The only option we had was to dig up our side yard and re-reroute everything outside the house, a massive project that had us very apprehensive. Gabriel was fantastic in the planning process, laying out the timing, cuts into the wall and floor ahead of time so we knew what to expect. They stuck to that plan basically to the letter, even after they discovered a bad pipe for our water main, which they also fixed on top of the other work on schedule. The team was also stellar: Marco was here everyday, with help from Eddie, Juan, Leonard and Angelo to finish on time. They all are polite, great communicators and hard workers, and do their very best to clean up before they leave every day. While under, he noticed some water and after testing, concluded that it was probably from the flood the night before. He also advised us on a few other issues and offered us to text with questions. He then showed us how to check our water pressure(which was high and likely contributed to the flood). He gave an estimate to install a regulator, which we accepted. While doing that job, he graciously helped with another item we were trying to fix inside and wound up saving us a lot of hassle and money (it turns out we don't need the parts purchased, so those will be going back). Nant again advised on a few other items we can probably repair ourselves, but it looks like we've found our go-to plumber for the future!

Erik was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with a quote for additional work, including digging and installing a new cleanout and repiping the kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated that he didn't pressure us for payment that day and instead focused on taking care of the immediate problem and helping us plan for the next steps. Erik also included repiping our AC drainage into the main drain and replacing a cracked laundry pipe. We truly appreciate his willingness to help us out.
