Do yourself a favor and just don't go here. Save the headache. We asked for our prints to be ready by Friday AM. Multiple times. That was our main need, as we have staff distributing materials today/tomorrow. John states they would be ready, I confirmed, Friday AM delivery or we will be there to pick up Friday AM. It's fully agreed on and he charged us. Well come to Friday, no delivery, no one in the "shop." He finally calls at 12 and states he never agreed to Friday morning. I mean, after explaining who I was multiple times because he didn't even register who the order was for. Sounded like he just woke up in fact. John is not good business. His company, only ran by him, is not good business. If you want something on his time line, sure. But if you need it on yours, save yourself the trouble and find any other printer. Literally anyone.
