Is there a waiting area here and do you have to make an appointment?

There is a small waiting room. It is first come first serve. We do not make appointments. In the majority of repairs it is best to drop your vehicle off.

I had a fantastic experience with Tiki's Towing and would highly recommend utilizing their…read moreservices. The customer service was very friendly and have the best prices on the market. Tow truck driver was highly knowledgeable and took good care of my vehicle.

I reached out to Tiki's Towing after seeing their $65 tow advertisement on Facebook Marketplace…read more When I contacted them, I was informed that the $65 rate only covers up to 2 miles, which is understandable. My total came out to $120, which I agreed to without issue. Before the tow, I clearly explained to the first person I spoke with that the vehicle needed to be moved from one property to another and placed behind a gate, and that they would need to open the gate. After the vehicle was picked up, I also sent them a picture of the gate--circled--as you can see in the image below, to make sure there was no confusion about the drop-off location and instructions. When the driver arrived, a different person contacted me for directions. I assumed all prior details had already been communicated, so I did not repeat the information about the gate. However, once they arrived at the drop-off location, they refused to open the gate and place the vehicle inside. They told me the person I originally spoke with was "in training" and unaware of their gate policy. I explained that if I had been told upfront that I needed to be present to open the gate, I would have made arrangements to be there. Despite this, they refused to wait for me and left the vehicle in front of the gate--even though I had already paid the full amount. Before posting this review, I tried to handle this professionally and work things out directly with the company because I genuinely support small businesses. However, I was told they would rather respond to a review than resolve the issue. To make matters worse, the owner/co-owner was argumentative and unwilling to fix the situation, stating they had other jobs to get to. Overall, this experience showed a lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service. I would recommend clarifying all policies upfront if you choose to use this company.

Update: Nader, you can fluff it up all you want with corporate speak but that is not what happened…read more Simply untrue. I-95 was never involved, the pin sent was correct and verified. Where are you getting that from? I never told you I was on I-95. I was located on a local road, Cedar Point. Also, I waited 2 hours not one before calling. No one cared to call me. I will post the initial dispatch messages since you are incapable of accountability and would rather lie to cover your business. Before you get defensive please know the facts. As a business, sometimes you have to take ownership and make it right. Original Review: Left me stranded on the side of the road. Dispatched by Progressive with a 75-105 minute estimate. After 115 minutes I called them, no answer. They called me back and stated they had the wrong location and only took the tow because it was a residential tow. It was now 8:30 and dark. He said he could get someone out in another hour because he was in southside. The guy argued with me instead of fixing the problem. I had to drive home on a flat tire because they could not get it together. Terrible experience, avoid them!
