High quality drilling, great wire management. If I had hired a handy man, this is where the work would have ended. But we ran into a complication with networking and the pros at Connect&Protect were able to effectively troubleshoot and fix it. It was a great experience end-to-end. I booked this company in early June through an app called "Thumbtack" to install cable drops from my router to my office. After not hearing a response for a couple of days, I should have taken this as a sign, but I called the company to see what the hold up was. My phone call was returned-- and after a polite conversation with the owner, Khalil scheduled me for the 28th of June. between 10 am - 7pm. After about 12 noon, I didn't get a call from anyone so I called, and they said they would see where the tech was, and would call me back. After a few hours, I got a call back from the company and they told me they wouldn't be able to make it-- but had an opening on the 4th of July, and they could get me in. I was skeptical with it being a holiday, but they assured me that they would be there. Well, the 4th came and went, and not only did they not show up, I couldn't get in touch with ANYONE to figure out what was going on. The following Monday, I was called by the company after I left a message to figure out what happened. The owner eventually called me back-- and he apologized profusely and gave me some discounts to things and promised he would reduce my price. I gave him the benefit of the doubt.. (I know) But said he could be out there on Friday, July 18th. Between 10-5pm. As you can probably see, by noon, I got a message from the owner that he was stuck at a job and if he couldn't make it, could we change it again to 22nd of July. I told him that if he couldn't make it, then I would want a refund. I decided to cancel as it continually shows that I am not a priority. I was promised that I would be the first customer first thing on the 18th, but it has shown that he has put me on the back burner again. I also had to call each time, and it took forever to receive any service. I would highly suggest anyone considering them to read this post and be aware. I am currently waiting for a refund that was supposed to take 2 weeks, but they offered a cashier's check, which I accepted. Please don't book this company for any work if you value your money or your time.

One walked the area and then quoted me $239 + extras which I declined. He said that the area was more like two 15X15 rooms plus a short hallway measuring about 6 feet, thus the price increase. And he said that I'd have to move the furniture, but later told me they moved it for me. There was a couch, a TV on a stand and an end table with a lamp. When they were finished I wrote a check and asked for a receipt. The technician told me the duplicate for my check was my receipt. And then he decided he could give me the paper with the work order on it. My husband called the company to voice his concern over the price discrepancy. He left a message and then the owner or manager called me back. I was told on the phone that the one who made the reservations should be the one at the house. I replied that I was. Since it became evident that I wasn't going to be permitted to state my case that I was quoted $189 and charged $239, I thanked him and ended the call. So although the service was completed, the price was not the same and the person on the phone did not seem to want to listen.
