I love that you are blaming a Harley Davidson dealership for your selling a bike that was in neglected condition. Grasping at straws. I saw the oil and how dirty/muddy it looked. You in fact never did anything to this bike like you had said. And no, you never mentioned that the tail light was "Illegal." Be a big boy and admit you screwed up on this deal. You couldn't even remember to put the keys to the motorcycle in the envelope with the paperwork. And, you are the last person do tell me to do anything, but thanks. But, let me offer you up this advice. Don't screw over women anymore, which you seem to have a habit doing based on other reviews. Also, we had asked for the service records, which you didn't provide. Probably because you didn't have them? Or, just another thing that you forgot? As far as my being happy; I rode her home, and had no way of knowing her neglect until I discovered you had never changed the oil/fluids. Thousands of dollars later, I am happy. No thanks to you. We called Chad ahead…read moreof time while we waited for a final answer from insurance as to if it was a repair or a total loss. Chad told us he could take it no problem. Insurance came out on 2/19 and told us we could take it to a shop. We called Chad and confirmed it would be in on the following Tuesday, to which he told us he was waiting and ready for it. On 2/24 we finally got it towed in there. Chad anticipated that we would have the bike back in 3-4 weeks. (Which was incredible since the first accident 9/2022, Harley Davidson had the bike for 7 months). Chad confirmed the first check from insurance came in on 3/3. He immediately got to work on the bike and by early afternoon already had the supplemental over to insurance. Chad was very open and honest about everything as well as expected timelines. My husband spoke to him 3/17 and Chad confirmed they were still waiting on parts, but the bike would more than likely be ready for pick up on Saturday 3/21. However, knowing that my husband rode this bike 113 miles one way for work three times a week, and with the rising gas prices, Chad worked some magic and by 3pm on Thursday 3/19 he was calling to let us know the bike was ready for pick up. Most of the time was spent waiting on insurance, money and parts to arrive. The bike looks amazing and we are so appreciate of Chad & Back Alley for getting this done so quickly! We will definitely be back!

I decided to trade up and get a full face helmet. The gloss black lane splitter was pretty pricey but the guy behind the counter (wish I got his name) said they had other colors on the close out special. He pulled up this storm gray helmet and I instantly loved it! He made sure the fit was perfect for me and it was actually the same as my previous Bell qualifier. They even refunded my shipping cost. We had received a bad car rental that essentially broke on us. The rental company told us to take the car to Mountainview after telling us that they don't have a car to swap it out for us. Teresa was super helpful, took it out for a spin and immediately let us know that not only was the car completely unsafe to drive, but that she'd contact the car rental company to make sure they give us a car. 11/10 service and again kept us from getting stranded over an hour away from where we're from.
