Replace all personal immediately, they were rude and the smell of the establishment is absolutely putrid. Horrible quality of service, went for bulb replacement on a practically new car and they began to tell me how the car needs a new transmission, oil change, and all new tires. I said no, just the bulb please and one guy continued to work on the car while the other 4 stayed inside talking to each other or on their phone. The wait time was about an hour and 1/2. The original price for just the bulb replacement was $50 but when the car was done they said $567, they worked on the parts I specifically said no to. Harold is the man! We came here after we had gotten a flat up the street. At first we went to Firestone to see if they could just patch up the tire since the tire was only a couple of weeks old. When Firestone could not; we came here. Glad we did. The store manager Harold was both knowledgeable and professional. After looking at the tire he said that absolutely he could patch it up and explained in detail how the process is done. He never tried to sell us unnecessarily services or products and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. For everything it amounted to about $25.00 (including tax) Not bad compare to say a brand new tire...Thank you guys for a great experience and for taking such good care of us. My daughter took her car in for an alignment. Was told that she had to have a control arm and struts replaced in order to have the alignment. I took the car to my mechanic (oddly enough, Mr Tire in Hiram) and he called BS on the move from their store manager Reginald Pasley. All that was needed was the alignment and recalibration of sensors. Car runs fine for $100. This other place tried to bilk $1000+ from my daughter. STAY AWAY! read more

I came in for a tire that was losing air. I had called Pep Boys and Mavis tire and told they could not take me for days! Ridiculous! Turns out it was time for tires! Incredibly professional and quick. Great pricing! Sorry I hadn't found this place earlier. I used to go to Kauffman Tire and they were sold to Mavis which is horrible. I definitely will be back! My husband took his Buick Enclave in for an oil change today and had a very dangerous situation occur. A tire rotation was included with the oil change. Once the service was completed he left the building only to discover approximately four stores down that one of the tires had not been tightened. When he realized something was wrong he got out and examined the tires and discovered that the lug nuts were only HAND tightened on one of the tires! This could have been disastrous. He called the store and explained what happened and a technician asked his location and brought equipment to him to tighten the tire. Once it had been tightened he drove back to the store to speak to the manager who gave him a refund for the service and apologized. There is NO way someone should be performing a tire rotation that doesn't have enough sense to know that all of the tires have to be tightened!! read more

Was traveling for the holidays and got stuck in a pinch - a quick google search showed the Marietta Mr. Tire was the closest tire shop to me - and I didn't want to drive fast on my spare. I stopped in here and Harold was awesome. I told him I needed just one tire and was on a pretty tight timeline. He didn't try to upsell or BS me on things I didn't need! They didn't have the same tires that are on my car but he got me as close as he could with what they had in stock. The techs got me in quick and I was back on the road in no time. Quite possibly the most impressive display of customer service I have ever experienced. My car's issue was a tough diagnosis but Store manager Brandon Hardy was determined to find the problem and he did! Throughout my visit, Brandon kept me constantly updated, was very informative, taught me alot of things to do in preventative maintainence, gave me a list of things to fix or look for in the future and made me feel like a top priority, all while making about 10 other people coming into the shop every hour feel like a top priority as well. At one point, I had a parts issue (mine were under warranty) and the store next door did not have them in stock. With my car up on the lift, I had no way to get to a sister store to get the parts and save myself some money from purchasing outright. Instead of capitalizing on this and upselling me, Brandon gave me the keys to his personal car so I could exchange the warrantied parts! Talk about going above and beyond for the customer!!!! I have been to this store before, under old management, and I was not that impressed, but with this guy running the show it is a well oiled machine. It was busy as can be but this store moved one smiling customer after the other in and out their doors all day. I've been coming to this location for years for oil changes and basic auto service and have always received great service and attention. I normally make an appointment, but decided to stop to see if I could sneak in a quick oil change since I was in the area. This location has always been pretty good, but this was the 1st time in years my expectations were exceeded. Not only did Brandon, the new store manager take care of me on short notice, he also shared his knowledge and expertise to save me time and money in the future by informing me of some service concerns I hadn't considered. anything other than an oil change will cost you a fortune going here .. parts are highly overpriced .. if your willing to pay a fortune this is an ideal place .. but if your car suffers numerous problems I suggest having someone else look at it and price a fair honest estimate .. or just simply buying the parts yourself and having them installed .. they will be cheaper and better and save you a lot of money in the long run. the will always charge you for rotors when they aren't needed .. and problems that are serious aren't even noted if you aren't willing to pay a fortune for a diagnosis .. so basically, if you're not loaded with money you might as well not waste yours or their time as they say . if you dont know much about automotive i don't advise going here before estimating and diagnosing the problem yourself or just find someone who can for you before you do so your visit will be much cheaper and faster. people who dont are commonly treated with no care or if you dont have money they will only do the least and charge as much as they can get away with . read more
