Their food is so good! You can tell the ingredients are high quality. That lobster Mac and cheese is so so good. But really everything there is amazing. The lemon pepper wings, the tenders, the fish - and they give a nice sized piece of fish! And the shrimp is my favorite! Nice sized, seasoned nicely, and Perfectly cooked every time along with their home made tartar sauce. But not only did they get food right. The cactus pear lemonade is probably the best lemonade I have had anywhere. And I can't forget to mention the service. Even though they are usually super busy the employees Still take the time to show patience and kindness. I have been ordering here more now during Covid and they have great measures in place to ensure safety when you pick up orders. Cant say enough about this place. Great food, great business! The food was really good! We ordered the lobster mac and cheese, wings and fries, the red velvet waffle with wings and two lemonades (the regular and the one infused with pineapple and some other fruits). Let me kick this review off with the lobster mac and cheese - definitely a winner and the world's best! The wings (with the homemade seasoning) were cooked perfectly and seasoned well! The crinkle fries were also seasoned and tasty. That red velvet waffle was everything! Now the lemonade: I wasn't a fan of the yellow/regular lemonade but the raspberry colored one (the one infused with pineapples and other fruits) was good! I'd definitely order that one upon my return because I will be back. Now the reason this gets four stars is because either ranch/blue cheese comes with the wings (whatever you choose) but we wanted hot sauce for the wings and they charge you $0.50. Typically when you sell wings, people like hot sauce. We originally planned to dine in, but after that we said we would go home because we had hot sauce had home. Who charges for hot sauce??? Luckily one of the employees ended up giving it to us for free since it was our first time but we just thought that was ridiculous! The food truck came out to my job, the line was extra long, not their fault. HOWEVER. It started raining & the young lady assigned to move through the line taking orders stopped and stood under the tent conversing until people made it to the tent. Ppl waited in line 30-40 minutes just to be told FINALLY when they made it to the order taker that it would take 30-40 minutes to have your order prepared. Seriously? In a place of business where people are on their lunch breaks?? Hopefully the food is better than the customer service. read more

The only reason I'm even giving this place 2 stars is because the customer service, on the day I went, was FANTASTIC from one of the two young ladies at the counter when I walked in (the other acted like she couldn't be bothered). However, the food was subpar at best. I ordered the wings/shrimp/tenders combo. It came with fries. Everything in my order tasted like it was at least three days old. The wings were dry and hard, with the only saving grace being the jerk sauce dribbled over them. The tenders were...not! They were rubbery and flavorless. The shrimp were shriveled and chewy. My stomach did not appreciate what I did to it and staged a revolt. That was my first time patronizing this BOB and, unfortunately it will be my last. Cuzzo's was great! I got the shrimp combo with a half order of lobster Mac and cheese! It was so delicious! The shrimp were crispy and the Mac and cheese was so creamy and just amazing. My boyfriend got a wing combo with a half order of lobster Mac and his wings were so crispy! He got it in BBQ sauce and that sauce was easily one of the best BBQ sauces I've ever had! He called to place a to go order, and before he finished with saying I need to place a to go order....they said all you prepared to pay over the phone as well. Huh???? I went to the Sunday brunch buffet. I typically don't do buffets but I liked the fact that the staff serves the food and is generous. The Yams brought a tear to my eye. If you're in a hurry do yourself a favor and skip this restaurant! After waiting for what seemed like forever to order our food we finally got the chance to order. I ordered the wings and lobster Mac, I chose jerk sauce as my flavor. My girlfriend had the wings, shrimp and fries plate. After ordering we were told it would take about 30 minutes for our food. An hour later (yes an entire hour later) we FINALLY got our food! For the price, location, wait time, and establishment the food was OK at best. The shrimp was not seasoned well, the fries were over seasoned and the lobster Mac was full of grease! Literally grease covered the bottom of my tray from the lobster Mac. The wings were cooked perfectly (so that was a plus). My jerk sauce taste more like BBQ sauce and had absolutely no spice to it. Overall the food was ok, honestly nothing to brag about. I only rated 3 stars because one of the workers tried to make up for the long wait by offering us a free drink! The Lemonade was the best thing I've tasted I would definitely go back for the lemonade, NOT the food!! read more
