I get in line girl at the counter " Oh you go to drop off" ok so I go to drop off. But I also have to pick something up. Ok you go back to the line you started. What? Well, we stopped doing business with this Pharmacy after two separate issues. 1) Picked up my wife's prescription and the pills in the bottle looked different from usual. Thought maybe it was just a different brand but looked it up on Pill Identifier to be sure. IT WAS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT MEDICINE FOR SOMETHING SHE DIDN'T NEED! Took it back and barely got an I'm sorry. 2) Picked up another prescription and when we took it out of the bag at home IT HAD ANOTHER PERSONS NAME ON IT! Obviously, we changed pharmacies and were very happy with our new one. Unfortunately, they have closed and so I called today - 3yrs later, to give CVS another chance. I have been on hold, still am by the way, with them for 30 MINUTES SO FAR - so I guess things haven't improved in 3 yrs. Definitely look somewhere else for your prescription needs. read more

I get my prescriptions filled at this CVS. I like that CVS will text you when your prescriptions are ready. The staff at CVS are nice enough I have no complaints about the employees. I rarely have to wait to pay for my prescriptions. If there is a line normally they will open up another cashier. There's also a drive-thru which is super convenient and fast. If you get a CVS rewards card they will email you coupons pretty regularly for anything from 20%-30% off one item. read more

I got a call on the day that i was to pick it up saying sorry we re out of that medication it will be here in two days.... If you select that you want to Care Free, it doesn't give you the option to speak to someone. This is a scam!! Don't shop here. They are really corrupt. The pharmacy is pretty small. The reason why the pharmacy clerk is rude is because she is underpaid. I'm a pharmacy technician so I know. I went here because I wanted to get my flu shot since it was right next to the apartment I live in. It's not so bad, honestly. Melissa. Is a shining star of customer service. My son is always last minute everything and needed to make copies of his birth certificate and I d before getting a passport. Melissa could see that he was having trouble using the scanner and I was already fed up and didn't want to help him anymore she took the time to help him make his copies and went above and beyond what she needed to do. I see some of the reviews here saying the manager isn't very nice and I agree. Another woman came over and seemed to be kind of scolding Melissa for helping my son and wasn't friendly at all. Rosie is an angel. I have been calling back and forth for six days between my doctor's office, CVS, and insurance, trying to resolve a senseless issue that popped up out of nowhere and prevented me from filling an essential prescription. Rosie was the one who finally resolved it for me. She remembered my previous calls and showed concern for me as a human being, not just a customer. And then, she fixed it. She is probably the tenth person I have talked to in the last six days, and she was the one who got it done. Give this woman a raise immediately please! read more

When it comes to CVS's you pretty much have to look at them for their parts and location rather than as a whole. I personally use this as my pharmacy because compared to other CVS's around I like the service here better, the selection of medications and OTC medicines is a little better also. Most CVS's the parking is a little off and it's not that they are tight, just tighter lanes and angles around the lot. The Frazee location has a much better lot and also well lit, but aside from their chip and beer selection is a little more bodega. That's my nice way of saying ghetto. Seems like people are either getting chips and salsa or beer/liqour and cigarettes at the Frazee location, so even though this is further I like it more. read more

Worst customer service ever! I waited 45 minutes to pick up my sick baby's (8months old ) meds after already receiving the text that my meds were ready. DO NOT GO HERE. There is a LOVELY Walgreens right across the street. I have been coming to this CVS location for years. Without fail, however, they have ALWAYS screwed something up with either my prescriptions or something else. Recently they filled up my prescription with the entirely wrong medicine. Just a week ago, I called to have a prescription for high-strength Ibuprofen refilled - Ibuprofen is the fancy name for Motrin. I go days without hearing back. I called back today and they informed me that they FORGOT TO CALL TWO NIGHTS AGO to let me know that my Doctor had apparently denied the request for a refill. Even further, I called my doctor myself and my doctor NEVER said anything of the sort. Not only is CVS LYING to patients, it is also WITHHOLDING prescriptions. Awful. read more

The retail people are on their game. The pharmacy is a mess. No one can track prescriptions over 2 visits & that's after 3 tries: one drive up last month w a follow on visit by my husband. Worst customer service ever. Checkout told me they needed to call someone to photo. Took 20 minutes to get someone to come to the counter. Checkout took forever. Took me 45 minutes to get my 3 photos (that were printed yesterday) and get them checked out. Took 2 passes through the cashier who didn't ring them up properly the first time. Asked to speak to manager and told he wasn't on duty. This is the rudest pharmacy I have ever dealt with. Guess my business will be going to the new Walgreens across the street. The restroom code is 9459. Don't pee yourself looking for someone to give it to you. Oh and their automatic refill doesn't always work, the only reason they offer it is to get you to use them and when you come in they explain that it never works BUT your already there so they got you in the door with their fake convenience. read more

They Don't even deserve 1 star. This place is a joke! Compared to all of the other locations this one needs a wake up call. The people who work there are rude, unprofessional and have no business working in the customer service field. Last visit I asked for an item and they told me an isle number and went on with their day. No one smiles there and they look like they hate life. Please employ better individuals, just a tip. I was unaware that the pharmacy was NOT a 24 hour location, that and poor communication caused me to make 3 unnecessary trips. The staff at the pharmacy is all around pretty helpful, however the wait times can sometimes be over 20 minutes. They are constantly running out of product and forgetting to call you and let you know that BEFORE you come to pick it up with the time frame they gave you. I was very upset after an ER visit where they quoted a 30 minute wait time, than we showed up and they said it was be another hour to an hour and a half, and than we came and realized that they closed after an hour, AND THAN, the next day when I showed up, they were out of my medication that i needed filled, and sent it to the 24 hour pharmacy in Carlsbad. Overall full selection of product, but the fact that the store seems to only staff the pharmacy and check-out lines, can make it frustrating to find things in the store. Not to mention, the guy at the front gave me the wrong rest room passcode, TWO times... each time i had to walk back up front, because there was no one else on the floor to be found! Have had many problems and always have to be calling in to make sure everything is getting done for my prescriptions. Something is always up until I call in and then finally it is magically fixed after I hassle them about it. Do not choose this pharmacy if possible, I have also had bad experiences with their employees. Very very rude and nobody that works in the pharmacy is on the same page, it's an absolute embarrassment to the CVS brand. I called in a prescription and they called me to let me know it was filled, I waited a couple weeks before I went to pick it up because I live fairly far from this store so when I finally drove all the way over there they where very rude and tried to embarrass me by saying the type of medication and what the medication is for over and over very loud in front of all the Customers and employees. My entire family and about 20 to 30 other friends that i know very well get their medication from this Pharmacy, So if they seemed like they didn't give a damn that I won't be shopping here anymore then maybe they will when 40 people stop going to this one store, and believe me I can make it happen. I've never seen a more unprofessional pharmacy and had a more embarrassing experience at a pharmacy. Terrible experience!! read more
