Today at CVS Pharmacy (215 North Decatur), I had a very negative experience while trying to pick up a prescription. The store has implemented a self check-in system, but I had difficulty using it and asked the pharmacy technician for assistance. I was told I had to complete the process myself, and the employee stood by without helping. This made the process stressful and frustrating, especially as it may be difficult for older customers or those unfamiliar with technology. I found the interaction to be unhelpful and poor customer service. I hope CVS considers offering more assistance for customers who need it, particularly seniors and those who are not comfortable with self-service systems. read more

Not a lot of items in this CVS and I do think it's closed now. It was pretty dirty. Carpet was pulled up and not a lot of people there.

This is my go to pharmacy located inside Target. I signed up for text message alerts so there is no guessing as to when my meds are ready. The staff which seem to be a regular bunch are friendly and have even started to recognize me. They are conscious of your privacy during consultations. read more

This is the best CVS, great customer service! All of the pharmacists and staff are really friendly, and so helpful with discount cards etc!

This is the second tome I used this pharmacy for a hormone prescription. I noticed this time that they scan your ID and enter your personal info utilizing your Driver's License number for the pick up #, and retain that data in their system. I was NOT asked to give permission to use my personal data this way or have it electronically stored in their data base, which Target has sadly seen multiple breaches of in the past. As such, I don't recommend using this location. A simple visual conformation of my identity is all that is necessary to release medications, and any collection of personal data should be discussed and permission obtained PRIOR to processing a transaction. read more

I absolutely LOVE this pharmacy and basically everyone that works there. They always make sure to find the best coupons for meds that aren't covered by insurance. Most pharmacies don't take the time to do this for you but this pharmacy strives to be the best. Pharmacist (Jasmine) and pharmacy tech (Christine) are amazing and always go above and beyond to help me. They always make me feel welcome (even my kids haha). This is my regular pharmacy because it's very close to my work. I usually come during my lunch break (12pm-1pm) and never had to wait overly long or even seen a long line for picking up/dropping off. They make getting medication as easy as possible and you can usually place refills online or have an automatic set up. The staff and the pharmacists here are very friendly and by your second visit they are already treating you like a regular. read more

THE WORST SERVICE A PHARMACY COULD EVER HAVE. It's hard to believe these people are considered "professionals". I had been going to this pharmacy for almost a year until I couldn't bare the unprofessionalism any longer. Every single time I had to pick up my prescription, I was treated as if I was inconveniencing them. There's absolutely zero courtesy and zero friendliness. In addition, they're constantly getting new pharmacists and staff every other month. My recent visit to this pharmacy was to pick up my wife's medicine, and sure enough, the service was horrid. Prior to driving off, I had a question for the tech (Aciana) whom ignored me because she was more concerned about shutting the gate shut so she could get out of there since it was closing time. It was incredibly rude! Ignoring a customer because you're avoiding having to stay a few minutes longer to answer a customers question is simply unprofessional. Not to mention she had a terrible attitude and proceeded to roll her eyes! I guess this is what you should expect coming from a pharmacy in the "not so good" part of town. Avoid it here. I feel horrible for all of the other people who can't live without their medication due to bad health conditions or disorders. These people do not care about their customers and they're discriminating towards you if you have a controlled substance to pick up. It's truly a shame. They should be shut down. read more

The workers are completely rude and not genuine. Remind you I have congested heart failure! It's no one's fault about my health, but the workers were not sympathetic. I didn't no my insurance expired. One guy told me "I don't know what to tell you, nothing in life is free!" How dare he? How did he get his job working in the public. I love this pharmacy. My husband loves this pharmacy. This is our go-to place for our prescriptions, even though there are a few that are closer. The staff is ALWAYS smiling and friendly and the pharmacists are super helpful. There doesn't seem to be a lot of staff turnover in the few years I have been going here. I believe that it is because they love what they do. Now, we go here for our prescriptions - with their text reminders - and receive our flu shots and other vaccinations too. It doesn't hurt that they are in a Target store either. Who doesn't love Target? read more

This CVS location has knowledge and helpful cashiers. Elijah offered me the option of a rain check where as other locations have not. He is friendly and values the customer. I drive out of my way to go to this location even though I live closer to Lake Mead and Torrey Pines. Kudos to cvS for hiring Elijah! He is awesome. read more

Very friendly Pharmacy staff willing to help with whatever they can. Get's a little busy at times but the Starbucks and Pizza Hut Express is right next to the Pharmacy counter, so it's kinda nice to sit down and relax while you wait a few minutes if you must. The staff has always solved our problem and been kind and respectful of our time. This is the best Pharmacy I have ever been to. Inside a beautiful new Target store with fresh food and other groceries too. read more

Went to this CVS to get an emergency Rx filled after another CVS gave us the run around. Amber (the tech) and Jasmine (the pharmacist) went above and beyond to get the prescription filled in less than 15 minutes, when the other CVS had me waiting over 2 hours. I am very angry and will not be going to to this target again for how they mis treated me and my younger brother earlier today telling us we have to leave while we where shop I wasn't able to even get all the things I was looking for because a female customer service told us to leave the place with no explanation to why .and since we are two young black men they automatically thought we where stealing and we had a basket full of items to purchase she was very rude and wouldn't let me get her name and if this is how Target does people like us I will never step foot in that store.(located on)-North Decatur north Las Vegas read more

After contacting this location on Decatur to refill a prescription I was informed that the prescription had expired and they would need to contact my doctor's office to have a new prescription faxed to them. 24 hours I called The pharmacy again and was told my doctors office never sent a new prescription. After contacting my doctors office they informed me that there was definitely no faxes from target so I called back and after talking to the girl who answered the phone and expressing to her my disappointment that no one was trying to help me get this prescription filled I told her to just forget it and I'll go to another location and I hung up. Soon my phone rang and it was the manager of the Pharmacy who I thought was calling to make this right but instead informed me that his employee told him I was using profanity when speaking with her which was a blatant lie. I told the manager not only would I no longer come to their store I will be contacting corporate and the local news. After thinking it through I guess there's nothing the local news can do but you can guarantee I will never go to that target again. read more
