If I wanted to lose 5 inches I would have asked. My mistake was taking my teenage daughter for a cut as well. We gave Ivy 4 pictures of a basic A line cut. At first it was too long, more of a blunt shoulder length bob. Now She looks like a damn mushroom head. The cut is chunky and uneven. The back looks like it was cut with a box cutter. She even said "I think it needs to be thinned at the bottom?" Like ya it does. Are you asking me or are you the professional?! The whole entire head of hair is lopsided as if it was cut by a drunk on a boat. In a hurricane. I had to physically run out of there to keep myself from yelling. If she cut it anymore it would've had to become a pixie. Use caution. You get what you pay for.

Service: I picked Alexis as my hair stylist and I was able to book an appointment the very next day. I picked a few hair inspo pics by Alexis on the Hairbend IG. She absolutely delivered. I love my layered cut and I got a root touch up with an all over gloss. The before and after pics are insane.
