I give this a star or so above the one on Anaheim Hills Road because they made their razors accessible earlier. The carpet feels a little dirty, and staff is hit or miss (i.e. they look like they might hit you, but if they did, they'd probably miss). They have the usual selection of stuff. I wouldn't go out of my way to stop here, but if I'm picking up cat food at Pet Supply Warehouse next door, then it's easy to run in and pick up a few necessities. read more

Just called in a prescription despite all the bad reviews for the pharmacy. (It seems none of the other pharmacies in the area have good reviews either :/). The lady who answered was quick and clear - unfortunately it's going to take 2 hours to fill a prescription...... For an inhaler? I have never had to wait 2 hours to be handed an inhaler. It's usually 30 mins tops and that's because I walked in the prescription and other people were ahead of me. I'll add a star later if they're at least friendly.... read more

I can understand what people say about the rudeness but I've been filling my prescriptions here for years and yes they may not be the friendliest but they get the job done. Could they be more friendly, sure but they're busy getting prescriptions filled. My doctors office always sends my prescriptions to a different CVS by mistake. This location always gets it transferred to them when I ask and I recieve a text when it's ready. The pharmacist also personally called to let me know it was ready for pick up. I'm always greeted by the cashiers when I walk in and asked if I need help when I'm browsing. read more

This CVS seems to have lower prices than the one in Yorba Linda for most supplements and has a much larger selection since they are a bigger store. I found the exact same supplement for $2 less and they were buy one get one. The Yorba Linda store didn't have two of anything I wanted and was more money. The checkout isn't quite as friendly or convenient, but it's a typical CVS unlike the YL store that's a converted Longs. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased FIVE gift cards on Christmas Eve , the receipt showed all cards activated but when I gave them as gifts my bf told me it was denied as NOT ACTIVATED. I went back to the store where I bought them (next door to my job) and the store manager literally told me it is not his problem and to call Starbucks and deal with them. EVEN AFTER THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TOLD HIM THAT HE WAS THERE WHEN I BOUGHT THEM, btw the receipt showed all cards activated. I smell a rat in that store. One of the employees is switching out cards after they are sold and activated. Past reviews show this a problem at this store. I ended up calling CVS corporate and they tell me I have to wait a week for help. I am no longer shopping at CVS for anything, after twenty five years of prescriptions and everything else I am taking my business to Walgreens. I don't appreciate being treated like shit by a manager. read more

Store manager Karl refused to exchange a gift that my sister gave to me with the receipt attached. He stated that only the person that purchased the item can do the exchange since the transaction has to be done on the same credit card that it was purchased on originally. I asked if he can issue a store credit and he declined. I then went to another CVS and they issued me a store credit with no questions asked. CVS needs to cut those managers loose to prevent losing customers over their poor judgement and lack of customer service. read more

Went to this CVS to run in a purchase some hair products. After about 15 minutes of finding products that would work. I went to check out. However, when my purchase was rung up, it did not give me the 2 for $8.50 price noted on the yellow tag by the items. The cashier who was very nice, went back and verified and said you have to purchase 2 of the same items. I had purchased 2 different items, with the price of 2/$8.50 being the same and the items costing the same amount if purchased separately. I told her that was misleading, in which she agreed and she kindly said she would send the manager over to see if he would give the misleading price. The manager comes over and I point out to him my issue. He said yeah, you have to purchase the same item and immediately began to tell me he would put them back for me. I had 4 items with only 2 for $8.50 and the other two items I was expecting to pay full price because they were not items tagged as such. He practically removed the items from my arms without trying to negotiate or honor a misleading a sale. When I told him I would just go to Target, he said yes, they are probably cheaper than CVS. I said to him, yes and better service too! Wow...this manager needs to be retrained in customer service and be in a field where he appreciates and represents the company he works for. Instead I went to Walmart and yes, I did purchase 3 of items much cheaper at $3.47 instead of $4.49. The 4th item, Walmart was out of so I went to another CVS on Imperial Hwy. But, I was quite surprised to see the same items listed at the CVS on La Palma and Imperial for 2/$8.50 and at this different CVS they were listed with the same yellow tag as 2/$9.00 and the stores are only about 2-3 miles apart. Even though the 4th items was not 2 for, I purchased the product with a $5 coupon which made the product free with no out of pocket cost. Long story short, CVS at 5735 La Palma Ave in Anaheim Hills just lost a long term customer and if I need to go to CVS it will be at 18080 Imperial Hwy. CVS upper Management, if you read these reviews, the Manager on duty on 9/4/15 at 5:15 PM needs to be retrained on his position to fulfill customer satisfaction and customer service. And it's not just about the mishap on pricing, it about being loyal to CVS and him pushing sales to other competitors. Thank you!! read more

This CVS is clean and have almost what you need. They need to re stock their shelves because sometimes the store is completely empty. Other than that if you just need to get something quick, it's the place for you. read more

I have been coming here more frequently now that I work nearby, and I must say the customer service has definitely improved! The few gentleman that work up front, one being the manager and the other being the cool guy with the ear piercing, they are always very kind and helpful. They have no problem striking up a conversation and going out of their way to help! Very satisfied! read more
