Custom spring seat completely custom fitted by Jesse

Absolutely top notch Harley repair and custom bike mechanics/builders . New owner, Ryan and Jesse are absolutely the best. They took my stock Harley and made into the beast that it is. I won't go anywhere else now for my Harley needs.

Aweeee man these guys are the SHIZ! I got a flat tire while doing my do diligence in the canyon. Had to ride at 30mph just to get it out. Man did that kill me. Anyway I called Thousand Oaks power sports and they tried to turn me around. I called these guys and they gave me a great price and handled the job in ten minutes. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IN TROUBLE THESE GUYS WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU. I spoke to Ryan, told him my situation and he gave me a way better deal than Thousand Oaks power-sports. It seems they actually care about riders here and aren't just trying to dismantle your wallet. Before you go there, give them a call here.

Ryan was very communicative and the work was done quickly and for less $$ than the Harley dealer.

Review for the service department:…read more Super friendly and easy to work with! Prices are also very reasonable compared to other local shops. Brought in a set of wheels off my Vespa to have the shop swap out to a new set of tires. I provided the tires myself and the shop charged $50 per wheel to get the tires swapped and balanced. Wheels were ready for pickup the following day and were nice and clean. Thanks again!

Sales - (5/5 Excellent) Service - (2/5 Below Average)…read more This year I purchased both a Triumph Scrambler and an Aprilia Tuareg 660 Rally from this dealership. Here's my honest review of their Sales and Service Departments: Sales: Brandon was outstanding to work with -- professional, honest, and great with communication. He kept me updated on the progress of my special-order Aprilia and honored a competitive price match on my Triumph. The Finance Department was equally efficient and transparent. There were no high-pressure add-ons or upselling tactics, and both purchases were completed in about 30 minutes each. I truly appreciated how simple and straightforward the entire sales experience was. Service: Unfortunately, the Service Department was a completely different experience. For my Triumph's first service, I needed a broken bolt removed to replace both clutch and brake levers, and to have the service wrench light reset. I was charged 1.5 hours of labor for a task that typically takes 15 minutes. The service light wasn't reset, and when I picked up the bike, the seat wasn't properly latched -- something I luckily noticed before transporting it home. For my Aprilia's first service, I scheduled the work to include installation of the quick shifter and heated grips. The total cost was around $1,000. Despite having an appointment and being told the bike would be ready by the end of the day, I was later informed it hadn't even been touched. When I returned the next day -- a four-hour round trip costing roughly $100 in gas -- I was told the bike was "done," only to be informed in person that a technician smelled a burnt-clutch odor in the oil and suggested I leave it for further inspection. No details, no follow-up plan, and no quick diagnostic -- just a vague recommendation to spend more money on a new evaluation. When I asked if a simple clutch test was performed, I was told they were "too busy." At that point, it was clear my time and investment weren't valued. I chose not to authorize more labor for a potential warranty issue, and decided I won't be returning for future service. Positive Note: Izzy, who works the service counter, deserves recognition -- always polite, professional, and genuinely helpful. Final Thoughts: Customers expect to build trust and confidence with a dealership's service department. Unfortunately, I left with neither. While the Sales Team was excellent, my experiences with Service -- especially with technician Eric -- were disappointing and have completely eroded my confidence in their operation. I would not recommend this dealership for service.

Beware and stay away from this shady dealer!!!!!!…read more I'm a motorcycle technician working at an independent Ducati shop, and I went to there after seeing a 2016 Multistrada 1200 listed online. The entire experience was a disappointment from start to finish. I asked for service history documentation, and they couldn't provide anything - which immediately raised red flags. After inspecting the bike myself, it became clear why: The bike needs a Desmo service (around $2,000) The front fork is leaking and needs service (~$1,200) Tires are worn and squared off (~$500) Coolant needs to be flushed and replaced (~$120) Brake fluid needs flushing (~$120) Battery is old and needs replacement (~$300) Chain needs replacement (~$350) Wheel bearings need servicing (~$250) Spark plugs need replacement (~$200) Air filter needs replacement (~$150) On top of all that, the bike only comes with one key - no master key!!!! and they don't even know the PIN code. I tried to negotiate based on the obvious issues, but they were firm on price. To make things worse, they attempted to add a reconditioning fee on top of everything. That's completely absurd given the condition of the bike. Very unprofessional and not transparent. I would not recommend buying from this dealer.

    * **…read more We are new to the Ventura area, loyal to BMW motorad, looking for a new BMW moto dealer. This dealer won't be it. They don't get it. We've purchased 8 new BMW bikes over the last four years (three 1250 GSA's). Honestly - last week's visit here was a negative first experience for both my wife and I ... she rides an F700, Ural, R1250GSA, and an S1000XR (both do) ... so, I was encouraging her to sit on the new 1300. The sales rep seemed concerned (talked "at her" from a distance). Asking her to be careful sitting on the bike. Kinda insulting, she's an Orthopedic surgeon, flies airplanes, and has ridden all over Europe, BC, Mexico etc. on BMW motos. Premium Prices: Not a premium experience at all. 12k service on a 2024 GSA is $1031 Oh, and it's x 1.03 because they need to get another 3% out of you for "the privilege" of using your credit card. It's another $350 on top to flush the brakes. Service Receipt: incorrect Our service (receipt) paperwork owner's name is incorrect - but they're saying they can't correct it once it's paid for. Not okay. These aren't our people. Maybe they can be "your people?"

They have a great sales, parts and service team and popping into the shop always puts a smile on my face. The sales floor has amazing deals on gorgeous, new Suzukis, Yamahas and Triumphs. I always have to keep my wallet in check when I walk through to get to the parts department. The parts department has most of what I need when I'm wrenching away on my bikes or when I have to replace riding gear. Great selection at great prices. Gary is my man! He'll take care of you and help you find what you need. The service department is honest and fair priced! This is important these days. I've been to many shops that will overcharge you or steer you wrong. Go see Chris. He'll get your bike diagnosed and running the way it should, without you spending more than you need to. Thanks Simi Valley Cycles!

Don't buy a used bike there. You will end up putting thousands of dollars in repair. I was dumb. I…read moreroad it home with no brakes and back to get it fixed. They didn't fix them right. Turns out the bike needed two new tires and bearings. I thought it was due to the fact it was a big bike with wide bars. Nope. Once it was fixed at a shop I trust it turned out to handle really. And than it wouldn't start. Turned out it needed a new battery and a new solenoid and now the speedo stopped working and now the reserve gas light stays on. I bought what should have been 1,600 dollar motorcycle for almost 4,000 dollars. Ripped off. This was a gift to celebrate three years of being cancer free. I hope bad karma gets them. Worst motorcycle shop in the area. I have bought many a used bike and none have needed as much work as this. They just put band-aids on so they can sell it. BUYER BEWARE!
