I had been waiting for at least a year for this restaurant to open and one day it finally did! I guess they were waiting on their permits to be approved or something. During that time, I read an article they have even opened a 2nd location near the woodlands too. If you visit during lunch, you'll have the option of the buffet or menu. On my visit, I came at dinner and ordered the goat chops, butter chicken and garlic naan. I originally tried to order my typical dish, goat vindaloo, but they server came out and indicated it didn't smell right so they didn't want to serve it to me. Which is fine, but meant I had to re-order one dish and it was going to take even longer for the food to come out. Thankfully though, I got to try the goat chops which were really tasty. They come on a sizzling skillet similar to fajitas, along with sliced tomato, cucumber and grilled onions. I received 5 chops on my order, but I believe only 4 are shown to come on this dish on the menu. Even better for me, they charged me the price of my original dish, for my inconvenience! The butter chicken was really good too. It wasn't the plain and boring butter chicken I've received several times at other indian restaurants, there were extra spices in it which made it delicious. The naan was piping hot and very good as well. Service was good, for the most part. It just took a while to bring out the food, that was my biggest complaint. We dined in and found the atmosphere to be very pleasant and inviting. The staff were exceptional! They helped with the menu choices and were very kind and approachable. I even asked for the chai recipe and the owner told me exactly how it was made. It was delicious! Not sweetened but that was good because I was able to sweeten it to my taste (just slight--not heavily). Two of us dined on chicken tandoori, vegetable masala, aloo palak and chana daal. Portions were satisfying with plenty left over. Every.single.dish. was flavorful and spiced just right. The garlic naan was a perfect accompaniment. This was our first visit and we will be back! Very beautiful restaurant inside and I am very impressed with how they are handling the Coronavirus pandemic. You can order from their full menu and pick up in the restaurant. They have the restaurant blocked off inside so you aren't able to sit down and contaminate the restaurant. Inside is beautiful. It's a well lit and very nicely decorated place. Huh. What a disappointing experience. The best thing about this place is the reviews. First, the person who greeted us took a few moments because she was eating, which is understandable, but not very professional. Management should give people a decent break with someone dedicated to greeting the door. We called ahead to make sure they weren't closing early on Good Friday. We were there half an hour before they stopped seating. They turned away two tables after us but then sat a 6-top. We waited for a good while before being offered menus or drinks. We ordered quickly, taking one recommendation from our server (we weren't very impressed with it). The food was just okay. The Gobi was pretty good - super fresh! - and I liked the flavor of the saag, but not the extent to which they puree it, and my spouse didn't care for it though it's his standard go-to at any Indian restaurant. The chicken Tikka masala was not as flavorful as we're used to, and the chicken itself was dry and seemed unseasoned. We had the beef "awesamosas," and I was unimpressed, but my spouse liked them. The worst part was that we spent over an hour and a half in there. We figured out what we wanted to eat very quickly once we got the menus, but geez, the service was just slow. We actually feel badly leaving such a negative review, but this was a really bad experience. I chose to try this place because it has such great reviews, is close to a home we just moved into, and we both love Indian. I want to start off by saying. The service was amazing! The nice young man who was serving us was one of the most polite server we've ever met. Constantly checked up on us and asked us how our food. The food itself was ok. Nothing special.... well those fries were pretty good. They were worth it. This Indian place is on the pricier side but the decor makes up for it. My friends and I were craving Indian food, so we decided to try Curry Masala for the first time. We browsed the pictures in the reviews, but when we walked in the actual restaurant, we realized the photos don't do it justice. The decor inside feels very authentic and gives the place a fun ambiance. We tried the chicken samosas and potato pakoras and they were delicious with the green yogurt sauce (I forgot the name). For entrees, we shared the Paneer Tiki Masala, Butter Chicken, Chicken Biryani, and Chicken Tiki Masala. Everything we had was to die for, but our favorite was the butter chicken because the sauce is very rich and creamy. The garlic naan was so soft and buttery... just thinking of all the food makes me hungry all over again. We will be back soon and make this a regular spot for us. read more

Decent indo-pak food. The ambiance is very nice and staff is pretty good. We went in a group for buffet. They have decent spread of vegetarian and meat dishes. The spice level was very low (I understand in a buffet they want to cater to the average palette). They could have put a decent appetizer in the spread. They had aloo tikki, but the tikki was quite large and didn't fit the description or the usual definition of Indian appetizers. Like I said, the food was good, but nothing I would crave for! The food here is awesome and the serving sizes are HUGE. I had the spinach and eggplant pakoras appetizer that comes with two dipping sauces. It was a very large serving and so very good! There were two of us and we had leftovers! I also had Samosa Chaat which was nothing short of awesome. Then I had sweet, creamy chai tea in lieu of dessert. The prices are super reasonable too. Just checked out this restaurant for the first time tonight. I had no expectations coming in, and am somewhat of an Indopak food novice, however everything was delicious. I ordered the shrimp coconut curry. It had a complex rich curry sauce, just the right amount of spice with a generous amount of shrimp. I loved dipping the warm garlic naan bread in the curry sauce. My spouse ordered the lamb shank and it did not disappoint. It was tender and served with fresh sliced Tomato's, cucumber, cilantro, and onion, with a citrus based dressing. The naan bread was very fresh, and most likely made in house. We had enough food to bring some home to enjoy later. All in all, a great experience, and we look forward to a return visit. read more

The food is delicious and authentic. If you love chicken curry and all other spicy exotic spices this is the place.

I've ordered take out from here three different times now and I continue to be impressed! Food is loaded with flavor, the portion sizes are generous, service is fast and the food is reasonably priced! You can tell the chefs working here put their heart and soul into the food. Entrees - I ordered the Chicken Tika Masala, Butter Chicken, and the Vindaloo Masala - all dishes had aromatic flavor profiles, and left me wanting to try every dish! This is something you don't find a lot of in this area - as many South Asian restaurants dull down the flavors for unseasoned tastebuds. My only complaint about any of these dishes was that the chicken was a bit dry in both BC/CTM (might depend on what time you order), and the Vindaloo Masala had mostly bones and potato, with a few chunks of goat meat. I'd be a little upset about these two things if the flavors weren't superb! Appetizers: I ordered the "Awesemosas" (semosas) and the Dahi Puri. The Dahi Puri was flavorful but I wouldn't recommend ordering this as take out (especially given that drivers sometimes pick up multiple orders)- mine was soggy upon arrival. I'm sure this wouldn't be the case if dining in so I'd be willing to try the dish again. The semosas, despite also being takeout, still had their freshness and crispness... AND they had favor - a huge plus! It comes with mint chutney - I ordered mine with the Tamarind chutney as well. Both delicious. Bread: I have only tried the garlic naan bread so far. It's some of the best pita bread I've had in the area. Flavorful and I couldn't get over the serving sizes. -- I will update my review as I try other items! The food is amazing! This location introduced their occasional buffet that allowed me to try new plates and fall in love with the spices and dishes like vegetable curry, lentils, goat, etc! I came in for the buffet during lunch. Now, I got there right when they opened, and they weren't quite ready. So I waited for 15 minutes while they got everything ready on the buffet. A little annoying, but I brought a book. Eventually the waitress came to tell me that the buffet was ready and offered me a cocktail menu...at 11AM. I said no thanks, and that I would just like some iced tea. She brought me some water, which was nice, but I never got the tea. So let's get to the food. If you like chicken, this is the place for you. There must have been 7 or 8 different chicken dishes on the buffet. I took a small portion of five of them. The chicken curry was a bit bland. The tikka masala also wasn't as flavorful as I was expecting. There was another chicken dish made with peppers, onions, and red chiles. The sauce was a deep red, and it was the spiciest thing on the buffet...which is what I was looking for. Service was okay. We tried this place for the first time today and had some high hopes because the reviews were so great. We ordered take out of 4 entrees, 3 sides, and 2 appetizers. When we picked up our order and got it home, which was about 10 minutes away, all of the food needed to be microwaved, so that tells me it had been sitting out for a while; none of it was fresh. When I bit into the chicken in my Chicken Malai, it had what I thought was just a weird texture, but I then realized it just wasn't cooked. All of the chicken was still raw in the middle. And this was after I nuked it in the microwave for a full minute. Honestly, the awesomosas were bomb af, but it's hard to look past the raw chicken. It put a damper on the whole meal and it was hard for anyone to enjoy much of anything else unfortunately. So yea, if you're just craving some samosas, this place is 100% your jam. read more
