Of all the cyclebar studios I've visited, the fort laudy studio is my favorite! Took Lindsey's class and it was the perfect energy for a Saturday morning. The studio is clean, and beautiful with brand new bikes and new mural. Highly recommend taking a class!

Artwork done by a female muralist. As soon as I find out her name I'll tag her.

Do you have a bar where everyone knows your name? I do. And you should too! Cyclebar is not just spinning. It's a full body workout. It's encouragement on the days you just need to hear everything's going to be OK. It's inspiration on days when you want to do better than your best. It's challenging in a super fun way. The instructors I've taken are all baddies! They are so warm, genuine, and keep me motivated with classic and unique song selections (Think Billy Idol vs. The Weekn vs. Aerosmith). The front desk staff have always been friendly, professional, and helpful. They are the best! The studio is very clean. Every so often they'll have local small business or female owned businesses stop by to offer healthy snacks, massages, or cold plunges. There is free garage parking nearby, and there is city street parking as well. It's a female owned business.

CycleBar FTL is AMAZING! From the moment you walk into the studio, the staff is so friendly and welcoming. Scheduling on the app and checking into the studio is a breeze. The instructors are all incredible, fun, and super motivating. Each instructor has a unique style, and you can guarantee awesome music and a fun, sweaty ride. I highly recommend for anyone who wants an awesome workout!

I'm going to start this review by being completely honest: if you're looking for a welcoming place to get good cardio in, you've successfully found it. I have a hard time doing cardio when I'm alone, but after finding Cyclebar, it just changed. No matter what time you go, the instructors are always so interactive and full of energy -- and they'll share it with you! They really motivate you to push through your limits and go beyond. They also have great deals on their LinkTree for memberships, or if you're looking for a no-commitment kind of thing, they also offer drop in rides. I try to get at least one ride per week so it won't clash with my weightlifting part of the week, which is great and makes me feel energized for most of the day. My favorite instructors are Chelsea, Arlene and Justin.

I've spun at many Cyclebar studios around the country, and I have to say this is one is my Favorote. From the high energy instructors, to the super involved owner I could not recommend this business any higher. The studio and bikes are always very clean and there's always an excellent vibe from all the staff members. They do a lot of small things to make it a special place like having scented wet towels after each ride and just making you feel very welcome. Again, I highly recommend Cyclebar Fort Lauderdale for your Spinning needs.

Fort Lauderdale is just one of the many cycle bars (spin classes) popping up in South Florida. To drum up excitement, they (like the Davie location) had decided to give out free classes for ten days which is an awesome way to get people in your doors and hooked on an amazing workout. PARKING Parking initially seemed tricky you me because everything on the street was taken until I realized there is a parking garage directly behind the building. The first few floors are for retail parking which you'll park in. Save your time circling for a spot on the street and go directly to the lot. There is also valet behind Mellow Mushroom if you feel like being fancy before spinning. ARRIVAL Get to your class about 10-15 minutes prior. You check in via an i-Pad. They have numbered bins corresponding with your bike number that you selected when you registered. Once you've checked in and grabbed your shoes you can head to the locker area. What I like about this location is that they have a larger or better functioning locker area than Davie. I didn't feel as claustrophobic in the open locker area as I do in Davie. It has an "L" shape which gives it more space. They have a few individual bathrooms like Davie a well. YOUR BIKE Make sure you set your bike up so it's comfortable for you. Never taken a class before and have no idea what I mean? No worries! Someone will be more than happy to help you there. It takes seconds to set everything up and then all you need to do is to figure out how to clamp your shoes in (which can be difficult your first couple of times) and your set. I've taken class with Brette and she is awesome. I love that it's a tough workout, but it's not one of those workouts where I feel nauseous afterwards. I love feeling like I've accomplished something, but don't like feeling like I pushed myself way beyond my limit. She knows how to get you right to that point! Plus her music choices are pretty great so that always helps take me to a place where I stop thinking about how painful the push is and just focus on the music. Of all the Cycle places popping up I've gotta say, this location and business are my favorite. The staff is great. The workout is amazing. It is most definitely worth checking out ( a few times).

My first time here I was greeted by the friendliest staff members. The place is spotless, clean and always smells delicious! During my first ride the instructor Zack was so inspiring, energetic and motivating that I came back for round 2 with Chelsea! She then motivated me not only physically but mentally inspired me! Now I am taking class 3 times a week and want more! I'm taking a class with Arlene who doesn't know this but has pushed me to limits I never knew I had in me with her empower classes! Cycle bar, the staff and instructors are the nicest, helpful and most inspiring humans in this world. I am beyond thankful I said yes and took the step into being apart of the cycle bar fam and I'll forever be grateful for them not only physically helping me but mentally helping me. I highly recommend you come for your first ride to try it out and experience everything I've experienced i promise you will keep coming back for more

This was my first time at CycleBar anywhere. This location is easy to find and there was plenty of parking. It can either be on the street or in the garage that is used specifically for those using the retail stores. When you first walk in, you are greeted by front desk staff. Again, since it was my first time, I got the first time experience. You check in on their tablets which is located right above the shoe rack- super easy & efficient. You see what bike number you are on, grab your shoes in the matching cubbie hole & off to the locker room. They assigned me a locker & wrote my name on it (being it was my first time) which was really nice- makes you feel welcomed. When class starts, someone is there to make sure that you know how you set up the bike & go over everything you need to know about the class. The instructors are great- super motivating & the music was on point. You really feel like you've accomplished something! The bathroom & amenities are very nice as well- they have water so you can fill up your bottle & the bathroom & showers have things you might need to clean up after such a hard ride (spray deodorant, blow dryer, etc) Great experience at this location!!

There studio is at the beginning of a row of what seems to be warehouses and garage spaces. I got lucky and found a parking spot at the front of the lot. The studio space itself is charming and relaxing. I love the small lights they have hanging from the ceiling, and the temperature inside was cool and comfortable. There was an area to place our personal belongings, and the studio was clean and well taken care of. The class I went there for was done by a traveling group, so I won't go in detail about the experience, but I enjoyed it! I would visit this space again.

Rather than getting lunch or coffee, we chose to workout together. It's a great way to even out all the restaurants I want to try! She bought a class pass ($99 for 5 classes) here so I opted to buy one class ($10) to hangout with her. When driving here, you actually park at the Red Lobster right next to it. Once you park, you enter through a gate and The Office 954 is right there! The classes range from burning your accessory muscles (ouch) to boxing cardio to flow with yoga. We did the burn class which is by far the most painful class I have ever taken; a good burn that is. The instructor keeps you motivated and each class is limited to maybe 12 people (?) max as this studio is extremely small with just one room. This intimate workout is amazing for locals who really want that small class, personal trainer experience. I had the pleasure to workout with Jamie, the owner, as the instructor for our class. After our intense workout, she was extremely welcoming and told us a little more about her studio, how it came to be, and the things she has available within the studio. She told me she was going to start a collection of wellness books that clients can check out for $5 to borrow, read, and return. This gym is very different than many traditional gyms and gives that welcoming, personal trainer feeling. It's a breath of fresh air. If I lived closer and could afford this studio, I would definitely be back!

Aerobic dancing, core strengthening, stretching and body toning - all wrapped up in one breath-taking sixty-minute class! For the past two years I've been having this wonderful fitness experience at Jazzercise Ft. Lauderdale on Oakland Park Blvd. The instructors are just the best! They're all great teachers with top-notch leadership skills, all with a sense of humor to help with the exertion and they "take no prisoners!" Don't be fooled by the "slow marching" start because in just a few minutes the pace quickens, the music starts to ramp up and within just a few more minutes the entire class is huffing, puffing and wiping the beads of sweat from their brows.
