    Ride On!
    Tom P.

I have used many bike shops throughout the years but found a hidden Bike Shop gem in Lake Forrest! The owner Juan who repairs all types of bikes took care of me on the same day! He was very busy but he said he would fit me in before the end of the day. I heard he was one of the best technicians in the OC area. I was very surprised he was able to get my bike repaired before I took off for vacation the following day! He did a great job! His customer service was second to none! I would highly recommend CyclePro to anyone. Juan is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. He knows everything about bikes and repairs. He has great wisdom and enjoys sharing it if you have any questions. Juan's my go to Bike Repair guy! I would give CyclePro more than a five star service review and I'll definitely go back to see him with any future repairs. Ride on!

I have dropped several different bikes for a tuneup and replacement of parts. Whether it's my etap, di2 or mechanical groupset bikes, Juan always provides quality service at a good price. Just picked up my TCR after a chainring & bottom bracket change. Juan took out a few links for the new compact gearing and as expected it shifts smoothly!

Took my Canyon Endurace to get serviced for the first time after using it for a while & Juan did an amazing job. My bike has been riding smooth and a lot better than when I bought it. Great service overall!

I have a close friend that was diagnosed with MS a few years ago. I only started cycling in August…read moreof 2017 but when she asked me to participate in this event and help her raise money, I thought what a great way to support a friend and great organization with a hobby I have grown to love. As far as event rides, Bike MS is one of the most well organized rides I have ever participated in from the initial sign up to the support during the ride. This ride offered a 25, 50, 100 or two day 150 route option. I chose the 150 mile option, 100, first day and 50 the second. The ride started at the ITC. Packet pick-up and volunteers were readily available for questions. There was an opening ceremony, National Anthem, and staggered starts. There were multiple SAG stations with plenty of restrooms, snacks and maintenance support. There was even rolling SAG. The entire ride was clearly marked. One standout SAG stop even offered Habit Grill burgers and fries. MS volunteers would also pop up randomly with signs and words of encouragement to keep us motivated. The ride ended at the Westin Carlsbad where there was entertainment, meal provided and a secured lot to store our bikes with a guard. Day 2 also started at the Westin. On this day we were provided breakfast and the only requirement was start the ride by 9. Day 2 ended at Crown Point Park. Along with more food and festivities there were vendors offering discounted buys on bike clothes and gear. I was lucky in that I had my own personal SAG in that my friends were there to support me. But had that not been the case at the final stop on Day 2 there is a bus and transportation provided for you and your bike back to the original starting point in Irvine. You are required to fundraise $400 to participate in this event. I am one that does not like to ask for money but I found it was very easy to do in this case and there are tips provided when you sign up. I am already looking forward to doing this ride again next year!

I had some questions about booking time and our service dog and he personally called me, recommended the perfect start time and said he would love our dog to join us, he gets hospitality and customer service. We arrived at the starting point and were greeted by our host, Jeffrey. He is one of the nicest guys you can ever meet. He loaded us all in the luxury Mercedes van, stocked with waters/treats, and off we went. The tour is 5 hours, with a lunch stop at the famous Farmers Market. Time flies though! You'll go through the Hills for breathtaking views, visit Hollywood sign, get the tourist Hollywood experience (Chinese Theatre/Dolby Theatre/Walk of Fame), see movie studios, celebrity past/present homes, Rodeo Drive, and much more. The entire tour our guide, Jeff told us facts and stories about the different areas we visited. His knowledge and stories were worth the price of admission. This was the ultimate LA in a day tour. Highly recommend. Private tours are the way to go and this is the one you want.
