The cashier at the pharmacy was extremely rude. I told her I was going to get citrate of magnesium while she gets my Rx, and she said" I would have to take the next client" I said no way it's part of my colonoscopy prep, besides you can't be that fast that I won't be back to pay for it all. Then when I got back I waited for her and told her it wasn't where she said it was and sent me in a different direction. Honestly I don't think she knew what I was looking for. Horrible service at Pharmacy. It seems like they may be understaffed. Wait times at Drive Through are usually no less than 30 minutes. Tell you it's going to be ready the next day, you show up and nothing. They then tell you the next day. My last prescription took 5 days of me going only to be told it wasn't ready and to come back the next day. Good luck If you need to speak to a pharmacist on the phone. They will leave you on hold for an hour and then it will suddenly hang up. read more

This pharmacy has gone from bad to MUCH, MUCH, MUCH worse!!! The regional manager either does not care or is clueless. Whether you go in personally or call, it is beyond bad. On my last call after waiting for 38 minutes I hung up and called the main store. Someone from the main store was nice enough to go to the pharmacy and call me back with an answer on my prescription. I keep reading reviews after reviews of how bad the CVS pharmacies have become nationwide and corporate doesn't give a hoot. Please understand that if we are going to the pharmacy it is not for fun, someone is either sick or has an illness treated by a medication. Seriously...corporate should have management step up and do what they are paid to do, manage. Suggestion: start having customers take surveys on their CVS stores to find out what is really going on with each of your locations. Moving all my prescriptions elsewhere. I wish that I can give negative stars. The place smells like old cheese and feet and the bathrooms are disgusting I cannot believe this is a pharmacy for people who are sick. The pharmacist is a very nice lady but unfortunately understaffed they have three people working for the window the front checkout to answer the phones, fill prescriptions and attend the drive-through window. Being that Cvs is such a huge franchise and has so many patients that take their meds there I can't imagine what it is like to be an employee there nor would I ever want to know. I feel bad for those poor employees that work there because I can only imagine how many complaints they get and they can't do anything about it. The Pharmacy in this CVS is the WORST in the world. It took over 2 hours for someone to come to the window to assist us. Then the person who was there took more then 45 mins to get the medications. The assistant didn't even give us her name. NEVER come here. You will wast your time!!!! read more

Strike 3, they're out. This is the third time I have had to wait an inordinate amount of time to pick up a prescription. Arrived and waited patiently for my turn. The pharmaceutical tech asked for my name and DOB and found my prescription. There were not many customers in line so she told me she would move my prescription to the top of the list and it would be ready in 10 minutes. I sat and waited. Forty (40) minutes later the same girl who had attended me earlier asked for my name and DOB again. She looked it up and walked away without saying anything to me. I am not the annoying type of person to ask if my stuff is ready every five minutes so I continued waiting. Suddenly I received a text message advising the prescription was ready for pickup. I stood and waited in front of a closed register in full view of all pharmacy employees. It took another 20 minutes before the same girl who had asked for my name and DOB twice before asked again. She looked me up and cheerfully announced my prescription had been filled. I replied sarcastically that I already knew since I had received the text 20 minutes ago. During the time I sat waiting for my prescription at least 20 other customers were attended. A new CVS opened closer to home and it too has 24 hour service. That's where I'll be going from now on. read more

I would give this pharmacy ZERO stars, if that were possible. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I had to call THREE times to have a very important prescription transferred for my son. At the end of the day, I decided to try a different CVS instead. Each time, they were unaware of the transfer request. Yesterday, I was on hold for 25 minutes (I took a screenshot because I couldn't believe it). When I hung up and called back, the woman answering the phone said she was alone in the pharmacy trying to do it all. What pharmacy only has ONE person working the phones, prescriptions, and drive throughs on a SATURDAY? The customer service in person is just as horrible. They have no order in that place. I am urging people, if you can drive a little farther out, try another CVS. I'm done with this one. read more

I only come to this location when I don't have another option. The service here late night is horrible. The older lady always has a bad attitude and is very rude, never even says hello or barely speaks to even tell you the total. I have to track her down and I understand cause she's stocking up but always looks super bother when interrupted yet she's the only employee there to ring you up. I hope service improves. read more

I will NEVER shop here again! hands down the worst experience I have EVER had! Poor customer service. People at pharmacy did not know what they are doing. I advice customer to go other places. Management had no control of staff and this place should be shut down for good. no one has ever asked if I needed assistance and to top it off I was waiting in line for literally 15 minutes! (mind you, my eldery mother was home alone in PAIN because she recently fell and broke her hip, and i was there to pick up medication) I asked to speak with the manager the cashier had a smirk on their face and called him to the front of the store. "Rafael" was very unprofessional and told me that someone called out and "ma'am you have to wait just like every customer" OH MY GOD! are you kidding me?! I asked for the district managers email and he did not have it! He walked away because he was in the middle of something. I'm sorry but this is not how you handle something like this. I feel he was trained by dogs, or better yet NO training at all! I'm a current blogger for social media and trust me, I plan to let EVERYBODY know that this CVS is the worst in Miami, FL. Worse Pharmacy ever, after leaving the prescription and telling me will be ready for tomorrow after noon, they call me at 6:00pm telling me to go pickup the prescriptions because they won't have the medication any more, I couldn't even untherstand the broken down English of the Pharmacist, we are sick and now I have to go get the prescriptions and is raining like hell, thank you for nothing CVS will never visit any of your stores again! read more
