Return trip, happy hour in the bar, at the bar! Great burger, good service. Bar gets lively and a bit noisy as it fills during happy hour but a fun spot and getting those happy hour prices makes it a good choice!

    Happy hour menu, 4-7pm.

We came for happy hour, it's an amazing menu with great prices considering the quality. Our server, Ashley did a great job, overall an extraordinarily pleasant experience.

My group of 6 friends had a wonderful dining experience at Cuvee with exceptional service from Jakob, our waiter. We enjoyed the Cuvee lemon drop martinis, pecan crusted grouper, short ribs and an array of desserts. The French press coffee was rich and flavorful. We loved the key lime pie cheesecake! The atmosphere is lovely and the food was excellent.

We had a great experience at Cuvee 30A. I had the Rigatoni with Maine Lobster. It was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. My husband had the grilled salmon since they were out of the short ribs. He liked it but he felt the portion was a bit small. For drinks, I had the Pear Flower Martini (light and refreshing), and he had a Negroni. Both were excellent drinks. We ended the night with the Valrhona chocolate crêpes and the Cœur de Lion dessert--both were incredible and delicious! The restaurant was busy, so service was a little slow, but our server was great and kept things moving as best she could. The vibe was upscale yet relaxed--perfect for a date night. We're looking forward to coming back (hopefully for the short ribs next time!).

A premier dining experience. Joined friends here for dinner one evening while on spring break and enjoyed an evening of splendid company and a dinner to match. Started with well-crafted cocktails and enjoyed some quality wine with the meal. All of the dishes were perfectly prepared. The short rib was falling-off-the-bone tender and beautifully flavored. Steaks were cooked to perfection. And the desserts...well, full as we all were from the meal, we were far from disappointed to have found some room for those! Atmosphere is classy but with a relaxed enough feel befitting of its near-the-beach locale (so, throwing on a shirt with a collar isn't a bad idea, but nice shorts are perfectly fine attire, no need to get decked out, unless of course you want to!). Service was excellent, attentive and helpful without being intrusive at all.

The host John was great, found us a table at a busy time. Service was fine, food choices were decent. And they charge a credit card and entertainment fee which to me was unusual for an establishment like this.

Food - Good but not blown away. Party of 3; $215 later I was still hungry. Atmosphere - very very very busy (the spot we were seated); definitely not fine dining experience. Experience - Totally not worth your money. Made a reservation, but got seated at a high traffic corner at the bar area near the exit and not dining area. Service mediocre - waitor was not very pleasant and very robotic in tone. Although, he was attentive with refilling our water. He stood there and waited to get my plate from the table as I was finishing my last bite. Rude! I rarely tipped below 20% even if the food was bad or the waitor appears inexperienced. Definitely will not return.

I ordered the Caesar salad, brussel sprouts, and the lobster rigatoni, all were delicious. The half/side salad portion is a joke tbh but the 2 bites tasted good. I ordered the grapefruit mocktail but made it alcoholic and recommend that pairing. Overall, delicious food and our waitress Hailey was literally the best but the food is definitely a bit pricey for what you get.

We took a chance on Cuvee and were SO pleased, from beginning to end! It's in a cute location. We sat outside and were able to hear live music. Our waitress was phenomenal. Beverages: They made my dirty (filthy) martini just right with blue cheese stuffed olives (little flavor bombs!) The Manhattan was also pretty good. Appetizers: The crispy oysters were delicious. Crispy on the outside, and the oyster bursts open when you take a bite. The mixture of flavors and textures just worked! They provided a yummy ciabatta bread by request. Entrees: I'd recommend the lobster rigatoni. Full of flavor, nice chunks of lobster, al dente, and the perfect portion. The steak filet was also a great choice. We added a little salt, but that was personal preference. Dessert: You must order the key lime cheesecake. I'm not even a huge sweets person and I couldn't get enough! We ended up getting two.

Well we have had a soup and salad for the 1 hour and 20 minutes we have been seated.

Horrible dinner experience bc they can't manage the kitchen, clearly. Nearing 1.5 hrs since seated and no dinner to be had. Recommend that you don't waste your time here.

Overpriced and terrible service. The serving size didn't even fill me up and the server was very rude.

This was one of those occasions where I was delighted to have been so wrong. The crab cake was well worth the hype. Two hearty cakes, plenty of moist, tender lumps of crab, nice seasoning, and a mild remoulade that complimented them quite well. While I figured (also wrongly) that I'd leave hungry, I most certainly did not. Service was extremely friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the open-air, courtyard experience. Quite relaxing, and while there was none while I was there, I think they have regular live music in the area. As for the rest of the menu, looked like they sell other seafood and such as well, but this is a place where I'm just not sure I'll ever make it deeper into the menu than where I started--not going to top those crab cakes!

Plenty of street parking. No issues with a spot and we stepped in and were greeted by Paul and Lark upon entry. Major plus is the fact that you can get fresh oysters shucked and shrimp, fish, burgers, they have something for everyone! If you don't care to eat in, getting it to go is also fine I'm sure. Ordered a dozen oysters, steamed Old Bay shrimp and potatoes, and a shrimp and fish plate that came with Cole slaw, hush puppies, and fries. Plenty to share. They have multiple sauces and seasonings, especially of note is the Crystal hot sauce from Louisiana which is one of the best IMO for oysters. Service was very good, friendly, professional, and helpful with support. Couldn't have been happier with the lunch today, we already will plan one last visit before heading home Saturday. I cannot say this enough, good food, great service, fast in and out, accommodating when asked for something. It's 100% perfect for this area. The person cooking in the kitchen also nailed the food cooked back there also. They have a steam box in the front as well as a huge area where the seafood is displayed. Support small businesses!

The staff and servers are more than attentive and very knowledgeable. And usually the food is amazing- but this time it wasn't great. The scallops were undercooked and expensive for just 2. I was very excited that paella is back on the menu but was really disappointed in it. The aioli was off putting for me and the mayonnaise seemed to overpower the dish. I would love for them to bring back some of the older dishes like the sticky ribs and old paella. I'm unsure if the chef has changed again but I feel like the food is declining each time I come. Everything was highly unbalanced. We ordered the octopus, which was pretty good. The ceviche was terrible. Inedible - fish drowning in straight lime juice. I order ceviche OFTEN, and this was a huge miss for me. They need to add something sweet or creamy to balance the dish. It was way too acidic and very unpleasant, so much so that I returned ny dish after one bite. They were nice and let me order something else... I got the scallops. They were extremely bland, ironically missing any acidity. A tiny bit of lemon could have gone a long way on that dish. I didn't even eat half of it. Not worth wasting the calories. The creme brûlée was good... nothing super special, but luckily that's a tough one to mess up. Overall, I would absolutely not recommend this if you have a decent to good pallet for food. The food is way overpriced and just not very good. The dishes need quite a bit of tweaking to be balanced.

Incredible service, felicitous staff from hostesses to bussers to waiters (Tommy) to the manager and the managing partner (Mississippian Jason Burgardt)--who waited tables at Walker's Drive-in, then managed Flight in Memphis; we even had people in common. Overall the level of service here is outstanding. Seating is comfortable and spacious. Glassware is tasteful. Immediate service was provided when appropriate. We enjoyed the Angel Eggs: Crispy shrimp, farm eggs & bacon marmalade. A 1/2 Caesar salad and a wedge, and for entrees we both had a Taste of 30A: Grouper, Red Snapper and Crab-stuffed Flounder with accouterments that corresponded with the full-size entrees. Each fresh fish dish was flawlessly presented, with fish perfectly flaky and executed and the subtle-yet-distinct flavors melding into an absolute gestalt of goodness! Loved the touch of the micro greens. A most enjoyable, tasty dining experience! Highly recommend if on or near 30A! Worth the drive!!! Also, we peeked in the bar that has a happy hour from 3-6! Had a warm speak-easy feel! You can dine there as well. We were told the locals enjoy this unique spot and I can see why. In addition, there is outdoor seating with soft overhead hanging lights. A side dining room can be closed off for a private dining experience, with seating in that room for up to 40. Lots of options for special events in this space for table seating as well as menus. Even though our reservation was for 4:30pm, by the time we departed the restaurant at 6:15, the place was filled with diners yet still the atmosphere was not hectic or loud. Somehow they maintain that serene but not too stiff environment. I'd say, it was very clear to me that all the staff here is dedicated to serving others and to excellence. When you pair that with a gifted chef, sous chef, and focused kitchen staff who are dedicated, you get a 5-star restaurant. Pair all of that with a caring and professional Managing Partner, and you have a special place to dine. Ambrosia Prime Seafood and Beef is a 5-star gem restaurant in the 30A area.
