Half the time the vibe from the staff is extremely condescending. They make you feel as you're a burden to them. They have nice inventory, but the customer service leaves much to be desired. Personally think it's a good to spot to check out merch in person, and just figure it out on your own. read more

As soon as I entered a worker was barking at me on what I was looking for. Now this doesn't seem bad but if you were on the other side of the store you'd hear this guy yelling for no reason. You'd think it would be in a welcoming tone but it felt like I was in the military taking orders to follow him. Picking what I was there for this dude just stood there waiting for me to pick something, it felt very pressuring & uncomfortable, I would've left just to not deal with this guy but I needed my item that day. The other workers seemed chill, the managers need to tell this guy to chill out or better yet hand him an application to be a drill instructor. read more

I bought a pair of gloves from this place, and the first time I wore them the stitching on the thumb came apart. When I went back to the store, they told me that the gloves were now considered used and will not exchange for a new pair. I wore them once? Don't buy Reax brand gloves, and don't shop at Cycle gear read more

WOW!!! What a store. Like a giant toy store for adults who are into motor cycles. Everything and anything related to cycles, the motorized ones. If you don't need it, they don't have it. Nice, clean and cold store. (If you are a desert person you get it) There was a good selection of helmets and safety gear. However, the large service staff seemed uninterested in helping us in any way. I don't know what the story was but I tried to get their attention - which as one of only two customers in the store - should have been easy. After being in the store for 30 minutes someone finally asked if we had been helped. Yes, we helped ourselves, thanks. I spent $500+ and other than the guy that asked if we had been helped, the staff was generally uninterested in doing their job. Then the same guy who asked us if we had been helped ringed me up and asked me if my friend rode (yes for 36 years) and if I rode (yes for 16 years). I felt like saying, "Nope, just buying a helmet, net armor jacket, gloves, hi vis shirt just for fun." It was just a weird vibe in the store. Maybe the manager should tell the employees that old fat people ride motorcycles too. Three stars is generous. read more

By far the worst experience/ staff I've experienced at any cycle gear everyone. Went in for a simple tube change . Start off by saying I spent 60+ mins driving back n forth when I live only 11 mins away. I went in for a tube replacement initially for my 2022 Klx 110R L and was told upon arrival that it would be done the next day (which is understandable) because they were closing in 30 mins. but for the fact that waited the next day for the whole day for a job that takes 15 mins took them 5 hours. Tristin the "assistant manager " was beyond careless and said that my rim was the reason the tube was leaking , which it was clear they did not install the rim strip correctly and told me they put a new one in every single time they went to redo the tube replacement. Which it was clear that was not the case. And after they went through 3 different tubes that didn't even make it back to the bike to get the wheel installed , told me he would now have to order a new tube cause he went through all the ones in store. read more
