 1.) caulked in and 2.) covered over a bit with tile, rather than having the tile shaved to fit the stove dimensions. (Our kitchen countertops are covered in ugly bathroom-like tile). Not wanting to damage the tile with the wood saw we had, he decided to come back the next day with a tool built specifically for tile to shave it down and fit the stove in properly. It was a lot of work for him on both days, but Oscar stuck with it, and we had our oven on December 24th. I've been researching washers and dryers for a month, and his were the best prices I was able to find, plus a 90 day warrenty.
