I've been to many CVS pharmacies along with a lot of pharmacies in general. Everyone here in the pharmacy department are always SO helpful and knowledgeable. I'm a T1D and the pharmacy can be a nightmare. They have been extremely helpful since I started coming here a little over a year ago. I was going to write this review after the first time I saw that they hadn't restocked a few makeup brands but I decided to wait. One of the employees told me to check back in a few days when they restock, so I did. So this time when I saw that not only had it not been restocked but it was s gross mess I took pics, so annoying. Just because it's makeup and not something "important" they push back stocking those items! Not the first CVS that I've had this issue with -_- I'm sticking to Rite Aide and Walgreens! read more

I have been coming to this location for 8 or 9 years & now the standard have dropped to unprofessional. Every since they merged with stater Brothers they have become over whelmed. I am tired of calling to the pharmacy to be put on hold to be hung up on. It's clear you need to hire more employees because the current employees can't handle the new volume. It's amazing how nobody will give an email address. No corporate information. Just disappointed with this new standard. It takes Longer in the drive threw than walking in the pharmacy. After I had to drive to the pharmacy & waste gas because Gloria seemed to be unable to place me on hold the medication wasn't ready. If Gloria was trained in multitasking we wouldn't be here. I wouldn't have to make another trip, but I guess they don't care because they just received new customers. One more issue & I'm going elsewhere !!!!! read more

The worst experience I have ever had at a CVS store. It was New Year's Eve and a friend of mine was picking up a few things with her Flexible Spending Account, we all know the use it or lose it rule, so she was trying to use it. We got the joy of having Christopher help us. We had a few items that did not register for the FSA and we asked him if he could tell us what was FSA and what wasn't, because whatever didn't qualify she was putting back. We told him that at another CVS the cashier was able to print out a receipt and on the receipt the items were separated by FSA item and non-FSA item. Before we could even finish talking he's telling us they can't do that. So I asked why would it be different and why could the other cashier do it and he couldn't, at this time he completely flipped and became very condescending. We asked if maybe someone knew how and we also asked for the manager, at that point he said the manager was new to the store and probably didn't know (that's rude, he had no confidence in the manager). So Christopher literally argued back and forth with us and said he can void the transaction, so we said void it. Out pops a receipt and I asked him if I could see it, as I'm reading the receipt that has the items separated he continues to tells us there's no way to see what items qualify for FSA...I said can you not read, it's listed right here?! Please forgive me I did not mean to insult him like that, but it just frustrated me so much that instead of wasting his energy combating us he could have used it to find out what we were requesting. The manager came over and asked what was going on we explained, he looked at the receipt, removed the non FSA items and rang us up, he even threw in an additional coupon for our next visit. We later went to another CVS, and the young lady there told us as she scanned the items it let her know if it was FSA items or not. I understand just because you work somewhere does not mean you know everything and how to do everything, just ask someone for help. What you don't do is behave like Christopher and make your customer feel dumb and insignificant. Very disappointed. read more

This pharmacy doesn't have any medicine and every time you go you have to wait forever. Or they will tell you they're going to order the medicine and they never ordered. Don't waste your time here and go to a different pharmacy that will take care of you right away. read more

Slow customer service. and the cashiers don't even know their own return policy. I came in to return cosmetic products that were not working out for me, with the intentions of repurchasing different shades. I was denied by the employee stating there's a new policy where they can't take returns if you use ECBs or CVS coupons. Mind you, CVS website states there's a 100% Moneyback guarantee for beauty products. I've never had this problem in other stores, hence CVS was my preferred place to buy drugstore cosmetics. Might have to rethink that now. read more

I have been sitting in the drive up pharmacy window for 10 minutes and no one has come to the window to help the car in front of me. Ridiculously slow service. If it wasn't so cold and raining I would go inside. But again I have experienced extremely slow service in there too. I just might have to move my prescriptions to a better rated pharmacy. read more

WAY better than the RC CVS on Kenyon, they totally suck. But, this CVS has much better customer service, are ALWAYS willing to help in the difficult situations I have had when I transferred to the CVS on Kendall who just F$#@& everything up all the time. I have had to wait a long time to be able to get my prescription sometimes but they don't mess up my refills, prescriptions, or taking care of what I need. I'd rather wait a little longer at times than to be at a pharmacy I'd have to wait just as long and they just screw everything up and don't know what they are doing!! both home and instore issues at home AFTER my photo's wouldn't read at the store by far the worst photo upload i've been on. first, I DO have an account and it wouldn't except my login and password, reset my password twice before I realized it was the website and not me. signed in as a guest, tried to upload photo's and it's taken over 30 min so far for 3 photo's (the first one hasn't uploaded yet) and it's time to give up. i even tried to download the "necessary" software again. very frustrating... when in the store i downloaded the pics to a cd from my sd card, i was able to do a "trial run" for graduation invitations at this store in one city (la verne) after i got the "ok" for the invitation went to my local CVS in a different city (fontana), with the same CD and it cannot be read to make the same invites!!!!! there is also NO way to copy 4x8 invitations at the machines and have to do it all over again, but am not able to....grrrrrrr frustrated loyal customer...my email address is read more

Came here to drop off a prescription for hand cream and they said they were behind and that it would be about an hour and half wait. It was perfect because I went next door to the gym and by the time I got out I had a text saying it was ready. The whole process was easy and the people were nice! Probley won't be back since I am never really in that area and its not my usual spot but if I ever am this will be the place to go! read more

Avoid this location if u have prescriptions. I have been getting my sons prescription here for over a year, every month. My doctor made a mistake and wrote the prescription for pills not liquid. So when we go to pick it up, the actual pharmacist tells me they had to order it cause they don't have the pills in stock. When we ask why we weren't contacted she said we were and then read off a incorrect phone number. When we corrected her on the number she got a nice chip on her shoulder and became rude. This just adds to all the problems at this pharmacy because this is not the first time we had problems here. In my opinion they should fire all the staff and hire COMPETENT people who know how to deal with customers and care. As I said before, go ANYWHERE else for ur prescriptions. read more

I always have problems at this pharmacy. On Monday, I called in my blood pressure medication, lisinopril. I was told its too early and to call back on wednesday. I called wednesday and Grace (the pharmacist) told me that I couldn't have it until the thursday. I complained to her and then she said she will have it ready in one hour. This is a non narcotic medication that unfortunately I need. She was very mad and told me "you can have your lisinopril, ok" then hung up the phone on me. she didn't give me time to ask for my additional medication. Oh she also does not know her supervisors name. hmm I will find his name and speak with him read more

Very unfriendly staff person at 8:30 in the morning. We are regulars at CVS, carry cards, etc. When we were desperate for a bath room, staff person denied us access. If people would just recognize how far a little sign of courtesy could go, or the opposite... read more

Honestly wish i could give this place zero stars. the customer service was terrible and i feel that even the manager was quite rude. We were trying to print a few pictures via insta print and ended up being there for over an hour and a half. Very unprofessional, and when approached about the lack of printing the manger seemed annoyed and unwilling to help. Many customers in front of us were having the same problem as well. I'm here getting a flu shot and I called in to make an appointment and confirm that my insurance would cover the cost. The lady on the phone was very helpful and got back to me quickly. I arrive right on time and I am waiting for more than half an hour. I am very upset because what is the point of having an appointment if they can't follow through especially when I have things to do. read more
