While the meat quality was good the sauce was not. It had a weird flavor and was kind of chalky. Moreover the garlic naan had been heated in a microwave and was rubbery. It had been prepared earlier and it just sits on the side then the dude just heats it up when you order. Once again, Fillmore has no good places to eat. I mean none. Every place is like this. They have the appearance of good food, but really the food is far below standards of deliciousness. I will never go back to this place and it will not survive. Do you think this review is off? Go up to South Jordan, Utah and eat at Saffron Valley Indian. Then you will actually have had good Indian food.

I say all that to say this, Lindsey (pretty sure that was her name) was the best part. She is the best waitress I have ever personally had. I felt really bad that this had happened and apologized, but the manager was steadfast and told me it was a mistake and not to worry. THIS is the kind of service that gets praise and return orders.
