Tiffany in the pharmacy is a unicorn and a rock star merged together in a pharmacist form. She helped me navigate the discount card options and price checking for a memory care drug for my mother-in-law that is not covered by insurance. I was able to supply Tiffany solid details with insurance back up letters to confirm stuff, but she took the time and made the effort to check price options across a few platforms for me quite quickly. The script that started at $800+ for a 3 month supply was reduced to less than $100 for 3 months. Patience, effort, care...Thanks Tiffany. But with that said and having to pop back to this pharmacy to sort out issues with my mother-in-law....Albert and Helen are both kind and efficient as well, in addition to being spot on to solve my issues.

The baristas at this Starbuck's are always very pleasant, lots of fun to chat with, and they remember my order. How could they forget? Apparently, he's here at this location to turn things around. I apologized for my confusion multiple times, and he said I didn't need to, and would talk to his muttering clerk. This location is closest to my house. 5 minutes away. I've stopped coming here due to their poor customer service. I walk into a store for service, and get it at the larger West Charleston location. I'll drive 15 minutes OUT OF MY WAY, so workers don't mutter under their breadth about me using my coupons or try to usher me to a self serve line, when I walk into a store. Jasmine was nice enough to let me know in advance what my prescription would cost since my insurance didn't cover a compound Rx. I was texted and called when it was ready. My Rx was a little expensive but it seemed to be a special type so I wasn't too worried since I needed it regardless. Lots of parking options here, easy to find and small enough where the pick up and drop off line are quick! No other customers were inside when I stopped by at 4pm so I was in & out in less than three minutes. Jasmine was great, she explained my Rx directions in detail, even though no one was there she was still quiet and very confidential which I appreciated. Great customer service.
