5-Michael got the electrical work done with a fair price, even when he had to return to make a few…read moreminor corrections to his work. 4-Michael raised his voice to me and became very defensive when I pointed out a minor correction. Michael said, "Well, that's how it is!" He finally admitted the problem, and then found the solution. Before he left for the day, Michael apologized for his rudeness. 3-Michael was repeatedly distracted by other concurrent, electrical clients. 2-Michael repeatedly asked the city inspector to sign off on Michael's work BEFORE doing the corrections that the city inspector told Michael to do. Of course, the city inspector and I both said no to that blatant infraction. Please feel free to call the city inspector's office to confirm. 1-In addition, Michael repeatedly demanded that I pay the final balance of the bill BEFORE the city finalized Michael's electrical work permit on that same job. The job is not done until the city says the job is done. Period. When the city finalized Michael's electrical work permit, I paid Michael the final balance. Done.

I had outlets that didn't work and I had already checked the breakers. They came and checked the breakers, with a few more flicks than I had done, the outlets worked. I'll admit, I wasn't aware I had to flick the switches a few times, so I was glad to learn but immediately dreaded what the cost of this "repair" would be. Lindsey informed there no charge as it was a simple flick of the breaker. The relief! She said to let her know if anything additional pops up in the future. It is for this reason I will. One couldn't come out for almost two weeks, one never responded, and one was Flash Gordon Electric. Lonny from Flash Gordon was able to come out the next day. He is very friendly and personable. He tested several outlets and wires including fixing a couple of weirdly wired outlets. He also replaced half a dozen of the old (pre-1990) outlets including a couple outlets that were original to the 1970s when room was added. It was affordable and done in under two hours. Would definitely recommend them for future work.
