The prices are comparable to other local drug stores however the line to checkout was much shorter. On a side note the store was not well maintained, the carpets need cleaning desperately and this wouldn't be someplace that I would likely return to, but overall the Customer service seemed professional. read more

I will be switching ALL my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. Time and time again my auto-refill prescriptions are never ready. When I call I am on hold for 30+ minutes at a time. When we show up to pick up the prescriptions, we are told they'll ready in an hour. When we go back OVER an hour later they still aren't ready. So done with this ridiculousness. read more

This Pharmacy absolutely sucks. Every time I come here there's a god damn problem. In addition, I called to have two prescriptions filled today and left a voicemail because they changed their damn policy and you can't speak to someone directly anymore. 1 hour 30 minutes goes by and I didn't get a response at all from anyone. As a result, I went into the store because I need my ADD meds for work tomorrow and I speak to the cashier. The cashier asks the employee responsible for responding to phone calls and she goes "OH YEAH I didn't answer any calls today". WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?!? Now I have to wait 45 MINUTES to get my prescription cause you don't know how to do your job correctly?!? Well , this is the 3rd time in a row I've had a problem coming to this pharmacy and now I've submitted an official complaint to customer relations at the corporate office because this is bs. Why is nothing being done the reviews for this pharmacy suck on YELP AND GOOGLE!! BOTH HAVE HORRIBLE RATINGS! So I go to pick up my prescription and I'm waiting in line. There's one girl dropping off and one guy ahead of me picking up and I'm next and there's no one behind me. Then all of the sudden, a guy, whom I'm assuming was the manager, says "sir, we close from 1:30 to 2:00 for 30 minutes for lunch. I looked at my watch and it was exactly 1:30 and I had been waiting for a few minutes so I was clearly there before 1:30, was the only person waiting, and told him that I just needed to pick up my medication. He was completely indifferent and repeated his first statement and I told him that I was there waiting in line since before 1:30. He did not care one bit and closed the garage type door in my face. Apparently the concept of staggering lunches, like one employee 12 to 1230, another 1230 to 1, another 1 to 130 has completely escaped this imbecile. read more

It is so difficult to get a hold of anyone. To get a prescription refill you have to leave a message at the pharmacy in the hopes that they will call you back is ridiculous! I tried to go here to pick up my medication which is Vyvanse and the pharmacist tells me it's $186. I told him there's a manufacturers coupon it should be $35 and he tells me that the systems are down due to a random ware attack. Now the pharmacist did his job which is why I didn't give it 1 star but the reason for 2 stars is because being such a huge commercial prescription company like CVS you need to be prepared for things like this. Most notably you need to prepare for if internet isn't working or if systems are hacked this is a day in age where cybersecurity is constantly being interrupted. If I could put a zero I would. CVS on 1941 Main Street is by far the worst Pharmacy I have ever done service. I recently changed pharmacy locations. Thinking this CVS would be different. But I experienced racial profiling from a white female Pharmacist. I was confused between a generic and brand medication which caused them to fill the prescription twice in one day. I wanted a brand medication, but when they filled the script, the price was around $147.00. When I ask them to switch it back to generic, which was no charge, I will pick it up later that day. When I went back a few hours after that Pharmacist told me they were completely out of medication. I have gone back three times since then. I was told that the government only allowed them a certain amount of Adderall per month, and they had run out for the month. But the very next day, they filled my prescription after making me wait two weeks. I know they purposely held my Adderall medications because they were upset from filling it twice in one day. After speaking to OptumRx with Blue Cross Blue Shield. I was told that there is no issue with the amount of medication to be disbursed at that Pharmacy. It is clear that the Pharmacist is a white supremacist. Black people be aware of this Pharmacy. After reading several reviews I agree that the services sucks at this CVS location. They never answer the phone. If you want to speak to them you have to drive to the store. SO SAD!!!! read more

I cannot with this CVS location. I recently switched all of my prescriptions to a different location. The staff turn around is always high. If you need a prescription they will tell you it will be an hour to get it. The drive thru always takes forever and once you get stuck in it, you cannot get out. Anytime I call the pharmacy, no one ever picks up. I have been in the store several times and the phone is going off the hook and the employees do not pick it up at all. This location is the most convenient to where I live, but never again. I have tried to go here many times and I leave there upset every single time. read more

Super friendly staff all I can say is thank you guys for your help with my wife's poison ivy..... I'm not allergic to poison ivy but my wife is and she got some of the oil on her and went into a full out now outbreak I had to ask the pharmacy what to do cuz I've never had poison ivy.... They were super friendly and came from behind the counter to show me all the products that they had and to help me make a decision so that I could get my wife feeling better..... I feel that they went above and beyond what their normal job descriptions are and they helped me get her feeling better..... With lots of calamine lotion some Benadryl and some other cream I can't remember the name..... Other than that this place has a little bit of everything a pharmacy beer chips wine sodas ice Candy pretty much just your run-of-the-mill general Pharmacy but with awesome staff thank you guys!!! read more

I went to the CVS pharmacy today to pick up a prescription on my break today. At the moment there was a client and worker resolving an issue which took quite some time. In the meantime as I was waiting. I turned around directly behind me to look at sunglasses. As soon as the issue was resolved I turned around and stepped up to the worker closing the gate in my face. I said out loud, Ma'am that was rude I was in line. The gentlemen's behind the counter then told me to come back after lunch hours because their lunch had just started, though I had been waiting 10 minutes prior to starting. So not only have I wasted my gas and time on my lunch break, I am going into work frustrated, without my medicine and have to waste more gas coming back. read more

The lady tells me 35-45 minutes and when I ask why I'm waiting so long , she tells me they are short staffed and 3 days behind...with much attitude. 3 days behind!! Let me start off by saying in no way shape or form am I a drug addict but what I am is someone going through cancer treatment, radiation. About a month ago I was given a prescription for oxy and took it as perscribed. 1 every 4 hours as needed. The problem is that it was needed just about every 4 hours and I was given a refill by my doctor. The pharmacy is not filling the order because they think the amount I was given was enough for the entire month. I highly doubt a single pharmacist in that place has gone through radiation and experienced the severe pain that comes with it. I have open sores in my mouth, spit up blood daily, and when I swallow feels like I'm swallowing razor blades. Needless to say with out pain meds to take the edge off I cannot eat let alone sleep and properly function through out the day. I understand there is a opioid crisis but this is ridiculous. I will be switching my pharmacy and making a call to my doctor. I have enough on my plate going through cancer I shouldn't need to deal with pharmacist who see me as a number and not a person who needs what my doctor perscribed to me. read more

I would give it zero stars if i could. Time after time I would go here and hours later go to pick up my script and they would tell me they were out of stock. Or they would tell you it'll be an hour and you come back well past an hour and it wouldn't be ready.
