We were there on a Friday night before closing. As we were trying to check out and purchase our…read moreitems, we had an issue with the debit card we were trying to use. The clerk named D*z became visibly irritated and short with us. Instead of trying to help us with our card, she began telling her coworker who had walked over, an African American middle aged woman with no name tag on, that "this always happens" (we presumed she was talking about issues with customers trying to check out right before closing) but the two of them engaged in a very passive aggressive conversation in front of my sister and me about us while we were standing there. Our items were already bagged in our cart, but since we couldn't use the debit card we tried to use, I told D*z that I would only be purchasing some of the items, and to cancel that initial transaction. She told her coworker that the stuff we had left in the cart were "go backs" and the woman huffed loudly while grabbing the 2 paper bags and flipping all of the contents out into the cart, ripping the bags and damaging the food products in the process. She and D*z became so aggressive in that moment. I told D*z I would still be buying the bag of items I put back on the conveyor belt. She took the first two items out of the bag and threw them (literally chucked them) at the end of the belt for bagging after scanning them, at which point my sister said, "Let's go." I have been in some shady Walmarts in my day but never have felt as unsafe with employees as I did that night. Management needs to focus on training staff to engage with the public. And if people don't have the patience to engage with others, then they should not be put on register. I will drive all the way over to the Walmart on Main in Hesperia instead of ever going back to the AV location, (which is a cluttered dump anyway, comparatively) and has questionable employees. Most of whom have their name tags on backward.

I was going on vacation and the medicine I was prescribed made me cough, this I knew thanks to the pharmacist and her knowledge/research. I was vacationing overseas and could not "just call in for cough medicine" according to the nurse in the doctors office. I never did get the meds before I left so I just didn't take them. When I got back, the pharmacist said the doctors office finally called, 2 weeks after 1st call, they claimed I was not their patient, lol!! Queen's pharmacy employees stayed professional all the way through and never Lost their cool. They really cared about me and it was very obvious!!!

There's always something I need, and being able to place an order and have it ready within a couple of hours is a huge time saver. Compared to other stores where pickup times can be limited or take much longer, Target makes the process quick and easy. The Drive Up team is absolutely amazing. They are always friendly, welcoming, and professional. A few of the team members even recognize me and take the time to chat, which makes every visit feel personal and appreciated. I've never had an issue with my orders, they almost always get everything right. Everyone at this location is incredibly kind, and the customer service is consistently excellent. The convenience, accuracy, and outstanding staff keep me coming back again and again. Highly recommend this Target location! One of the things I love most is that they almost always have what I need available.

Thank goodness they were opened at 7 am as I had just driven into Apple Valley from about 1.5 hours away and it was time to go. As it was early in the morning, their restroom was still quite clean.

Turns out I did receive the proper quantity. As a courtesy, she still replaced the quantity I thought was missing. The gentleman up front with glasses was also very kind. I wish I had got his name. I have now retired calling several times over four days and I have yet to talk to anyone other then they answer, say please hold send then never v come back to the phone. As in never. So my delayed medication still isn't filled. Then we have the issues trying to transfer my medication's from Walmart. They told me at Walgreens to use the app on the phone, so I have. That has been three weeks now and all I have done is resubmit at least half a dozen times and still not one medication has been transferred over. It seems that not only does the Walgreen app not function correctly but their employees do not even care about their customers getting their prescriptions in a timely manner that probably or for health reasons. Sounds like they might be in the wrong line of work it maybe Walgreens should do a complete overhaul of their staffing.
