Who asked for these? There are probably almost a hundred people touching the touch screen a day here and we have no idea what people touched with their fingers, we have no idea when the last time they washed their hands, what dirty bacteria and germs they leave on the screen from the last thing they touched outside of the pharmacy. When I asked for a wipe or sanitzer they said they didnt have any for us to use. Proper sanitzation needs to be provided.

Thankfully, this location has a lot for itself. I was able to enter the lot without issue and easily found a spot to park. Parking is spacious! The inside of the store looks a little dated, but it's got plenty of items in-stock! Lots of make-up and over-the-counter meds. I dropped by for some fiber and other personal products. Everything was located quickly and the line moved along fast despite the foot traffic. All for registers were open, I appreciated that this Walgreens' team had excellent team work. The restroom was sadly closed, due to being out of order.

The…read morestore layout is similar to most stores but definitley the shelves are full of products unlike some other locations. It was quite busy with plenty of foot traffic close to midnight on a weekday. There were at least four team members on the sales floor and registers. The pharmacy also had a line of a few patients and the drive thru was active as well. The cleanliness of the store was just ok considering the location and time I visited. I am happy to finally have made the visit to this specific location to see the whole operational workflow.

Since I was in Hollywood yesterday, I needed to buy a few things from this CVS. Walked in around 3:15pm and got a very nice greeting from 2 of their security guards & couple of their employees. Very helpful. They were actually very pleasant too. One even took me to one of the aisles to show me what I needed. I am not going to take a photo of each item that I bought, but you will see the items that I bought from their aisles. This is an old CVS, compared to the ones that I have been to. It definitely needs a good paint job, renovation, and a carpet scrub. All employees were very helpful and kind. My cashier was Mary. I bought Bath tissue, (6 rolls), 1 box of Q-Tips, (250) count, Alcohol Prep Pads--their brand, (120) count, some Kaopactate, (2) count of 42, (over the counter medication for indigestion). 4 small travel pack Sensodyne toothpaste, an 8X6 frame, a Hello Kitty--TY plush toy, 2 M&M's and Red Vines from their candy aisles, used my 30% coupon and walked out with only paying, $24.50. I wish they can bring back the $10 Care pass. Need to get in contact with their HR department immediately. Can't comment on their Pharmacy, because we use another pharmacy near my house. It has an ATM machine, a photo booth, 4 self check out stations, and 2 water machines outside of the store to fill up your gallons. You don't see them that often anymore. It's HOLLYWOOD, baby. Hollywood does things right. Place was somewhat clean, aisles were not that easy to navigate, but they had everything that I needed. It was also kind of disorganized. They already brought all their Fall items, has a huge parking lot, a gender neutral restroom, and it's open 24/7 for our convenience. Even the pharmacy.

Woori Pharmacy on Harvard Blvd can improve by making sure the chasiers know their products better and by making sure they are able to communicate in english as well as Korean. Unfortunately, I only know how to say hello and thank you in korean. Today, the nice ladies who were working the cash register made a mistake. They represented to me that there were 10 masks in the T.S.A package that I bought, but when I got home it only had 1 mask. I specifically asked Ms Junghee L (cashier), if the number 10 written on the front of the package meant that there were 10 masks in the package, and she said YES! Junghee is the name printed on that reciept. It is very possible that a different cashier could have rang me up using Junghee's register. Then, when I came back in again a second time to buy more masks, I asked the other cashier, InkYoung W, for the "10 pack", and she gave me the same single T.S.A mask. InkYoung W was the name written on that reciept. It is possible that a different cashier rang me up on InkYoung's register. I am not sure who is who, but I do know that two different cashier's made misrepresentations to me about the product I was purchasing. Apparently, the 10 on the front of the T.S.A package means that it takes 10 seconds to clean the mask However, the cashier did not tell me that when I asked her. She literally said it had 10 masks. So, either she doesn't know her product, or she lied to get my money, or she doesn't understand english. I don't believe she lied on purpose, but who knows? Either way, the manager needs to fix that! English speaking people need to be able to trust the employees at Woori Pharmacy to tell them the truth about what is written on the packages. Other than that, the people are very nice and the place is very clean. If you are an american who does not read and speak korean well, think twice before using this pharmacy. If I ever go again I will have to speak with the store manager directly. The manager spoke english very well over the phone and knew the products. I never leave bad reviews; but this time I had to because the employees were wrong and the manager couldn't let me return the unopened products I purchased under false representation due to the virus. Is it an unpopular type of merchandise? This was the fourth CVS store that I visited. (I tried Arcadia, Alhambra, and Hollywood on Cahuenga Boulevard before this location.) Eureka! I found postcards here! First of all, I found street parking without a meter on Hollywood Boulevard! When I walked in I saw postcards on a tall rack at the entrance! The employees are both good and not so good. This is the first time I've ever said something like this lol There's no improvement without genuine honesty. Some employees here are outstanding, they literally make sure every single client is seen, helped and acknowledged, while some are unrealistic. There's time where I got my debit card from my bag and they made me get in the back of the line on a busy rush of people lol I respect policy, everything is with discretion. I still have maintained good character and edicate after moments like that. Another time, I was shopping for a client, I was unsure what she needed, the manager told me I couldn't wait like that while In the isle, it drove me away as a client respectfully. I don't hate this location or people, I'm giving honest feedback. If they can model after the employees that make this place great, the cvs brand would be known for more than just a competitor, they would be known as the main brand of drug stores. Coincidentally, Tamir was also a patient of my doctor and so he could read his especially messy hand writing and never refused to fill a script because it was too hard too read- another thing I can't say for CVS.
