Okay so tbh im not a person to write a review but for this place i will write one. Straight to the point. Keep in mind this was my first time going here and I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to hair salons .When I got in Anna (the woman who did my hair) greeted us very nicely. Me and my friend sat down and waited. But there was this older lady and Anna who kept looking at us and pointing at us. I dont know what they where saying but they kinda looked like they were judging us. Before she did anything with my hair she asked what I wanted to do with my hair. I showed her a picture of what i wanted. In the end it didnt turn out like the picture but it was funtional. During the process of cutting my hair she tugged my hair so hard it was sore the next day and scratched my face a couple times (even my eye). I didnt really say anything about it because i thought this is what she had to do to cut it. But in the end it wasnt what i wanted and it was too late to say anything. It was very rushed and it felt like she just wanted to get it over with. The place was nice and clean tho. read more

Excellent salon!!! Been going there for 4-5 years. Take my boys there. They actually ask to go there when they need a hair cut. Anna does my hair!! I always love my hair when I leave there. She always gets the color that I want on my highlights. Luv it!! I always get an appointment for highlights as I know it takes time, but for haircuts for my kids ages 13 & 16 are walk-ins. We are always greeted and usually wait 10-15 at most. Everyone there is always very nice. read more

I hadn't gotten a hair cut in a while so she really took her time and gave me beautiful all around layers just the way I asked, and even fixed it more when I asked her to make the front a bit shorter (& all for 21 dollars + tip!) Apparently appointments don't matter. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and there were multiple people sitting in chairs waiting to be seen. One of the stylists asked how she could help me and I cheerfully mentioned that I had an appointment. The entire staff looked bewildered and then I got some lame excuses saying I couldn't be seen because there were multiple walk ins and two people had gotten color done so they were behind. Then they asked if I wanted to reschedule. Um- pretty sure that making an appointment means that I should have been seen before the walk ins. Here's a tip: if you don't adhere to your appointment times, don't offer them at all. This was a waste of my time and an inconvenience that could have been avoided. I have been here multiple times but I will never return. read more

Great experience! I walked in and explained to Anna (she was free at that moment) what I wanted. No pics, no nothing. Just me and my crazy hair (coarse, curly, a lot!). She perfectly understood what I wanted and did a beautiful long pixie cut on me. She didn't joke around, started to work immediately. Took her time and showed great scissor skills. Olivia rocks!! I called ahead and explained that at the last minute I couldn't get a hair appt with my go to hair stylist before I left for the holidays. I was desperate to find someone who could cut my thick, pin straight long hair. I explained my hair texture and how I feel better with someone who understands the difficulty that comes with it. Olivia was spot on with what hair cut would work and even gave me some fun color ideas to think about. She's efficient and knowledgable and just a hair machine. I usually pay close to over $150 in a fancy Hollywood salon and she seriously did my go to hair cut in less time including a wash and blowdry for half of that and honestly a better job. Don't let her young apperance fool you, in fact she's quite funny and lots of fun to talk to. read more

I don't even know where to start. Just got my haircut today and I've never had such a bad experience. I don't know if I annoyed her in the beginning because I wasn't exactly sure how to explain what I wanted or if she was in a really bad mood. Normally stylists would try to understand what I want and continue step by step with an OK. But with this stylist (I won't name her), I felt like I was being forced for a haircut and she didn't allow me to look to see how it was turning out...she was like "let me finish my haircut." From the start she was very rough handling my hair. She was digging the comb into my scalp, tugging on my tangles like she didn't care, and clipping the hair clamps onto my skin. Worst of all when my hair didn't come out the way I wanted it, she was saying uncalled-for comments like the style I'm going for doesn't fit my personality. I was even nice enough to apologize to her when I was freaking out how my hair was turning out and even tipped because she at least gotten close to the layering I wanted. But because of this customer experience, I will not be returning. read more

Salon Mila opened in a shopping center very near my home, so I decided to give it a try. I went in and had a very friendly, very lovely woman named Monica cut my hair. She did an awesome job. She took her time to get it just the way I wanted it. In the past, I've found that stylists in some salons (namely the nationally known ones) don't really listen to you. They just cut your hair their way, as quickly as they can. This isn't the case at Salon Mila. At least not with Monica. I highly recommend this salon, and plan to go there regularly. read more

Came here for the first time due to having so many split ends. Michelle did a great job after I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I have been to cut loose about 4 times. The first two times I had EXCELLENT haircuts I loved them and I also got my eyebrows threaded and also loved them. I went again about two months ago and was left with really bad layers in my hair. I went again this week to give them another chance and asked for a trim and cut the split ends/dry ends and maybe a little fix so my layers would look even on both sides. I have really long hair and feel like it was left the same and still see split ends in my hair and it was done in such a rush. I understand it was close to closing but I wish they would have taken a little more time and had a little more attention. Not trying to say anything bad about the staff but I wish I could have had a better cut and not one that was rushed. read more

I live close by and I am not afraid of trying new places for a haircut so I popped in a few times. I've had 4 different hair stylists and all have given professional clean haircuts. The wait never seems to be longer than 10 minutes which is really nice. I usually don't request someone by name until I develop a rapport with the person. 3 of the 4 stylist were very nice but one of them, for some reason or another, didn't vibe well with me. Maybe it was her sassy attitude. I thought we were joking in a playful way but, now if I see her when I walk in, I can hear the "The good Bad And The Ugly" soundtrack playing my head. At any rate Megan was always warm friendly and her personality and professionalism always seems to be in the right place for me. It also helps that she's a great hairs stylist. She is one of those people that just make you feel comfortable whether you fall asleep (which I've done in the chair) or are a little chatterbox. i really hate to give this place a bad review because the last time I came here I got a spectacular haircut but this time i had a terrible experience. first off the girl who cut my hair walked in looking already pissed and when i tried to explain to her what I wanted she would interrupt me and have this baffled look on her face. as she was cutting my hair she was doing the opposite of what I asked for and it seemed like she was doing what she wanted rather than what i asked for, I told her that I was trying to grow my hair out and not to give me short layers, yet she did anyways, i told her as she was layering that i wanted my shortest layer to be at my shoulders, and still she cut it much shorter than that, i also told her that i only wanted a half inch cut off and she cut off more than that i also said i wanted a cut where it was unnecessary to flat iron or blow dry my hair which the cut I have now looks ridiculous if I don't straighten it, and I can't tie it up anymore because it looks unpreventable when i put it back down and she kept on telling me how dry she thought my hair was now I have to wait out the whole growing process once again, which i told her took me forever and then get it cut correctly, rather than what I have now i was very angry and disappointed.
