this place has to be top 3 for me here in Nashville. Omg it is so good, it combines the best of texas bbq and Thai food. two very rich cuisines that i wouldn't expect to work well together but holy crap they doooo!!! the meat was tender (a bit fatty for me but that's okay) and the curry was spicy and savory. it is so yummy and flavorful and literally just comforting. I got their brisket green curry that was market price and SO WORTH IT. i need to come back and get another curry dish because they do it so right here. although im not sure i can go and not get the brisket green curry... If you're reading this, this is your sign to go!!!

Thai Indian bbq fusion. Super unique combo and cool vibe / staff I liked the pork sausage curry best- had a curry queso which was rly creamy and unique. Magic mushroom lacked mushroom flavor but curry flavor was very good. Creamed corn was so unique and flavorful. Cold noodles had an amazing homemade chili sauce. Overall super comforting and a very wintery/ comfort food/ under the weather type of meal

Curry Boys has been on my list for a while now, and it completely lived up to the hype! The staff here is SO nice and helpful, answering my many questions. I went with two friends and none of us have much experience with curry, so we all followed the employee's rec and got the chicken dish with yellow curry. My two friends got it with noodles and really enjoyed that. I got it with rice and ate about half, and the leftovers the next day were even better! It's also in the coolest little pink house, with a lovely covered patio in the back. I can't wait to come back and try more.

Curry Boys... I can't say enough good things about this place! The food, service, and vibes are always top-notch. It's easy to find in East Nashville...just look for the bright pink house! I stopped by on a Wednesday afternoon recently, and it was packed. We ordered at the bar and had our food in less than five minutes! Everything I've tried here has been incredible. They smoke all the meats in-house (YUM), and everything on the menu is unique and packed with flavor. You can't go wrong with the Pulled Pork Nachos, Brisket Smoke Show, or the Tony Porker. The rich curry paired with the tender smoked brisket is mind-blowing. The sides are just as good, and don't skip the Ube Cheesecake! There's a small parking lot beside the building and another free lot a short walk down the street. Parking can be a little tricky during busy times, but it's worth it. Seating inside is limited but comfortable. I love the cozy, homey feel, friendly staff, and unique menu!

The best little pink house in the neighborhood with super solid eats! Went for lunch, had the burger. Very tasty burger. Loved the pickles! Great potato salad. Loved the pulled pork curry with noodles. Beware it's got some heat. Shared the queso. Go check them out! Parking can be a challenge in this area. They do have about 6-7 complimentary spots in their lot. Big perk!!

The food slapped, the setting was sick, and the service was sweet. What a cool concept to combine Thai curry with American BBQ. The brisket was my fav meat, and I preferred the egg noodles to the rice. The pulled pork with panang curry was my husband's favorite. We couldn't leave without trying the ube cheesecake which reminded me of the marshmallows from a box of lucky charms cereal (in a good way). Super cool!

This is one of the best fusion restaurants I've ever been to. Texas-style BBQ and Thai curry just makes so much sense together. I've eaten Curry Boys twice in the last month, and I'm still scheming on a way to get back over here for lunch once more before the end of the year! You can order for delivery or pickup UberEats, BUT here's a hot tip. They have a weekday lunch menu that's only available in-store at the moment. If you stop in right as they open, you shouldn't have much of a wait at all for a to-go order! The cashier was so friendly - and the atmosphere inside really feels like you're in someone's home. I had to get my hands on their pulled pork sandwich for lunch, and it did not disappoint. I also ordered the Tony Porker Bowl, which is a green Thai curry paired with their signature smoky pulled pork. Yum! All of the sides are incredible, but I especially love the potato salad. I didn't get the Ube Cheesecake this time around, but it's one of my favorite desserts in town.

Unbelievable! Spectacular flavor profile - truly a creative culinary masterpiece. Who would have thought Texas BBQ and Thai food would be the greatest duo! I've been dying to try Curry Boys since they opened and great things come to those who wait. I can't think of a better way to end my Monday! We ordered the Curry Queso Chips, Brisket Smoke Show, Curry Creamed Corn and the Ube Cheesecake we split this and it was PERFECT! The Brisket Smoke Show was definitely shareable! The brisket was giving a stew vibe the curry flavor was warming during the cool weather days, it was very hearty in the best way without making you frel too stuffed. The curry creamed corn was delicious I put it on everything - the chips and queso and the Brisket curry! The Ube Cheesecake was the cherry on top! As an Ube fan I was in love! Standing ovation for the kitchen and the chef who created our meal!! Thank you for bringing flavor and comfort to East Nashville, only love for this place! Notes: There are outdoor heaters if you sit on the patio and it's covered (it was raining when we came and the we sat outside and we were warm!), parking can be a bit tricky but stay patient because you might get lucky like we did!

Finally checked out Curry Boys BBQ in East Nashville, and I'm so glad I did. It's tucked inside this adorable pink house with a fun, vibrant vibe and a big patio. The menu mixes Thai flavors with Texas-style BBQ, and it somehow works. We started with the smoked edamame. For mains, the Brisket Smoke Show was a standout and the Good Luck Cluck had super flavorful smoked chicken with creamy yellow curry. Drinks are solid too. They had some creative cocktails and even Thai staples like Singha beer. And the ube cheesecake? Don't skip it. Between the food, the fun atmosphere, and the friendly service, this spot is a total win. Definitely adding Curry Boys BBQ to my East Nashville favorites list.

I dined at Curry Boys BBQ on Sunday, July 6, 2025 at 1 pm. Curry Boys accomplishes a perfect marriage between Southeast Asian-style curries with Southern BBQ. I ordered the missing link, which comes with a pork sausage and a creamy Penang curry. The smokiness of the sausage paired well with the creaminess of the curry. The curry itself had a decent amount of spices. The restaurant looked like a restaurant took over someone's house. It had a nice homey feel to it. There is limited parking that may pose some inconvenience if folks do decide to dine here on a busier time. Staff was friendly and very nice.

Are you kidding me? This might be my favorite meal I've eaten in Nashville. What a fun place, I love the Thai BBQ fusion concept. The interior (including the bathrooms) is very tacky (in a good way!!) cowboy theme, and the back patio feels like you're in Southeast Asia. Service was quick and friendly, bathrooms are clean. Very good vibes. I had the panang curry with pulled pork, it was incredible. Highly recommend, I wouldn't change a thing. My only small complaint is the charge for chili oil and other toppings is steep. I'll just go without next time. Oh! And they have parking!

Wow curry boys was soooo good! I've put this place off for a while now but knew I had to eventually try and get to know some of the menu. We both got the smoked brisket bowl with yellow and green curry. Green curry was better in my opinion. I think I would give this place a 4 1/2 just bc it's not elite but absolutely a top restaurant in Nash. The vibes and decor absolutely intensify the experience when going to curry boys. Very exciting to walk in. We loved coming here and will eventually be back.

From the moment you walk in, the place feels welcoming with its clean, modern vibe and that cozy wrap-around covered porch--perfect for enjoying a meal with family or friends. The star of the show is their slow-smoked meats paired with that signature sweet heat sauce. The brisket was incredibly tender and packed with flavor, the ribs had the perfect bark and fall-off-the-bone texture, and the pulled pork was juicy and delicious. Their house-made sauces (especially the honey-based ones with just the right touch of tangy sweetness and a little kick) elevate everything--I've never tasted BBQ quite like this Nashville twist on tradition. Sides were equally outstanding: the baked beans had a great depth of flavor, the mac and cheese was creamy and comforting, and the sweet corn pudding was a standout. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, this spot delivers every time. If you're in Nashville (or driving through Bellevue), do yourself a favor and head to Honey Fire BBQ on Sawyer Brown Rd. Drinks never sat empty, food came out smoothly, and he somehow managed to be attentive without hovering over us every five minutes asking if everything was okay. My wife started with the Nashville Margue, which goes down way too easy for something packing moonshine. Light, refreshing, and carrying enough kick to remind you you're in Tennessee. Then Todd introduced us to a Bloody Mary made with a new pickle-infused vodka. Now, that sounds like one of those ideas that should either be amazing or a complete disaster. Turns out it's amazing. My wife loved it so much she's already talking about coming back tomorrow for another one. For food, we started with the pretzels and beer cheese. Simple. Warm. Soft. Salty. A bit mild for the serious hot chicken fans, but the flavor is there. The chicken tenders are fairly standard. And the crinkle fries are mid. I enjoyed both of the drinks. At $14.50, they are at least $1.50 less than the standard Broadway cocktails in the star bars, so iti s a less expensive option to get a drink. I don't think they ever have live music, unlike some others here, so you are going for the food, not the noise. Service was great, as always. The staff is always prompt and knows their menu. My kids played outside while we waited for our food, but the food came out quickly. The kids' meals are some of the best values in town. One tip: the bun on the kids' cheeseburger is huge compared to the patty. I asked if they could add an extra patty, and they did for just $1. Our family of five ate for about $50. We usually buy Edley's gift cards at Costco, so our actual cost was closer to $40. It's refreshing to have a restaurant in Nashville that truly welcomes families while still serving great food. Highly recommend for anyone dining with kids.

My wife and I came here to eat today. I will say the little dude at the front who took our order…read morewas nice, but the experience was all downhill from there. She got the BBQ Nachos. The nachos were super MID. I got the Country Salad with the brisket. This was by far the worst "brisket" I've ever had. It was super dry and extremely tough. It really seemed like a horrible chuck roast more than anything. The cut was so bad, that I'm convinced that somebody gave it to me like that on purpose, as some kind of cruel joke. Any real brisket person would be ashamed to serve such a thing. I did not send it back because I don't complain about food, and then trust the people to prepare something else without tampering with it. I just take the L. But If I can keep somebody else from having this happen to them, I'll take that instead. I left ALL that food in there. Money gone. I'm poor, so do you know how bad food has to be for me not to eat it? Especially food I PAID for. I wish I had taken pics of it, because my description here can't do it justice because I want to cuss really bad, and probably talk about the cook's mama. But I'm classy, so I won't. I'll put it like this... I wish I had more hands so I could give Edley's FOUR thumbs down.
