Literally the worst cvs ever. I hate cvs in general but my insurance decided to stop covering Walgreens. I was vomiting non stop so I used my TeleCARE app to talk to a dr. They sent my prescient to my local cvs but it was closed. I called this cvs to ask them to transfer and the pharmacist, who was very rude and had zero customer service skills sounds like a monotone doll, said he couldn't Because it wasn't processed in their system since they were closed. Never had an issue with this at Walgreens but whatever. I called my dr again and had them send it to cvs in van nuys. Called back and once again the fucking useless pharmacist unenthusiastic and said it would take 20-30 min for it to be ready. Idk why it's Sunday at 9 I'm sure no one else is there. Seriously hate cvs but this one in particular is horrible. They have no empathy or regard for the fact that people need their medicine. Why work for a pharmacy if you don't care about the well-being of others? read more

I have had bad experiences before -the pharmacy and the people who work here. Like others i come because it is closer to home. I really have to go somewhere else. Today's experience was that I couldn't make a proper return. Which was the main reason why i was there, so i did a little shopping then proceeded to checkout. My receipt? In hand. The item. Unused. So why the hate? Because the lady up front had to call someone up front - that was not the issue. The issue here was that no one came out and the lady was diamissive "come back later" it's 10am it's not lunch time. She kept trying to call someone who wasn't there and kept looking at me like "see no one is there, so if you could just get out of my face that would be great." If she would've told me up front and not given me hope i would not have waited so long. Ugh. read more

Constant lines at checkout practically every time I visit. Make this CVS one you should avoid unless you positively, absolutely have to visit the pharmacy. They need a plan (not a better one) to bring more cashiers up to cash registers whenever three or more customers are in line. Not only did they not create a profile, they never called to have the scripts transferred when they told me it would take an hour to do . I even gave them a few days to do it and when I returned a few days later I found all this out , the tech told me the pharmacist didn't do it because this wasn't his home store and no information was passed down to the next pharmacist . All the staff needs customer service training because I've never seen a smile, heard a thank you or received good service. If you are open 24 hrs, have enough staff to handle all your customers inside, at the window and on the phone!! I really hope they see this and acknowledge this person. Gigi just wow girl. I really want to thank you a lot for helping me out is the skin care department. I have been so lost doing this skin routine on my own. With Pinterest and YouTube. Especially dealing with combination skin. I have tried a lot of things that either don't work or makes matters worse. But Gigi was so amazing she knew what works and what doesn't work. I told her what I was using and told me i was doing it all wrong. But that's the thing, that's what i wanted to tell me. Someone that would recommended something better then what I was using. Since this pandemic my skin gets extra dry with these damm mask we have to be using. But my only problem was where i had the mask. Gigi recommendation was to use the water base neutrogena that i was already using but this cleanser foam from CeraVe and serum from Lorel really did that trick. Just the first day I felt the difference. I didn't have to put extra moisturizer. With just the serum I felt my face smooth, hydrated. Thanks again GiGi I hope to see you very soon with my result. Stopped by here today to pick up some makeup for my girlfriend, I got greeted fair enough that is nice but when I got rang up by MaryAm, she did not even acknowledge me, I get it you're probably new to CVS as an employee and unsure what to do but please have the decency for manners it's not that hard. I asked her three times could I enter my CVS phone number and she continued to not say anything then calls someone over when she realizes she finished the transaction and I was still waiting for her to understand the CVS card situation, the woman beside her still did NOT add my card even after the refund had been made. Needed a few things on the way home from work. This location is open 24 hours a day, so I swung in to grab what I needed and use the restroom. I'm a mechanic so I was a little dirty when I walked in. I asked for the restroom and after looking me up and down they told me it's out of order. I asked how they dealt with that as an employee and they couldn't look me in the eye as they told me "we just don't go". Right. A whole store full of employees just don't use the restroom at all during a whole shift? I understand trying to moderate the destruction of your restrooms by the homeless, but I came in, spent over $50 and was lied to about restrooms. Last time I ever stopped here. read more

Peter in the pharmacy is one miserable son of a bitch. This man is racist and rude. He treated me (a new customer) with such disregard. He was annoyed to help me. But when someone else came along his demeanor changed 180 degrees and he was perky and nice. The pharmacist Murad had me waiting on the phone for 15 minutes for an urgent prescription for a patient. I ended up sending an electronic prescription and the pharmacist first said it takes 30 minutes for her to receive a prescription then changed her story saying she never received it. My computer confirmed it was sent and no other cvs had this problem. I then sent another confirmed prescription and tried to leave a verbal prescription. the pharmacist denied receiving the electronic and then refused to take a verbal from my patients cell phone. This was for antibiotics not a controlled substance. This pharmacist doesn't like her job and is doing everything she can to make others do her own work. Do not trust this place with your health. read more

Prescription called 2 hour ago, was not even found and they were telling me to go another CVS until another girl came from the back after 25 min saying they found it. I drop off through drive-thru, at 7p.m. and there was a long car wait 3 cars ahead of me. They said it will be 1 hour ready..sometimes is even quicker like 10 mins depends how busy they are. Oh my.. that's how it is in the evenings, people are off work, and come on people take consideration, look at where you live in the Valley... California, sooo many people& traffic.. people need to learn to be patient!!! The staff is nice and very helpful with any further questions, and if you see medicine on the floor. It's because they have a high clientele!!! The gentleman with glasses, neck lenght hair is very attentive...all of them. Stop complaining everywhere you go you will wait! Life is to short!!! In the best of times, CVS is supremely uninterested in making a customer's visit quick and convenient. This location elevates this policy to an art form. When they were called to assist me with a key to unlock my product, she came without the key and then went on to take care of several other issues before going back for the key. Because this is my local CVS, and their prices are descent I'm inclined to make my shops here. However it is absurd that every single time, regardless of day of the week, if I make a visit past 5pm the line to check out is past the midpoint of the store heading to the back! Why aren't there ever enough cashiers to get your loyal customers in and out in a breeze?! It blows my mind that looking at everyone waiting in line have less than 5 items and it takes at least 10 minutes to get out the door! I've been coming to this CVS for about 2 years and there are 2 constants that keep me coming back. The Manager Atour is top notch. No over the top drama. He's just cool and gets the job done. The man anticipates what could go wrong and he has the corrective action in place. A thing of beauty to watch him operate. The second is an associate named Sesilia. She's dynamite. No matter how hot it is outside, she's cool. Long lines, she still has a bright smile. Beautiful eyes; the window to her soul. Great place to be. As long as they are working at this store I'm a customer. Need to make sure that Upper Management realizes the same and treats them well regarding raises and promotions. read more

This is one of the cleaner cvs pharmacies. They are open 24/7 few downfalls. First they take forever to get your medication. Your lucky if they even have your medication most of the time they either have ran out or don't have it better luck elsewhere. Other than the pharmacy everything else is good. read more

A Hispanic woman was buying pampers for her kids and had one of them in line and just because the kid got off the line they wanted to send them back to the back! A white man was screaming how she needed to go back and the cashier agreed and how she wasn't even in line. Although she had her kid waiting in line for her the cashier still sent her back the women eventually put the diapers back and left! And gooood for her! She doesn't need to be treated like that just because she couldn't talk back to them In English or wasn't American doesn't mean she should've been treated like that! When I couldn't get my Rx filled because of the morons at Rite Aid - This CVS swooped in to help and had my Rx ready in less than 20min! The Pharmacist who helped me was very kind and when I arrived he was helping an elderly couple who had questions about a product in the Pharmacy section - something I don't see often elsewhere so it really showed that he cared. The level of customer service I received when I checked out at the front was great too. Yes it took a while to get checked out but I expected that after moving here from TX. In all, they did a phenomenal job in assisting me and I recommend going here at least for filling your Rx if nothing else. Great job Pharmacy staff! read more

This CVS sucks! Every time that I visit this CVS I wait in line! The need to hire 10 more people at least!

Horrible customer service. Went through the drive through to process a prescription. Went into the store to avoid a long wait. Mila who took the prescription never processed it and said she was doing other things. Unbelievable to have my child wait even longer on his bday for his medicine. My child had strep throat and a fever and the nerve this lady had telling me she had other things to do. She stood next to her Co worker talking about me and explaining how she was right. Ridiculous and bad service!!! Mila should be fired!!!! read more

Never had a problem with my kids medications before:( the girl at the drop off window didn't have a clue about what she was doing she told me medication wasn't cover when i being getting the same medication for a long time with my same insurance? I ask for the guy with glasses i believe his name is edwin? But he wasn't there so i ask to speak to the prrson in charge but to my surprise that lady name natalie who is supposed to be the "one in charge" had no clue on how to process an insurence to me that was so pathetic sometimes i wait long time in line but doesn't matter either way everywhere you go walgreens or rite aid you still got to wait ... I would give this pharmacy no stars... The pharmacy violated my rights TWICE! I had ordered my prescription on the phone at 10 am... they say it will be ready after 3. I go there, wait in line,,, then when it is my turn, the lady at the counter lets a random person who came up and stood next to me priority and waved him up. I had waited 10 mins and this random guy gets to cut in front of me.. then they both start speaking Armenian. finally its my turn and I tell the lady that I did not appreciate letting that guy go in front of me when I was waiting, and I told her the reason she let him go in front of me was because her and the guy are the same race... she laughed,, then told me,,, "oh you don't have an order here... go to drop off... " so I go there and wait 10 mins til I get to the counter again... now they tell me I do not have insurance... so I have to go home, call my insurance, find out that there was nothing wrong with my insurance... call back, order the prescriptions, then finally around 10:00 im back in the line.... I get my prescription at 10:30... THEN THIS HAPPEND... ONE OF THE PHARMASISTS CALLED MY DOCTOR AND TOLD HER THAT I WAS ABUSING MY PILLS.... This was not true at all... I even spoke with Natalie the manager (who never calls you back) and had her go thru all my prescriptions and had her told me the dates that I picked up my prescriptions and all of them were picked up as prescribed... Not once did anything like they told my doctor ever happened.. then after they talked to the doctor, Natalie started saying,.. oh well it wasn't us who called... well that is the only place where I have been getting my prescriptions for the last year... why would another pharmacy call my doctor and tell them that if I wasn't their customer? its impossible... Natalie knows they violated my rights,, and is now doing everything to try to distance herself by saying "it must have been another pharmacy, there is no proof that we called..." so at this point I need to get an attorney! unless you have to get your prescriptions from that location,,, avoid at all costs... as they have no problem being racist, then when you call them out on something they did wrong, they will just make life harder... and by the way... its a violation of my rights to have a pharmacy tech call the doctor and tell them that they are abusing pills... so now my doctor doesn't trust me and I have to find a new one just because this CVS feels its ok to contact my doctor with false accusations. read more
