Trash pharmacy with horrible uncaring pharmacists and techs. Honestly y'all would do better installing robots over these pod people where basic conversation is comparable to talking to a brick wall. Came for prescriptions including needles and syringes. I opened the bags in the car and noticed there were no syringes so went back in to wait 10 minutes and was told to go to the drop off window where I waited another 10. I explained I had needles and no syringes and the pharmacist looked like this was normal. I asked how I am supposed to take meds with just needles and no syringes. Honestly was I supposed to suck the meds in with my mouth?!?! After several more minutes she said insurance isn't covering them (this is a first!) and said she will give me some. She asked how many 3 or 4? I have a 6 month supply of needles and she's trying to give me 3 or 4 syringes?!?! I miss the days when people cared and had common sense read more

Also, budget your time to wait in line for at least 30 min (40 during morning/evening rush hour). There is no one time you can come where it will be quick, as I've literally tried. Last time I dropped off a script they said yes it would be ready tues (I needed it for wed dentist appt). I show up to pick it up that evening and THEN they inform me it's out of stock. They didn't bother to tell me that the previous 3 days I'd been waiting. I had to scramble and call 4 other places to find one that had it and could fill it before closing. Tonight I show up to pick up a script (again for a dentist appt tomorrow-different drug) that was supposed to be ready 2 days ago. I'm told they have nothing for me. I said I dropped it off 3 days ago and was told it would be ready the next day. Lucky they looked at something else and said oh yeah, can you wait 10 min? Not even attempted to be filled yet? So I'm sitting here waiting and they close soon. Next script I need I will go somewhere else. Fooled me twice. Avoid this location. Like most Chains nowadays, customer service is the last thing management cares about. The same goes here for this CVS Pharmacy. They are so horribly understaffed that you can often wait for an excruciating amount of time before you get served. It doesn't matter if the automated phone service calls you and says your prescription is ready, you can only pick it up when the pharmacist gets to you. Often times that is much later and much longer than what you want. I know that there are many factors which go into why management chooses to understaffed their stores (it may be an issue of the raise in the minimum wage Etc,) I don't know but the bottom line result sucks. If the pharmacy calls and says your prescription is ready, and then it takes you 40 minutes before the pharmacist has an opportunity to hand you your prescription, then something is painfully wrong. The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. The people are rude. They tell you one thing and do something else. When you try to tell them about it, they get angry and defend themselves. It's just a headache. I don't want to deal with. But the girl that usually at the front register of the store itself is awesome. If the pharmacy treated their customers like she treats her customers then I would never leave or go anywhere else. They regularly (about 9 times out of 10) send me a text that something is ready, then I come in, and it isn't ready. There is no reason ever to go to this store. You'll find when you enter that it is a disorganized mess. If you are looking for something specific, be ready to walk down two or three aisles to find it. Also, be sure you use the restroom before you get there. They are the only CVS I have ever shopped that flat out refuses a customer a bathroom facility. They will suggest a burger place two doors down that is always full of people or closed. Lastly, I had to stop getting medications here. They lost my prescription twice and I have yet to get anyone to answer the phone during business hours. There's a walgreens a short drive north. Do NOT try to fill a prescription at this location. They are too busy, overwhelmed & understaffed. There are no employees to help anyone on the floor and if, by some strange miracle, you actually get to speak to a pharmacist and they tell you they contacted your doctor to get approval for refills, THEY DID NOT DO IT AND ARE COMPLETELY UNWILLING TO DO ANYTHING MORE TO HELP YOU. This pharmacy regularly takes a month or more to fill my prescription that I can only get a 30 supply of at a time. So I can only get a 30 day supply every other month due to them taking so long to fill it. So I effectively only receive half the amount of medication that my Dr prescribed me. Then when I finally get the text that it's in stock and to come pick it up, I go into the store and am told that it's been back ordered for weeks and is t actually in stock. Don't even bother calling them, they won't answer. While you're on hold you can literally hear them pick up the receiver and hit hold again real quick. I went in over the weekend to get some Clorox wipes. They were all out (a lot of places are), but I asked when their next shipment would come in. They told me to come back Monday at noon. This is probably my worst pharmacy experience ever. The pharmacist are rude and, most concerning, incompetent and oblivious to the importance of their work. They failed to inform me about a missing medicine at checkout (for my recently hospitalized child), found out about it after getting home and realizing the missing antibiotics. I had to drive back to ask for the prescription, which they sent to another pharmacy WITHOUT TELLING ME. they were incredibly rude when I came back to complain. THIS IS DISTURBING, I transferred all my meds to this location on 7/24 knowing I would run out of my anti-depression meds by 7/31. I picked all meds up today, 7/30, and when I got home I realized they had SWITCHED MY MEDS WITHOUT MY, OR MY DOCTOR'S, CONSENT and further didn't even tell me. When I called I spoke to Jasmine who was SO UNPROFESSIONAL, laughing at me for mispronouncing a medicine and for being worried that they changed my meds without telling me and just all-around a horrible, superior as*h**e. I will be filing a grievance with my Doctor and hopefully she will file against this CVS "Pharmacy." I would think it would be ILLEGAL to change a doctors orders without asking either the doctor or the patient. read more

Last time i checked, you take care of the customers in the store first and employees later. There's only one register open and she's asked for a backup cashier on the intercom twice. Nobody came. Oh. My. God. I have never in my life dealt with an issue like this. I saw a new doctor on Friday who called in a new prescription on Friday. It was sent electronically. It's a VERY common medication and should have been available on Friday, but I wasn't able to go in to pick it up until Saturday morning. When I showed up Saturday morning, I was told my medication was on order and wouldn't be there until Monday. Fast forward to Monday. I called in to check the status prior to driving there. After 20 minutes on hold, Nicole picked up the phone. She stated there was no order for my prescription and that they had no received a prescription for me from my doctor at all. When I questioned how I was told on Saturday that my medication would be available today, she said, "I don't know." Not at all helpful and not at all trying to assist in the matter. Then, she said my order was pending. When I asked what she meant by "pending" if she had just stated they hadn't received anything, she asked me if I spoke English and if I understood the definition of the word "pending"........ WTF. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. She stated that a supervisor wasn't there and would be in the next day (not likely). I stated I needed to speak to whomever she was reporting to today and she pushed back and said her supervisor would be in the office tomorrow and that if I wanted to speak to the supervisor tomorrow, she would "roll out the red carpet." Nothing about this is acceptable. So now, I'm sitting here after hours not even knowing who I need to contact to get my medication that was supposed to have been available to me today. I'm not sure how the pharmacy crew can get away with acting like this, but it seems like it's quite an issue. I had an appointment for covid vaccine, took me a week to find an available appointment and unfortunately it was in this location, i took 2 hours off to be able to make it to my appointment , BELLE was in charge of helping me. considering the fact that i was already nervous, not only she couldn't help me but she added to my stress too! she told me that she cannot find me in the system even though when i had confirmation email from CVS! She made me wait about 40 minutes without helping me! She started ignoring me and was truly rude to the maximum level that anyone can be! I asked for manager , she said there is none! I came here 4 times in 3 days looking to fill a prescription to no avail. On the 4th time, I was told to come back again and try later. When I expressed that I did not have time because I was currently working from home, the pharmacist had the nerve to say, "Don't you live nearby?" I don't care if I live in the CVS attic - it should not take 5 trips to successfully fill ONE prescription that my doctor confirmed had been sent. I rarely go to this CVS and when I do I could never find what I'm looking for. Either their constantly move things around or they don't have it in stock. I mean the workers are very friendly and willing to help, but it always feels like a waste of time. It's a decent size CVS in a small lot near The Habit. Employees are rude and confrontational except the older women(forget ger name).most employees belittle customers and should not be working in customer service. 5 star review but they get 1 star today If I'm woken up by a Text msg from CVS Pharmacy at 9am after already waiting 1 WEEK to pick up my medicine (me being nice since CVS seems to be unable to service customers without keeping them waiting) Medicine gets there, I wait 1 WEEK (so CVS can prepare the medicine) I get woken up by a text msg saying my medicine is ready, I expect it to be ready when I get there. There's no reason I should be out the door at 10:28am when I got there at 10:08 There's no reason for there to be 1 customer in line while the staff is doing nothing so by the time I get there THEN they choose to get the line moving. Why wait so long to help customers? That out the door time is horrendous, people have places to go and things to do. 5 STARS FOR LILIT ARAKELYAN 1 star for everyone else (need better out the door time) I already waited 1 week for my medicine to be nice to staff. Super easy to a get covid vaccine here. Finding an appointment and location was the only semi hard part Park car, check in online, present at check in desk at entrance of store, get directed to the jab spot, immediately get jabbed. No lines and even with the 15 minute observation it still only took about 17 minutes all up. Everyone was friendly and couldn't have been more streamlined. read more

You know it's not gonna be good when you drive into the parking lot and there's some stoner kid.. drawing with chalk onto the street in the middle of in and out going traffic and yet I still drove around him and parked. Most if not CVS have the same layout, this one is alot smaller and you have the check out counter located as soon as you walk in.. not a little ways from the entrance but as soon as you walk in BAMM.. 3 self checkouts and 3 worker checkouts. I found my sale items and proceeded to wait in line, just when a CVS employer called me over to the self check out, scanned my items, asked me to pay and walked away.. OKAY, that's why I was waiting in line so someone can bag my items.. so there I am with carload of unbagged items.. blocking the entrance, attempting to put my items in plastic bags.. Grrrrrr! Every time I attempt to let them redeem themselves they make it worse than before. This time I tried to give them another chance and was put on hold for over an hour. I left the call going and went in to pick up a prescription. I arrived and asked politely "how long is an acceptable time frame to leave customers on hold"? She straight looked me in the face and said I do not have anyone on hold I showed her the call was still going on my phone still playing the on hold Muzak at THIS pharmacy and was basically told I must have called the wrong pharmacy. NEWS FLASH I only have this pharmacy saved in my contacts. I really hate that CVS pays 0 attention to these reviews because when I post my honest concern in most cases is that management will notice and address the paying customers concerns. But CVS really does not give a s*#t about their customers experience. This is really the last time I will ever patronize this poo hole of a business again. CVS wake up !! Came here late Friday afternoon to see if my antibiotics and pain meds were ready and found out that the oral surgeon hadn't called them in yet! At this point I had already been waiting for my meds for about 36 hours. Had to drive to the dental office to make sure they put in the electronic request from my meds. Called about 2 hours before closing and Jasmine remembered us and said that she was working on filling my prescriptions right then! She and the pharmacist were so helpful and amazing! I just walked in to try and get a COVID booster, the pharmacist told me it was impossible for me to make an in person appointment, you can only do it online. I said "that's inconvenient," and the pharmacist turned to another employee to mock me lol she literally turned around and said "she says 'that's inconvenient," and they both laughed. Some people don't have internet access. I do, but we're two years into a pandemic, I know they're throwing out unused boosters tonight, and these employees should be ashamed of themselves.
