Went to get my Photos enlarged from my Thumbdrive. The employee running the cash register helped me out with my photos and I got a 8x10 photo enlarged, waiting 2 minutes for it. The quality was great, the worker was courteous and helpful. read more

This pharmacy is the worst! You call ahead to make sure they have your fills and you still have to wait or they don't have your order at all. Then they use the excuse "there's only 2 of us". Terrible I truly don't recommend this location, save yourself a headache. read more

would give 0 stars if i could. dropped off my prescription, then they couldn't fill it for FIVE DAYS, which i said fine. Then on the 5th day they call me and tell me they can't fill it because the prescription is expired. First of all, it's not expired yet (the pharmacist said it was written on 12/30 and today is 6/29, which is not 6 months yet), and secondly, even if it was expired as of today - i dropped off the prescription FIVE days ago. The only reason it would be expired was because of the incompetence of the pharmacists. Will be changing my pharmacy to something other than CVS, as it seems like the pharmacists here aren't even qualified for their jobs. read more

Letter sent to corporate: Greeting. I am writing to communicate an experience I had at your CVS store on H street in Chula Vista California. I have shopped at CVS for many years due to the fabulous sales you provide, your customer service I have received, and you are Union establishment. Lately during the VONS, Ralph's and Albertsons Boycott I have relied heavily on CVS for my home needs. I entered your store on 7/23/2016 at 8:30pm. I am a person who uses coupons along with your sales. I am very versed at your coupon policy and probably know it better than your employees. I arrived at the register and was helped by Robert, who was very professional and helped me with great customer service. As Robert scanned my coupons all the other employees brought it upon themselves to become involved with my transactions and sent Robert on a break. Leno came to the register and questioned my coupons that were scanned with trepidation. Yolie then arrived and also questioned my transaction and told us " you are not allowed to use more than 4 internet coupons per transaction. Yolie then called Beng "the shift supervisor" to ask him if we could use more than 4 Internet coupons. I pulled up the CVS coupon policy but none of the employees would read it. I asked if they knew their policy and they all said "no".Beng then called Annabell (supervisor) on her cell phone and Patty "assistant manager" to ask if I could use my coupons. Beng did not get an answer from his leadership but said he was cancelling my transaction. I informed him that my coupons were already scanned and he could not cancel my transaction. Leadership informed Bing to call corporate. Bing called corporate and was told if the coupons scan then CVS accepts them. We were then told we would have to come back tomorrow so he can make sure our coupons were "not fraudulent". I have NEVER experienced this type of discrimination as a "couponer" in all of my shopping experiences. All of your CVS employees were rude and unprofessional except for Robert. I am very disappointed with my CVS experience and hope that you will provide your employees and leadership with opportunities for education regarding customer service, professionalism, discrimination and your coupon policy. I first Went to the CVS pharmacy approximately 1 1/2 years ago when I was working 130 hours every two weeks as a Firefighter/Paramedic in San Diego. When I finally wore myself out to the point that I succumbed to a severe respiratory infection, I was seen at my local urgent care and my antibiotics were sent to this CVS pharmacy. Debbie, who works in the CVS pharmacy at this location was the "chosen one" who had to put up with my grumpy and rude attitude. Though I was extremely ill, I was so wrongfully ill-tempered with Debbie and I couldn't be bothered with her questions regarding my prescription. I just wanted my medicine and wanted to just drive home and go to sleep ASAP! After I was finished handing in my prescriptions, I proceeded to walk out to my vehicle and the recollections hit me of how I treated her and in fact, the calm and cool manner in which she still continued to help me without reciprocating the rudeness I had displayed to her. This caused me to be overwhelmed with regret and guilt and in turn, I went back inside the CVS store so I could sincerely apologize to Debbie. Upon me extending my apologies to Debbie, she was beyond compassionate to me and recognized that I was not feeling well and was extremely ill. Though, in my mind, I had no right to treat her so unprofessionally and rude. I felt like a complete ass! Debbie maintained her composure and to my gratefulness, excepted my apologies and sympathized with my current state of health. Since this day, I have chosen to make this pharmacy my and my families' chosen location for all of our prescription needs. Debbie still works there, as a matter of fact, I just saw her earlier in the day yesterday while picking up prescriptions for an injury I sustained while working at the fire department. She still had the same demeanor of professionalism, politeness and compassion which was such a nice relief considering the state of pain I was in. To whomever made the decision to hire Debbie, thank you! It's people such as her that give me something to strive for in hopes of being as good of a Firefighter/Paramedic, as she is in her career. read more

The Asian lady working the pharmacy is straight up rude. She's always short with the customers, and today she practically threw the long cvs receipt at me, while the main cashiers always take the time to fold the receipt and hand it to me respectively. Do cvs pharmacist cashiers have the same training as the main cvs cashiers? I've never felt so disrespected. read more

If I could give this place negative stars I would! Stay far and away from this pharmacy, most of the ladies that work here are older (no offense) but they're freaking lazy, lack proper people and communication skills, I was dropping my prescription and the lady did not even make eye contact with me, had I not leaned over in front of the computer I would not even know what she looked like, crazy!! Anyways, I asked them to move one of my medications and they said I would have to do it even when the transferring place is also anothee CVS location. I stopped by to buy some shampoos and cosmetics this morning to avail what's on sale. Now while I was on the check out, i made 3 transactions so i can roll over my extra cash backs. I was not happy with cashier Lino because he showed me some attitude and he seemed annoyed because I used coupons. Hey, I'm just a mom here trying to save some few bucks... He even told me that i need to line up again from my 3rd transaction because there are people waiting behind me! He can call another associate to help other customers too! That's what walgreens do that if there's a long line , someone or the manager helps right away! And plus i did not buy a lot of stuff! What a poor customer service! Their prices are even higher than walgreens! You have to compose yourself well so you can attract customers to come back! read more

Horrible customer service at this pharmacy. My wife goes over and shows her prescription and they said we could pick up the next day. We go the next day and the woman says she knows nothing and she was not here the day before. We showed a letter from our medical carrier and they had nothing in the computer. This is the 3rd time we have had problems and they say it was a diffrent person or our insurance is the problem. We will try a diffrent CVS. read more

This pharmacy sucks. I called in, they told me my prescription was ready and waiting. I come into the store and they tell me it will be ready in 20 minutes, this was 2 hours after I called and they said it was ready. To top it off while I sit here wasting 20 minutes of my day there is three people back there doing what appears to be everything besides getting my prescription ready. read more

One of the three cvs's that I visit other than the ones on sweetwater road and plaza blvd in national city. Clean for the most part and the cashiers are usually willing to help if you need something. My sister asked me to check a particular product which had a deal spend $10 get $7 back in cvs extra bucks. Product wasn't on the selves but they offered to check their stockroom and they had it. read more

This pharmacy needs to get its act together. I've had to make no less than 4 trips and at least 6 phone calls to this pharmacy before they got it right. Each time they called me to tell me my prescriptions were ready when they were not. it's not all their fault the doctors office kept calling in the wrong quantity or dose otherwise it wouldn't be covered. Finally on my fourth visit it was ready and I was informed by the Pharmacy technician that i'd have to wait because the pharmacist was on a break and not it the pharmacy which by California state law is a big no no. A pharmacist and the Pharmacy itself can lose their license to practice and operate. I think a complaint to The California State Board Of Pharmacy is in order if in fact that was the case. Overall this has lead me to seek another pharmacy with more competent individuals handling my medications and one that communicates better. read more

Never had an issue with CVS till yesterday work place ever. I go to fill my sons prescription because my little guy is sick and took him with me because I am a single parent he is crying his lungs out because he didn't feel well and the lady at the counter was huffing and puffing the whole time because he's crying and then tells me I'm missing a rx card and I told her I was never issued one Walgreens always just calls them and gets the info for me and she looked at me a said it again so I left upset they most not know what customer service is smh told my neighbor and she told me she wont ever go there ether because they would not help her at that location. I don't have an issue with CVS just that location never again. Walgreens gave it to me within 30 min and thewy have drive thru so my son was able to sleep while we waited read more

I usually come to this CVS for a quick soda and snack because it is close to work. The same employees are usually there, and they are always friendly and doing the best they can to keep the line moving. I never see more than two registers open at a time though, even though it seems they have plenty. This CVS has a photo center where you can print out your own pictures, which I've used at other CVS locations but seems to be about the same everywhere. read more
