The rice was delicious, cooked with toasted cumin seeds per the owner. The pizza was great, esp dipped in the delicious butter chicken. We went for lunch- ordered Thai peanut curry pizza, channa, coconut Korma ( basmati rice comes along with the order), and Naan. I hate to write a negative review, but the food quality was way below par. We went with high expectations but were very disappointed. The basmati rice was having a weird smell and I am not sure if it was cooked fresh. The Naan was crisp and the korma was all cooked in tomato sauce with no flavors. We understand it is a small city but that doesn't give any reason to serve such low-quality food. Out of all the things that we ordered, the only food which was okay was pizza. I ordered their famous Curry Pizza after chatting with their Indian chef for a few minutes. My daughter then joined and we ordered their vegan Mushroom Curry also. All four of us (my wife, son, daughter and me) absolutely devoured both dishes in no time... the flavors were simply amazing. We also conversed with the manager at lengths and learned more about Bicknell (a very small town of less than 400 people), the Punjabi Indian owner who owns three Curry Pizza restaurants, and how the place contributes to the local community. We stopped at Binda's on my way to Capitol Reef. The 15 year old boy working the counter/ register did not even bother to say hi when I walked in the door because someone he knew walked in right behind us and started hugging and kissing him on the cheek/ shoulders. My boyfriend went to the restroom so I stood there looking at the menu for 5 minutes or so and the counter attendant still hadn't said a word to me. We ordered one chicken butter curry, and one 12" curry pizza. We waited almost forty minutes before the curry came out, no pizza. When I asked about the Pizza, he replied "oh, you guys wanted Pizza too?" I ended up getting a refund for the whole thing and going down the road to the Sunglow Cafe, which was excellent.
