Finally, I went to Ralph's pharmacy, and the pharmacist there (initials NP) ran into the same issue -- but instead of sending me away, she took the time to investigate and found the info she needed to get it filled. It's not antibiotics or anything that should have raised concern, and it's not like she is constantly getting cough medicine prescribed. Despite that, Amy questioned her. That is completely inappropriate and none of her business. Her job should be to fill prescriptions, not to challenge a doctor's medical judgment or speak disrespectfully to patients.
