He starts programming my keys and then comes and gets me because the door latch broke after he used the new key, ( I took my car in just a couple of days ago to a mechanic to have a full check up and he used our key and had no problem.) I come out and he had taken my door apart and told me which part he broke and said he would charge me $238 for labor to install the new part. Also, I would have to go to the car dealership and buy said part. So he broke my door and gave me a quote on how much it to cost to install. After I came home we called and spoke to him again and he said he didn't break it and that it is our responsibility to fix it. But that he can still install the new part for $238. He gave me no warning when I went in there that this is something that could happen. If he had told me that I would've said thank you for your time and I would've left the store. I left a message with the store manager but have yet to hear back from him.

I am far from a professional when it comes to IT installations, but I know enough to be dangerous. And after getting quotes to install ethernet in my 1980s circa home, one never wired for ethernet, one that just went through a significant renovation where I, in my supreme wisdom said "WiFi is great, now! Who need hardwires anymore?" was now faced with retrofitting several rooms and office with ethernet and said, this guy over here, the independent with a normal sounding company name, yeah - lets go with him! Mistake!! After schedule, and reschedule, and delays, and reschedule, we got nowhere with contractor number one. Meanwhile, Roberto and Peter at Those Tech Guys had patiently followed up several times, continued to be pleasant and professional, and AFTER I said no thank you I am going to go with someone else! So I made the dreaded call back - "So remember when I said if things change . . . " Peter was quick to jump on the phone, and walk me through things at every step. Gave me a highly competitive bid, and an install time of only a few days from when I called. They cam onsite, were clean courteous, and efficient. They played with my dog (I mean who doesn't love a bowling ball Staffy Bull Terrier mix?) and made light work of the install, and the final cost (with tip!) was even below the initial quote. This was made possible as Peter walked my home and together we found opportunities to do things more quickly, and save a few dollars along the way. In the end, I didn't choose Those Tech Guys first, but you should. No regrets here, other than I should have picked them first!

He was able to tailor a system to meet the needs of our family at a price that we felt was fair. We had a few minor issues with the installation process but they corrected everything in a very timely manner. Landon was our installer and he proved to be friendly, respectful, and helpful. We LOVE the product and the features available provide peace of mind along with a nice cool factor. We feel that the incentive program to stay beyond the contract along with the referral source is a great one too. Alarm Works was the 6th company I called. I'm really glad reached out and made contact with them. Matt came out to my home and actually spent time walking through my home/property and thoroughly explained everything to me. He explained about the equipment quality, made recommendations as to where cameras should be placed and really explained the system to me so I could clearly understand what he was talking about. When he and his crew came out to install the system everyone was extremely helpful in explaining what they would be doing and were very respectful to me and my home. They were very careful and cautious while working in my personal living space and did an outstanding job of cleaning up after themselves. Matt took time to make sure I understood all the components of the system, the key pad, camera monitor, recording device and downloaded the apps to my laptop, phone, and I-pad.
