I specifically made a Yelp just to rate this lame place Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I returned some brake pads and they promised me store credit so I ordered some cables for my bike and it's been over two months and haven't gotten a call! But when I do call the old lady is rude and lied to me once again after saying she would order my parts I would not recommend this place to anyone save your money and go somewhere else!!!!!!!!! I was greeted by 2 wonderful gentlemen.. Sam & John . I told them I was in need of 2 new tires for my 04 Honda cbr rr 600 . John walked me to their huge selection of in stock tires & explained to me the difference in brand , tread, mileage and pricing . I never once felt mislead or fooled by any type of false advertising . Thanks John for helping me select that would be a great fit for my bike I really appreciate it !! Then Both Sam & John mounted a balanced both my tires and also replaced my broken stem valve .. I left a happy gal ! I was in & out in less than 10-15 minutes !! They are truly great honest & down to earth and very helpful people with terrific customer service ! Level 10 !! Today i brought my brand new rim to get a white wall installed as soon as i walked in guess what one of the employees bumped with another rim into mine. He asked me is it ok i repplied NO it has q scratch he said mmmm im really sorry i was already rolling the rim i couldn't stop and walked away...... no big apology or hey let me pay for your install or anything at all just like mmm ok sorry? How is sorry going to make up for the hundreds of dollars i paid for my rim? Btw the other guy who was installing my wheel was the coolest kat in there good thing he is going to go work to Mountain Powersports next week i will follow him and take my business there. This place is great. It's tiny (compared to Chaparral for example) but the staff is very friendly and helpful. Often when you go into a motorcycle place (Chaparral for example) you get treated with a condescending attitude, but not here! They have lots of helmets, boots, riding gear, saddlebags, oil and chemicals, lights, handlebars, and tires. They'll even mount your tires for you right in the store, but you have to take the wheel off and take it in. read more

Awesome guys super helpful, even though I was confused with what I needed they still took the time to look at pictures, look online and flip through the catalog to find what I needed. They're even willing to accept returns of the items weren't correct. Very comfortable atmosphere even for a female. I've been here twice and have gotten great service both times. The staff is very helpful, my last visit was due to some battery issues and the staff member was happy to test my battery and gave me lots of good advice on prep and installation. And when my bike stopped running because of the bad battery, he was happy to give get me back on the road. read more

Bought a tire John put a valve stem that didn't seat correctly. Went back to have it fixed they charged me again his employee installed another stem which was incorrect. Riding home from a run and the valve stem came loose causing me to almost lose control because the rear tire lost pressure. Went back to them all he can say was I'll sell you a tire . Tire wasn't even a couple of months old. Never going back or referring any body to them could have seriously been hurt by their incompetence. All they were worried about was making a buck . read more

Very, very friendly staff, and a very helpful, low-pressure environment. As a new rider I found this to be an awesome change from all the people trying to sell me things I don't need. The associate took the time to explain to me what I was buying, the differences between the lower and higher ends of things, and was very patient with both my questions and my indecision. Unfortunately, as it is a small shop, they don't have a very wide selection of equipment. Understandable, but still unfortunate. Will be shopping here regularly. read more

Always a great experience. Bought 3 tires for different bikes and always in stock. Not the biggest place, but top notch. Prices on tires are competitive, especially when you factor in the free mount & balance when purchased. Even if you bring in a tire to mount, you can't beat $12. Came in Saturday morning and the guy opened up 10 minutes early when he saw me waiting out front. In and out for a tire mounted in less than 10 minutes. Always worth the short drive. The best small motorcycle retail store around here...I have been going there for years. I usually drive past Mountain motorsport dealer (JERKS) to got to cyclerider. The regular workers there are very knowledgeable and I usually go there for tires, carb parts and general motorcycle items. Very reasonable price and they have most of the stuff and if not usually can get it fast. I hope they continue to be there and have knowledgeable guys working there....although lately I have been seeing younger guys who some don;t really know much at all....Maybe they should get some training and know about motorcycle mechanics, parts, riding and general motorcycle business... read more

Great store to shop. I got my first helmet form this place. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable. I test different kind of helmets. I end up getting HJC helmet. They order my size and I don't have to put any money down. And I can pick it up the next day. I also show them my motorcycle safety class card and they gave 15% off. I have been a customer here for 25+ years never a problem never a price gouge the others have come and gone [pomona kawaski, the giant montclair yamaha off the 10fwy] this place is still around go there found out why there low prices , fast service and good selection will keep you coming back.
