Yummy, got to try for the first time via their food truck. Line was very long, but seemed to move quickly. Food is actually seasoned well and flavorful. Love the fact that the shrimp is lightly battered versus the heavily, which tends to be greasy. Lobster mac was very creamy and had an okay amount for lobster pieces. I finally found where the food truck people are located LOL. I am in love with this place for their famous red velvet waffles with wings. The icing that they put on those waffles are so good you don't even eat syrup and the red velvet waffles are so delicious unlike any other waffle. My husband and I finally found their restaurant location after looking for their truck on numerous late nights when we were on a red velvet waffle crave and they never seem to disappoint. I went here today on my lunch break. It is in a weird location, I just knew for sure that the gps was taking me the wrong way but it turns out the gps was right. When I went in the place was pretty small and pretty packed. I placed my order for the side of fries and the shrimp,wings, and lobster Mac and cheese. After my card was swiped I was told that it would be about 30 minutes. I'm thinking it was lunch hour there is no way they are really taking 30 minutes to give people their food so I waited. It took the full 30 minutes and I was a little upset because my plan was to sit down and enjoy my good but ended up having to take it with me. Told myself I would never go back on my lunch break again...until I tried the food. The lobster Mac and cheese was AMAZING! It has just the right amount of spice to it. I really could have just gotten a plate full of lobster Mac and been just fine! The shrimp were also delicious they were seasoned to perfection! The wings were just okay. BEWARE. Do NOT place a catering order at this location! Cuzzo's Cuisine failed to complete our catering order on time and they shorted the meals. THE WHOLE ORDER WAS LATE AND INCOMPLETE. Several of my guests left without eating, which is unacceptable. Cuzzo's and leadership should be ashamed for even accepting a large catering order if they could not complete it and deliver it on time. Everyone at our large community event is aware of their failure and we're disappointed. Then management refused to provide a reasonable refund as requested. The cajun chips and dip are literally some gigantic dump of dry spices dumpd over tortilla chips and a 2 inch wide 1 inch tall to go cup of sauce. For $4.00?!?!?! And the drinks are bottles for $2.50. No free refills. The food is served on to go containers with incredibly chincy "plasticware" with a tiny TINY napkin. Just.... no. I had very high expectations for the lobster Mac n cheese and I absolutely was NOT disappointed. The fact that they have really nice chunks of real lobster blew me away. Was excited to visit this place but poor customer service experience ruined it. Ordered food & was told it would take 20 minutes. 30 minutes later cashier asked to see my receipt because I was still waiting. 45 minutes later still no food. Watched other people complain about not getting their order and after watching people who came in way after I did get their food I decided to just ask for my money back. Lady from back came up to register found my order then went back to the kitchen. Refund given but with no apology or acknowledgement of my wait; not even a thank you.
